Shahzeb is an engaging and interesting person who loves cats and knows how to take care of them. He communicated well about LilBit, and it was clear when I returned that he had taken good care of her. My only concern is that he rushed out and did not leave my apartment in the same condition I had left it in when I left.
Cecily and Sebastian were excellent house sitters. I was able to video call with Cecily before the sit and she was so friendly and easy to talk to. After agreeing the sit, 1 of our dogs was prescribed twice daily medication which she isn't great at taking and Cecily was happy to take on this additional responsibility. Then, we were also informed that SGN would be doing essential gas pipe maintenance on our street and would require access to our house on the last day of the sit and that there would be no gas for heating on that day. Cecily took this all in her stride. On the day, she regularly phoned us to act as a go-between for us and the gas fitters with their questions. We met both Cecily and Sebastian before we left but they had to leave before we got home. They gave 2 of our dogs all of their medications before they left and even offered to feed them too if we wanted (and di feed our fish) which was really helpful for us when we returned late to not have to worry about adminstering medications. The house was clean and tidy when we returned and we got regular photo updates of the dogs while we were away too. Thank you to you both :-)
