The crazy California rainstorms caused us to need to have repair work in progress while they were at our home, but Monica and Liam were flexible and understanding. Caring for our sweet 17+ year old Chi-mix dog is pretty easy physically (no need to take on long runs, he uses his wee doggy door to manage his business, he's very well-behaved...). But caring for him emotionally is the more delicate task. He needs someone he feels secure and comfortable with ~ someone whom he knows adores him and will be sure he is safe at all times. I knew right away (from even the video meeting) that Monica brought that sweetness. And sure enough, Cowboy immediately connected with both Monica and Liam. And when he became confused at night, they gently brought him into their room where he slept like a baby. Monica was very honest and communicative, and I sure appreciated the precious pictures sent daily. Our first experience with zeewoi was great... Thank you, Monica and Liam!
Catherine & Gustavo were the perfect sitters for our elderly cat Lucius. He absolutely took a liking and was sleeping in their bed with them in no time. Unexpectedly, he had a bad bout of IBS as we first went on vacation and Catherine sent me daily updates on how he is, took extra steps to get him better and made sure he was well taken care of. I couldn't have asked for anyone better to look after our cat and our home in our absence, Lucius was happy and healthy when we returned, the house spotless and they even left us a note and sweets to welcome us home.
