Stacy had the ultimate challenge when Jake became ill while I was away. She took excellent care of him and nursed him back to health before I returned. One hopes this never happens, but I’m glad Stacy was there when it did. Actually this was the first time Jake has been sick as he is usually very healthy. He got many walks with Stacy and was happy and comfortable with her care. Kensington was also very happy. He’s pretty easy, but I could tell he got some attention. His coat look great on my return. With his long hair he can develop matting. The house and yard were clean on my return. I felt both of my pets and my home were well taken care of, thanks to Stacy.

Clear communication is important, especially when customers are simply trying to understand policies. I hope they can improve their customer service approach to be more professional and accommodating.
Hundeabendteuerland is definitely the best place for our dog. Agata and Chris are very nice people who take care of our big boy. Once you meet them you will know and also the happy face of your dog :) Our dog has been visiting their doggy daycare for 4 years now and we can recommend it. We are relaxed that everything is fine with him even during the sleepovers. We really appreciate that, thank you!
Our dog Luna has been going to Hundeabenteuerland every week since she was 3 months. Christopher and Agata are the most caring and passionate people. We absolutely trust them and we are always happy to know that Luna has lots of fun and exercise during daycare. The daily pictures are also lovely!
A really lovely place run by passionate people. They go above and beyond to ensure that the dogs are well taken care of and enjoy their stay. Even though our dog at first was a bit shy, now he’s always happy to go to the daycare. And we always love to see the pictures of him fooling around.
Agatha and Chris are amazing human beings, extremelly caring, loving, experienced and knowleadgable about dogs. Our cute energetic hound puppy goes there for months now and every time he comes back happier and happier, and a more balanced dog. Not only he gets treated like family there but also he gets to play and socialise properly with other dogs under supervision. We are super lucky we found Agatha and Chris, and we are very grateful for their support <3
Christopher and Agata are great human beings and the best dog caretakers one can imagine. They are absolutely professional, offer fair prices and treat the dogs like family (including Christmas presents, Halloween parties, birthday cakes, etc.). Lipso loves going there and comes back tired and satisfied every time. Also, the dogs can run freely during the day because there is a fenced garden, which was really hard to find in Zurich. 100% recommendation.
My Daschund goes to Chris and Agatha’s daycare several times a week and even on Weekend sometimes. He loves it and they take such good care of him. They always give me picture and updates regarding my dogs mood (which is important because of the medicine he takes). Their level of care and attention to details is outstanding. You can see they truly love dogs. It is a relief to have found such a wonderful daycare when I cannot take my baby with me. On top of it, they are really good value ! I don’t know how i would do without them. You guys are absolutely the best !
My Golden Retriever loved going every Fridays to Hundeabenteurland, it was definitely the highlight of his week! The best part is seeing all the wonderful pictures of him playing and running and making new friends. When I used to travel I used to always feel comforted that he would be in the best of hands. I have now left Switzerland, but I want to thank Agata and Christopher for making our stay in Zurich so much more enjoyable.

Having our dog at Hundeabenteuer has been such an amazing experience! Chris and Agata have always had their best interest at heart when it comes to the dogs they take on, so the group dynamic with the dogs stays balanced. We adopted a shelter dog in 2020 in the midst of the pandemic. Progress has been slow but steady, but it also meant that our dog needed some extra attention, which they gladly provided and personally it felt like they were as happy as us wich all the progress our dog was making. We really appreciate all the feedback we‘ve gotten, whenever we pick our dog up in the afternoon and the daily pictures they post on their Facebook Page with all the dogs has become our little highlight of the day. The prices for the doggy daycare are more than reasonable, if you compare it to other providers in the region of Zurich and what you actually get. The pick up spot is located near the Central Station which is great. If you‘re in need for a caring, well equiped and educated doggy day care in Zurich, I highly recommend you check out Agata’s and Chris’Hundeabenteuer! We, including our dog, couldn‘t be happier with our choice and we couldn‘t do it without them!
Mayke has been caring for our dog since she was a puppy. Mayke is an experienced professional who leads her pack with fair rules & respect. She truly puts the dogs' well-being first by making sure they feel included and happy. We feel complete trust leaving our dog with her regularly. My dog and I are trully lucky to have found Mayke. She is an excellent caretaker for my young, energetic, and a bit over excited standard poodle, taking him on amazing walks and adventures in beautiful places. But more importantly she is a true ally in helping me mold him into a more calm, balanced, adult dog with propper doggie manners and excellent socialization. She has in her pack a couple of excellent role model dogs that are proving invaluable in teaching my young doggo how to behave in dog society, and for this, I will be forever grateful. Mayke is truly the best dog sitter we could have wished for. She looks after our Australian Shepherd since he was only 3 months old and they have become best buddies. Our pup is so excited to see her in the morning! During the day Mayke sends us pictures or videos of our dog so we can always see what they are doing. Mayke took care of our little Maltese dog while we had to attend an event abroad. She came over well in advance to meet our little dog and to answer all our questions and it didn't take long for them to become friends. She was very professional and showed personal attention and interest to our dog throughout the duration of the stay. Even when things didn't go according to plan from our side (we were late on our way back) Mayke was very kind and accommodated this inconvenience. In the end our little dog was taken care of and made new pet friends too. We'll definitely come back and I honestly recommend Mayke to take care of your beloved dogs!

Exactly, nothing :-) Cooper has been out with Mayke and the troop for a few months now, and I can see all the progress he is making in terms of socialization with people and dogs. I accidentally met Francesca when I was out with my dog, Greta, and she was out with another dog and the owner, training. I was amazed at how the other dog behaved, and when I realized she was a dog trainer and was doing the training in English, I immediately asked about her contact. Our puppy Lola has been going to Gus&Friends for daycare twice a week since October 2024 and we couldn’t be happier. Elena does such a wonderful job taking care of her and our puppy is always so excited to see her and spend the day with her. We find the two drop off locations really handy and also love seeing updates on instagram of Lola’s daily adventures. What I really appreciated is that before we started regular daycare, we took our puppy for two trial days to see how she would find it and also how well she would fit in with the rest of the group on that day; luckily the fit was good and it’s always so nice to see all the dogs playing together and getting on so well!

Jessie, our 11-month-old Border Collie has been going to Woof Woof in Zurich for about a month now, and she is a big fan. On the days she goes, she waits by the door for us to take her, and she is so excited to meet Eric and her doggy friends, particularly Frodo and Oni. She has so many great adventures at Woof Woof, which shares pictures of her walks and other exploits with us so we never miss out on the fun. Jessie loves Woof Woof, and we love her going there. The team at the centre are really positive and helpful. We are delighted that we have found Woof Woof, and so is Jessie.

The staff at My Dog Company are just super. They’ve been taking wonderful care of our Labradoodle puppy, Willow, for over a month. We so much appreciate their scheduling flexibility and quick, friendly communication. We even left Willow with them for 10 days while we were on summer holidays. From the many photos they shared, she clearly had an excellent time with all her dog friends - including some of her first swims! They also gave her a great, needed cleaning and trim. we had our first grooming session here yesterday & i couldn't be happier 🩵 he is a rescue dog suffering from hip dysplasia, so he had always been rather exhausted & in pain after visiting other groomers, but this was not the case this time - showing me with how much care & love he was received 🥹🥹 the cut was also done perfectly, just the way i wanted! we will definitely be back next time and i hope to try out their day care as well later on.
I bring in my dachshund Vinny for daycare once a week and could not be more comfortable dropping him off to a place where he is received with so much love, care and patience. Vinny is quite unsure of big dogs, which is the main reason we chose My Dog Company. He is usually quite shy towards dogs in general, but since he visits My Dog Company daycare he learned to be playful with his small friends and was socialised towards them. Plus, there are spa treatments that can be booked, especially during the time your dog is there anyway, which makes it so easy. Alisha, Csenge and the team are lovely people and always have an open ear for any dog related question. Also, love the pictures and videos that are provided at least once a day when your dog is there, which put the biggest smile on my face, always. Biggest thank you to My Dog Company - I recommend them 100%, they do really value their clients like no other.
Expensive but 100% worth it. We took our 1 year old Swiss Shepherd here last week for his first professional grooming. Although we weren't allowed to stay (which seems typical for most of the other salons I've communicated with), our dog seemed fine when I picked him up two hours later. His hair was SO SOFT when we picked him up. Most importantly, we've noticed a significant decrease in shedding in the house! Yay! Everyone in the store/salon was very friendly and spoke English.

klein und fein! My dog came here for grooming and 4h boarding. She was so comfortable there and I could tell that Ruxiana and Irantzu love dogs and give them individual attention. I liked that my small dog was with 2 other dogs, not as energetic as her! I could tell my dog (Jack Russell) had a very good time there and received her very first grooming.

My 8mo Shiba has been going here for the last 2 months and we can't be more happy with it, we tried several dog sitting facilities in Zurich before but they are usually really overcrowded, here they have not that many dogs so they can get the attention they deserve. Now everytime we go to the dog sitter he gets his tail wigging all around, even when we pass by in the car without even going there! He gets to socialize with other dogs and he's very happy about it. The team is perfect they have been super flexibles to our schedules and can't say a single bad thing about them, I recommend them 100%

I feel always the energy of the animals, it's like when you feel humans happy and smiling. That was the first thing I strongly noticed. All dogs were happy and playing together, amazing. I think all this is due to the love and dedication that the owner and the stuff is offering. We have been using Pippo for about a year and are very satisfied. He looks after the dogs directly on Uetliberg, which is perfect for running. There is a garden and enough space. Pippo knows all about dogs and treats the animals lovingly.

Over the past five months, we've been attending the young dog classes and social walks, and the experience has been nothing short of fantastic. The delightful clips of their day care pack show how they work with positive conditioning and absolutely no force or pressure. This is the positive relationship we want to build with our puppy. A respectful and gentle education allowing us to understand why our dog reacts this way in a certain situation. Communication is the goal and we have the strongest trust that our little Australian Cobberdog and us are in best and loving hands with Patricia and Adrian. Dog Affair is an amazing resource center for your dog. So far we tried the grooming services for our large Samoyed dog. It is no easy feat to do his grooming, as he is quite sensitive to the brush. But Niki loves it! He comes back looking as beautiful as he ever did, and with a big Samoyed smile on his face! Thanks for everything!
Katerina and her knowledge has been so valuable for us and pup Charlie! She has helped me to become more confident as a first time dog owner and helped Charlie find himself in our little pack. She has always had solutions to our issues and they all have helped us grow together. Charlie is always so proud of himself after puppy school and is eager to learn in the fun way that Katerina provides! One example is "leash walking" which we had struggled with for a few weeks and after one private lesson, our smart Charlie is a pro! We highly recommend going to Katerina for dog training, it will be so worth it for you and your pup!
Our young Zwergdackel Ella loves to come here. We also feel she is in the best of hands! Adrian and Patricia are very professional, passionate and accommodating. The daycare helps towards Ella’s development and also her social skills towards people and other dogs! In the attached picture she wanted to go to daycare on a Sunday :)
Katerina is a wonderful trainer, very intelligent, serious and a master of her trade. She adapts very well to how the dog (and the owners) respond to training methods, and always has an extra tool up her sleeve to teach you. Which is important when you have a smart dog with an attitude problem!* *every resemblance with my corgi puppy is purely intentional. We went to Pup Affair and took a few social walks at first to test the ground, after we enrolled for a basic training class and after a few lessons we learned a lot: how to react to her behaviours, how to read her, how to lead and protect her in different situations... even now I still find the social walks helpful once in a while, mostly to perfect that leash pulling under highly distracting environments. It's a plus that our dog absolutely adores Katerina and Jenny! So much she pees herself every time we get there :)
I absolutely LOVE Pupaffair, my little cavalier mixed cocker spaniel Dukie had a very difficult past so he had a lot of anxiety, Katerina helped him a LOT. Dukie is less anxious now, he walks really well on the leash and is more comfortable and confident going to unfamiliar places. Dukie also loves Katerina, he is always so happy to see her, as soon as he sees that we are going to school you can see him super happy. He would sit in front of the Pupaffair door super happy to learn more. She thought me how to teach Dukie to walk next to me and not pull the leash, now Dukie automatically goes to my right and walks next to me. The social walks are also amazingggg, we get to meet so many lovely dog parents and of course, Dukie gets to make new friends. Before the social walk, he would misbehave and try to bark and jump on other dogs, now he is much calmer and obedient . He can now walk next to a dog he never met and be super calm. I am so thankful to Katerina and to the entire Pupaffair team, thank you soooooo much. Can’t wait for our next social walk and private classes.
You just need to see Jameela interact with your cat and you know she is everything she claims to be: a cat lover, a cat expert and someone who can be trusted. Jameela does not only look after my cat when I am away, she also gives great tips on behavior and care. For example, Jameela gave me a cat feeder so that I could see how my cat got on with it and it worked great! In terms of service, Jameela is very well organized and makes sure that the process for booking and exchange of keys is hassle free. Great service and great care! Sophie

My cat usually does not warm up to strangers but within minutes Jameela has her playing and rolling around on the floor. I love the videos. I am glad to have the Local Cat Sitter on my contact list. She takes away a big worry when we leave. We know that our cat is in excellent hands.
