Rafiq and Khessia are 5 Star Sitters! My boys (cat and dog) were well-taken care of and my place was spotless upon my return. Before the sit, they asked plenty of questions to make sure they were clear on the boys’ routine and habits. During the sit I received detailed updates and felt so comfortable knowing they were all having a great time together. I was pleased to come home to happy pets and a clean home. I could not recommend Khessia and Rafiq enough!
Knowing that Emily's full time job is a dog-walker made me extremely comfortable and confident that she was up for the task of Diego and Cash! After a quick phone call, Emily understood what the care for our senior dog, Cash (hip-dysplasia and arthritis) entailed as well as our young whipper-snapper Diego, who has been known to be an escape artist. Emily was diligent, flexible with gauging whether or not it was too hot for Cash and quickly "type-casted" Diego and his sneaky ways. We returned to two happy, healthy dogs and a spotless home. I would welcome Emily back and Sean back any day! They are not only a professionals, but a gems!
Staying in Shiloh's was amazing. Shiloh was kind and showed us everything we needed to do and also helped us with questions about traveling in London. Eris is shy, not cudly at first, but really easy-going cat. Once she gets used to you, she will enjoy your company same as you do with her. We can only recommend Shiloh, Eris and her household :)
