Jack is such a beautiful little well-behaved dog who was no trouble at all to look after! He's quite a character and loves to go for as many walks as you're up to doing each day! Janis left excellent instructions for me and both she and her husband were very hospitable and welcomed me into their beautiful home at the meet and greet and then for the house-sit. I loved the area as it was very quiet and peaceful and would definitely house-sit there again if the occasion arose in the future. :-)

We loved playing with Jasper in the garden hiding treats, taking him on a run and visiting Hampstead Heath right on your doorstep. My pet sitting at Sophia and Eduardo was absolutely delightful. From the moment I arrived, their warm welcome made me feel right at home. The apartment is situated in a charming residential area with convenient access to local amenities Also, it has been tastefully renovated to a high standard. Despite my late arrival, Sophia and Eduardo graciously prepared a delicious dinner, allowing us to bond and ensuring I felt comfortable during my stay. Their meticulous attention to detail was evident in the thoughtful welcome guide they provided, which made settling in a breeze. Looking after Athena and Peep was the highlight of my visit. Athena, the affectionate kitten, stole my heart with her playful nature and love for cuddles. It was a joy to spend evenings curled up with her, watching Netflix. Peep, the older and more reserved feline, also warmed up to me, joining our little gatherings from time to time. Throughout my stay, communication with Sophia was effortless, thanks to WhatsApp. I truly appreciated her responsiveness and willingness to assist with any queries. I wholeheartedly recommend pet sitting for Sophia and Eduardo. Their hospitality, combined with the charming company of Athena and Peep, made my experience truly unforgettable in Madrid.
If you’re daunted by the prospect of watching three dogs—don’t be! Colby left detailed instructions about how to care for the pups, and they got along great (little puppy Biscuit is such a cutie) and were each so very endearing! Colby’s home, which was sparkling clean, is also in a very convenient location in hip East Nashville, and a short drive to downtown. I would totally sit here again. Thanks Colby!
What an absolutely wonderful sit. From the first moment I met Randy and Shara and their beautiful family and fur babies and can’t forget fin baby I knew I would be lucky if I was chosen. They were so kind even driving me around the neighborhood and showing me places for coffee and restaurants. Their home is gorgeous and the pool , hot tub area feels like a beautiful resort. Now on to the most adorable fur and fin babies Rico has a lot of personality he likes to follow you around and lay beside you out by the pool. Miley has a lot of energy and loves to be petted and playtime with toys. Friday the rabbit loves carrots , strawberries, lettuce and apples. The Fin baby Oscar the fish loves for you to take his picture and videos of him swimming around his house it’s like he knows he’s on camera it was so funny and cute. If you are chosen by this family definitely consider yourself lucky it’s a great sit in an area that is so convenient to all the things that make Florida a great place to be. Respectfully Yours, Dawn
Graham and Lindsay were wonderful hosts. They were friendly, helpful, and gave me detailed instructions on how to take care of Barnaby, who is the sweetest and most gregarious puppy. I absolutely loved spending time with Barnaby, he's super energetic and very cuddly. Graham and Lindsay's apartment is also located in one of the best areas in Vancouver, near the seawall, many shops & restaurants, and green spaces for walks. Can highly recommend dogsitting for Linday and Graham!

We will return often since washing it at home means losing everything from water and hair, and we wouldn't be able to get a professional dryer. I wouldn't think of bringing my dogs to a place where they are treated like this, sorry. The store opens on Saturday the 19th. Today is Friday the 18th and when passing by by chance I saw two little dogs locked completely alone inside the store. Without supervision. Alone with a bowl of water, in a small enclosure. I understand that they are the owners' dogs (both are drawn on the blind) and that they have them there for the opening tomorrow, but it seems very inhumane to me to leave the animals (whether they are yours or not) alone with the entire store closed without light and no room to move. I called them by phone and they don't answer.

Today we went with our dog Mojito, and the truth is that the experience was very pleasant. The guys who served us were very friendly and attentive at all times, as was Blue :) We loved both the shampoos that smell great and the drying area. Super practical and simple. Everything fantastic. We bathed the dog and the person in charge of the premises, Luis, helped us at all times, supervising Wednesday's well-being and so that we did not have any doubts regarding the appropriate instruments. On Sunday I went with my dog and the place exceeded my expectations, the dog workers are lovely, they help you with everything and you can tell that they really like animals. Isabel has been taking care of my dog Coco for over 5 years. She is super reliable, great with dogs and its amazing at sharing pictures of him with me. She takes the dog to the many parks in Madrid and personally ensures that they feel like at home. Isabel is without a doubt the best petsitter in Madrid. I have two dogs and before I had another dog and I have left them all with them and everything has always been great, even when one of them was upset and had to be given a lot of medication. Daniela has helped us out so much over the last couple of years. Our cockapoo Jagger loves staying with her and the Brandog gang and he never seems to want to come home at the end! It's been so good knowing our dog is cared for and gets plenty of exercise exploring so many different parks and areas of Madrid. Daniela has also been super helpful in training him, she has been so much more than a sitter for us and we're really going to miss her! Super responsive and flexible, Daniela has gone above and beyond for us (e.g. pick up/drop offs and even trips to the vet while we're gone) and definitely value for money. Simply put - the best care for your dog/cat you can possibly find in Madrid.
Daniela has taken care of my two cats several times in the last year and she has been amazing. She sends me regular updates, leaves everything clean and tidy and always purchases extra bits when required if I have had to stay away longer. She is also very flexible with any changes which has been so helpful. I call her the cat whisperer as she managed to bond with my very timid cat and it was so nice to see. Would absolutely recommend her services.

I had a wonderful experience here with my toy poodle Moka! The staff took such good care of him and are very flexible with the hours for drop off and pick up time. This was so helpful because I was visiting Madrid and a lot of places do not accept dogs, so I knew I could bring Moka there and he will be in great hands. I highly recommend!!
Galileo and I love this place!!! To him because they pamper him and take care of him, and to me because they are kind, flexible, professional and affectionate with the animals. They always send me videos of my Galileo and that makes me happy and calms me down. Galileo lets me know if he likes a place or not! When we walk nearby, he runs like crazy towards the site or away from the site! And every day I take him to this daycare he runs TO her!!! So I have no doubt that he loves it and that he is happy when he is there, and that makes me happy. I recommend them 100%

I have to say that it is a phenomenal place!! My dog had a great time and I will definitely take her again!! When I have to look for places to leave her because they won't let me take her, I always try to make sure she is happy and comfortable, here they have achieved it because my dog is very good but when she is with other dogs she gets very nervous and all the girls who work there (especially Laura) have made her feel like she does when she is with her family at home. Very good experience in this animal daycare. I left my dog for a period of time and I am very grateful for the treatment they gave him. The workers are very friendly and great professionals who you can trust when leaving your animal. I will leave my dog again when I can't take care of him one day without a doubt since my dog had a great time with the other dogs.
Disastrous service. I took my dog to the one in San Sebastián de los Reyes and the haircut and bath were excellent. I tried this one and the girl who served us started saying that she didn't know how to cut it. I left and after 30 minutes they called me, they had only bathed her and cut her nails (I didn't ask her to cut them) and with a redness on her neck that she didn't have. Total €30 for nothing I ordered and on top of that a possible allergy. I do not recommend this center at all.
I don't know where to start... The place is a shame. The first time we took my dog there wasn't much of a problem. I trusted them a second time and they gave me back the bad and returning dog. Supposedly we had already taken him like this... I left him one last time thinking that it had been a coincidence and that the bad guy was really there. But this last time they returned him too thin and with excuses that he doesn't eat and that he doesn't know how to relieve himself outside. That tries to eat them and so on. That he is aggressive with other dogs. When at home he never relieves himself and outside he plays with other dogs without a problem. If the dog doesn't eat and they give me the empty feed bag, if the dog is very thin and has been fed a lot, then what happens. They don't see our hair again, I don't know what the hell they're doing, but my dog's bones are gone...
Hotel Animal AMOR PERRIJO has spacious and very clean facilities. It is a highly recommended place in Madrid where my dog Archie has a great time. Archie is always lovingly cared for by Marga and Rubén who are experts on the subject. I left Marta (4 month Cobberdog) for 2 weeks during the Christmas holidays and she was extremely happy to a point it was hard to get her back home .. the staff was excellent, even being in a different time zone the amazing staff works 24/7 and will reply back for any request even during the night !!

-The owner seemed a little false to me when she told me that they are the only suppliers of Barbour for dogs in Spain and much cheaper, when at El Corte Ingles the coat she showed me for my dachshund dog cost the same. -On the other hand, I don't understand if it is a place for the well-being and care of our beloved furry animals, I don't understand why they aren't more affectionate with them, the girl who was watching the dogs in the corral seemed quite dull to me. -And to finish, a site that dyes our dogs' nails? Economic interest YES, animal welfare NO. It all seemed a bit posturing to me to be honest.
This is the best Dog Kennel in Madrid! From the client service who communicated with me via WhatsApp to the lady who picked up Aujun today, they are super friendly and kind. It is the first time my dog stays in the Kennel and I was very worried how he reacts to strangers and other dogs. They are so thoughtful and sent me a video of Aujun. The best residence for dogs that I have found in Madrid, without a doubt! I have already visited several and this one takes the prize. The facilities are super spacious and well maintained. They have everything thought out in detail. You can see the care they put into things.
Do not bring your pets here, my dog was in perfect condition and came back with injuries. I gave them bags of food for my dog and they gave them back to me whole!! My dog is thinner, I get the feeling that he hasn't been fed well... terrible service. They charge a lot for daily videos and not enough to warn about the injuries the dog has, very unprofessional. I put one star because it won't let me put less.
We have been leaving our guinea pigs during the holidays at Granja la Luna for two years and it has been phenomenal. They have been very well cared for, in a very large facility where they do not lack anything. The staff has always been very friendly, specifically the girl who has taken care of them during these days.

Thanks to this, in my case, from the first day, I was able to stay completely calm knowing that I was in the best hands. It's nice to see how happy he is every time he sees her appear!! I have left very guinea pig for 23 nights in the month of August and everything was fine. They sent me a video and photos of my guinea pig when he was on vacation so we could see how he was doing. The farm girls are very friendly. If I have to leave my guinea pig again I would not hesitate to leave it at this farm again.
It is the second summer that we left our two sphynx kittens Bills and Khalessi here and although they have a peculiar character, and without being quite suspicious, they have been very well cared for and we have been calm during our vacation, knowing that they were left in good hands. Thank you for taking care of them and informing us of everything. I recommend Granja la Luna. We will repeat, again. We no longer consider another place to leave them on vacation. --10 Stars FA - SUCH an experience with my dog there for 8 days! They didn't give him any food or anything. They don't tell you anything about how your dog is, what condition he is in, how he is, Nothing!!! If you call or ask, they charge for everything, videos, photos, etc... I think that even for asking if it's good, they don't charge, then they make you pay for more than 7 nights. The lousy transporter is super rude if she doesn't like her job and is always rude to not do it, it's obvious that she doesn't care for animals! I do not recommend it to ANY of my colleagues who have pets and I would NEVER repeat what a disappointment and sadness it was to have left my dog with these! TERRIBLE SERVICE

We stayed 6 nights in Madrid and our 2 years old Basenji been well taken care of with Rosa for few hours daily. This is the second time we left Coco for a few days with the girls and this one has turned out even better than the first. I knew he was in good hands and I left him in peace. He had a great time walking, playing with other dogs and taking peaceful naps on the terrace in the sun. 100% recommended service, they offer peace of mind, they keep you informed at all times and they are very pleasant. We left our dog Turrón with Rosa this weekend, and we couldn't be happier with her😍 He is a three-month-old puppy and it was the first time we left him, but Rosa has been lovely with us, and Turrón has not I could have been more comfortable with her. He has sent us photos/videos daily and has taken care of him as if he were his own (we also left him with a bad stomach, but he has followed everything the vet told us and we have picked him up wonderfully). Without a doubt it will be the reference site for when we have to leave it again for a few days. Thank you so much, girls❤️
Molly has been with Natalia and Beatriz on several occasions and the treatment has been exceptional. They have taken care of her with more love and detail than we could imagine. Molly is an older dog who requires special care and Natalia and Beatriz have been watching over her all the time. For our girl it is a vacation taking long walks in the countryside with her friend Noa. It has been a great success to trust them and without a doubt we will continue to do so.
I left Vido in this nursery for the first time and surprise, it couldn't be a better choice; They deserve 10 stars 🌟; They were always in contact with me, took care of 10, super friendly all the time. My life was like at home and I didn't have a single worry. Stephanie took care of him as if he were her own. I only have good things to say. Without a doubt this is already my trusted daycare. We have left our two furry babies with Lidia, who is a sweetheart, on a couple of occasions and we couldn't be happier. Without a doubt they are our reference caregivers. Bea is lovely.
