Janet & Alexander

Although we never actually met Janet and Alexander they proved to be reliable, flexible and admirable. Our dog had an upset stomach which they immediately told us about. It turned out to be nothing, however, we were pleased that she was so forthcoming. We received good communications from them. And, last but not least, our home was in splendid condition when we returned. We would definitely have them back to care for our girls.

Jackie

Jackie was great! She sent pictures and video as soon as she arrived, which was definitely not too soon! She and my boys seemed to enjoy each other, and she was great with communication. I would happily have her back.

Willa

Willa was willing to come the day before her sit since I was leaving early in the morning of her start date. We had great communication before her stay and during her stay. She kept me updated everyday and sent pictures as well. I would highly recommend Willa and have her sit again.

Lindsay was a great petsitter and housesitter and we're so grateful! She took great care of our three cats, and I know she and the dog especially bonded over their adventure times out by the water. Their nature buddy photos were awesome to get while we were gone :) When we returned, everyone was happy and healthy and in good spirits. We're so thankful for all you did for them! Really it makes traveling possible knowing the pets are in such good hands. p.s. And as a bonus, our home was exceptionally neat and tidy, Lindsay really went above and beyond. Thank you!!

Emily was a great sitter! She communicated well and keep us updated to Winston’s time away from us. Our home was in great condition when we returned.

Troi took good care our our kitties and left our place in excellent shape, exactly as we’d left it. We would have liked a touch more communication, but I think there were some issues with Troi’s phone so messaging was spotty at times. Overall, I’d recommend Troi and we’d be glad to have her sit again.

Jenny & Rory

Jen and Rory came to the rescue for a last minute change in my travel plans. They not only had the sit to do, but also the handover to the sitters coming in for the original dates as I had to leave 5 days early. They were very organized and took everything in stride. They kept in touch and sent photos of my Splash which I really appreciated.

Melissa did a fantastic job sitting for me and taking care of my two kitties. She was very communicative and prompt to respond, took great care of the house and plants - even pulled weeds on my back patio (thank you!!) The house was spotless when I returned, and the kitties were happy and content. I would not hesitate to have her sit for me again in the future!

We had a very smooth experience. Communication, arrival, and departure were all 10/10. Given the holiday time period and traffic, this was huge. Out fur kids were well taken care of all weekend and we had zero anxiety about their wellbeing while we were away. The house was also left exactly how we left it. The bed was even made! We’d book again. They were great.

Connor did a great job taking care of our home and our 3 dogs, which is no small feat. We appreciated his communication, reliability, and for leaving the house clean and tidy for us. We'd be happy to have him back.

Andrea & David

Words cannot describe how lucky we were to get Andrea, David and Luca as our house sitters. During the house sit, our little dog Honey became very ill and was hospitalised numerous times. They handled this situation with so much compassion and generosity. We we’re uncontactable for a large proportion of time and as such they had to liaise with members of our family and also the vet directly. Everyone who came into contact with them said they had been just wonderful with Honey. There is no doubt the whole scenario was very stressful for them but they never complained. In the end, we had to cut our trip short to come home and be with Honey during her final days. This meant that they had to find alternative accommodation over Christmas. Again, there was no fuss or complaints just compassion. Aside from that they kept the house in excellent condition and looked after our other pets (chickens and a cat) very well. Luca is an adorable child by the way! I would thoroughly recommend Andrea, David and Luca for any house or pet sitting assignments. 200% happy. Rob and Rosi looked after our house, 2 dogs and 11 hens for a week.  They communicated with us before and during the housesit extremely well.  From the moment we met them we knew we made the right decision in trusting them with our spoiled crew.  They are such a wonderful couple and would really have liked to spend more time with them.  Felt particularly guilty not having the time to treat them to a dinner or a more detailed tour of our town before we left.  Next time!  Upon returning home our dogs were in excellent spirits, the grounds and garden neat and the house spotless.    Wouldn’t hesitate a minute in recommending Rob and Rosi!!!

This was our first experience using zeewoi and we couldn't be happier.  Justyna is an absolute gem.   She regularly updated us with plenty of photos and very funny messages.  We were reassured that our two cats were in very safe and loving hands.  We had originally booked to be away for four weeks but extended by an extra two and, thankfully, Justyna was available and happy to stay on.
Justyna had not only sorted out fresh milk and eggs for our return, she'd also left us a very sweet card which was a lovely surprise.
As well as happy kitties, we came home to a freshly made bed and a spotless house which made all the difference to a positive homecoming.
