kaya
I loved sitting with Cheeto for Kaya! Kaya was so thoughtful and clearly wanted me to enjoy my stay. Cheeto was so easy to care for, and he was happy to sit by me or sleep at the foot of the bed-- but he was very relaxed and not at all demanding. We had fun chasing treats and with brushings. There were great instructions for the sit, and everything was prepared for me (the house was spotless, all Cheetos supplies were there, and Kaya even stocked the fridge with treats for me). Check in and check out were simple and easy. Cheeto is allowed outside and was happy to spend a little time padding around the lovely garden with me while I picked oranges and lemons. The oranges were amazing! The house is a charming 20s historic home, and I was so comfortable. I loved that I could walk everywhere in San Leandro - the little history museum, two thrift shops, lots of noodle shops and dumplings, tacos, Chabot park hiking, and of course to the local BART train station to explore the Bay Area. It was easy to live here without a car. I hope to go back, and highly recommend Kaya and Cheeto; in my many years of staying in others homes, this was a great cozy experience.

Jonathan
Amazing host and super dog. Had an awesome stay in the lovely guest suite at the house. Comfy bed, kitchen well equipped for cooking, fast internet, and lovely sunny backyard. Max is very well behaved, loves his walks (great on leash), and very easy to watch. The neighborhood is beautiful and great for dog walks. Very safe, comfortable and quiet. Would gladly house sit again!

Tiaan
Amazing sit! Tiaan and George were fantastic with their communication beforehand and super helpful when we went round to meet them and the lovely Zep. Zep was amazing to look after. One of the best natured dogs we have met 🙂

Gemma
Gemma is lovely and her house is a trendy bolthole near the train station, a massive park and grocery stores. I had a little trouble with door locks but it was a lovely stay! Ferdinand is a superstar and absolutely took his job as host and entertainer very seriously. It was a really cool weekend!

Johanna
Johanna was welcoming and encouraging! She accommodated my request to spend an additional night before my flight and was effusive about the connection I established with Gaga and Kat! Her home is welcoming and spotless. Johanna communicated regularly while she was away to answer any questions.
It was truly a joy to pet sit for Johanna!

Shirley
Shirley and Bob's sit was terrific from every perspective! Sheba was quietly regal in her demeanor versus growing-before-our-eyes kitten, Tux, who effortlessly kept things entertainingly lively...when he wasn't resting up for his next round of activity; the fish visual entertainment for humans and cats alike. The wooded setting on the lake was gorgeous at all times - even when it rained - to include multiple deer sightings, and star-studded views from the hot tub at night. We enjoyed meeting friendly neighbors on our extended walks from the house, and a great rail-trail bike ride a short fifteen minutes from the house. Shirley and Bob's warmth and generosity of spirit were the icing on the cake!
