Andy, is very kind, welcoming, communicative, and she thought of everything for the sitter, even labeled the fridge sections, left yummie human treats and more. The location is amazing except that it happens to be the one of the colder and foggier parts of the City (if you're not local, be prepared!) I'm glad that I accepted this sit and will be happy to return. The house has a very peaceful vibe, I loved it! A tiny bit warning: Honey sheds a lot, I used the vacuum cleaner every day. I miss you, Honey.

We thoroughly enjoyed catsitting for Jeremy and Madison! Firstly, their house was impeccably clean, and after a long travel day, we were grateful for the snacks they had arranged for our arrival. Further, their comprehensive guide made settling in a breeze, and their consistent communication, even amidst their own travels like times when they were unable to respond due to flights, was greatly appreciated. Moreover, their home was beautifully decorated and cozy, with an extensive book collection, and a well-stocked kitchen with a wide variety of condiments and spices, perfect for preparing a quick meal. We seriously felt incredibly well cared for, as if we were family, as they welcomed us into their home without any restrictions. Also, I want to note that coming from Toronto, where socioeconomic differences aren't as pronounced as in Los Angeles, this was a unique experience for us. So, we REALLY felt at ease in their safe neighbourhood, surrounded by great food options and plenty of activities. Now, onto the highlight of our trip: Basil. Initially shy, Basil eventually warmed up to us and became incredibly affectionate. Waking up to find him sleeping beside us, or even on us, was absolutely adorable. As he is a young cat, he thoroughly enjoyed playing, constantly bringing his toys to initiate a game of fetch, and he loved to shadow us around the house. Having the little guy by our side while we worked from home made our stay even more enjoyable. And since Basil is a strictly indoor cat, he was always there, and we ended up forming such a strong bond with him that saying goodbye was honestly tough! Overall, we left Jeremy and Madison's home, and LA, with a lot of great memories and a really great appreciation for such warm hospitality. From spunky Basil's playful antics to the warmth of our hosts, this was one of our best catsitting experiences, and we look forward to the opportunity to hopefully visit again in the future.
Oyster was such a joy to stay (and play) with, and Samantha was just as great to encounter! Samantha’s home is like a hidden oasis with great healing energy. I appreciated how clearly she communicated Oyster’s needs and how organized she had all of his things so it was a real breeze to care for him. The home is walkable to the beach and some great local shops and restaurants. My daughter and I both really enjoyed our time at Samantha’s and would highly recommend housesitting for her and Oyster if the opportunity presents itself!
Our family had a great time sitting for Bentley! Janelle and Dave have a wonderful home and were super welcoming and considerate to us. We were able to meet before they left and they showed us around the house, and Janelle was always responsive to messages if we needed anything else. Bentley is so cute and just loves to be next to you. If I was doing the dishes or laudry he would just curl up nearby and he was always happy to snuggle on the couch. The house is in a great location with food, stores, and parks nearby and we would definitely stay again if the opportunity comes!

From the moment we walked in to take a tour of the wonderful space… We knew we found a new home for Bella And Bear.. We dropped Bella and Bear off and when we did, it was love at first sight. The team greeted our pups with lots of kisses and lots of affection. The pups went right to the staff. The staff asked questions like, can the dogs be fed together or do they need to eat separately? How well do the dogs socialize with other dogs? And it really showed the great attention to detail. We then received an email sharing with us how our dogs did on their temperament test. We really appreciated the update, it was very comforting to know how well our dogs were being looked after and taken care of. The staff does a wonderful job of posting daily on social media. They are very open with their clientele and very proud of the customer service and business that they run. This was top-notch service, our dogs were very well taken care of. They received lots of love, They were bathed before we picked them up and of course they were exhausted after four days of staying over. We cannot thank the staff enough for taking such good care of our pups. We will definitely be back and we highly recommend this place.

Thank god for this place! My dogs life is so full and fun which makes me so happy. The staff is loving, caring, and responsible. I have gone out of the country several times and left my dog there for boarding. Never worried for a minute. She loves it there and has a smile on her face everytime we pull up! The dental cleaning service offered was an overall excellent experience all around. My little guy’s smile was like brand new and he was exercised while my daughter made her way back to collect him. He didn’t look stressed at all. Will definitely recommend and will book again.
We love INN the doghouse, their staff is amazing and they know every pup by name as you walk in. We mostly use them for daycare with occasional boarding. Our Blue Heeler (Ted) loves going so much that he will try to open the door when we get to it. They make it very easy to add shot records to your pups profile. You can also schedule boarding, grooming etc right online in your profile. Very convenient! If you are nervous about taking your dog there, don’t be. DOGS UNLEASHED is my puppy’s new home away from home! I just moved to Florida from CT where I had very loving caregivers for Gila and I was concerned about finding the same loving service here in Florida. Well, I found it. This place is top notch and professionally run and managed. Each time I visit there to drop or pickup Gila I am always so impressed with how organized and clever they are when I pickup Gila, as well as when I drop her off. They clearly love dogs which I can tell by how they receive Gila and how they mix her with the other dogs who all seem very, very happy to be there. I am rest assured that Gila has a wonderful time there and that the staff is taking wonderful care of her.
Today was my Bentley's 1st 4 hour visit and he did GREAT! Wonderful caring staff! He was exhausted. Bringing him back tomorrow.
I took my 9 y/o, standard poodle, rescue dog “Milo” for his first haircut in a long time and was absolutely satisfied with the wonderful results. I highly recommend this place. Sweet and very professional staff will love on your pup like their own.
I can't say enough positive things about this place. Jackson, Ashley and all the staff are genuinely caring , attentive and patient to not only your precious pets but their humans as well. At the end of November my son found an abandoned four month old puppy. He lives in a very busy development on the fifth floor and works a lot of hours, which is not exactly the best situation to be in when you are thinking of adopting a puppy. He did not want to leave him in a crate. That would be unfair for the puppy and the neighbors to hear if he barked. There is no yard to run or play, and it was advised to stay away from dog parks due to dog flu or virus. My friend recommended dog daycare, so I started looking around and checking out different daycares in the area. From the moment I called Dogs Unleashed and spoke to Ashley (who patiently answered all my questions), I knew this place was far better than all the others I spoke to and looked at. They offer a variety of all kinds of snacks to accommodate different dietary needs and allergies, full grooming, waterplay, and boarding. What makes them exceptional and stand out from all the rest, is they are sincerely caring, patient, and attentive, all with a positive and loving attitude. Happy ending: My son adopted the puppy. He LOVES going to Dogs Unleashed. He runs, plays (socializes)with his friends, has treats/snacks and is so spoiled and loved on by the staff, that he stops by the desk on the way out to go home and waits for EXTRA hugs from Jackson or Ashley sometimes both! He gets a lot of puppy energy out, so it is easier to train, work with ,walk him, and he sleeps better. All the staff love him and treat him as if he were their own. Dogs Unleashed has made it possible for this sweet abandoned puppy to have a forever home with my son, and my son feels great knowing while he is working his furbaby is being well taken care of, loved and having fun!🐾

Saturday June 8th I dropped Tater at the doggie day care for an afternoon….he came home happy and exhausted from playing all afternoon with his pals. I have used Dogs Unleashed before and love their service….clean , well organized spot…Nicole is wonderful…and Tater is well cared for! 5 stars ⭐️

I formally used a dog resort, but I found that my dogs were very anxious there due to the being dog reactive so I decided to look for an in home dog sitter instead. I am so happy I found House and Hound, it has completely taken away the anxiety I feel when we leave for a vacation and the dogs need someone to watch them. I trust the pet sitters and they send updates every visit with picture, which my dogs always look happy compared to the forced pictures the pet resort would send me. My dogs are comfortable with the sitter and comfortable at home in their own environment. I highly recommend this professional, friendly and trustworthy service.

My husband and I were away for several days for work events and very nervous about leaving our dogs with a pet sitter. We had a pre meet with the sitters Rachel and Elizabeth and our dogs immediately liked them. The entire time we were gone things went very smooth. They checked in regularly and sent pictures. Benny is an emotional dog and hates being away from me, but loves going to stay with her. She has three of her own pups there as well, so he is always getting endless play time. I can always tell if Benny has had a bad time if he comes homes is acting sad, but when he leaves Kelly's he's all smiles and is happy. Kelly's services are top-notch. She is incredibly friendly, professional, and very flexible. She works with your schedule to accommodate drop-off and pick-up times. Lastly, pricing is completely fair. Kelly has watched our dog Buck on several occasions. We found that one of the most appealing parts of Pet Pal Delray Beach is your dog is staying in a home with other friendly dogs vs. a kennel. It’s also reassuring to know that he’s in good hands and Kelly always takes the time to send pictures of how he’s doing while she’s watching him. It’s always nerve-wracking trying to figure out where to leave your dog when you have to leave town. Kelly is awesome! I'm a paranoid fur baby mom who is very protective. My two little dogs are my only children and moving to a new place without anyone I know to care for them created a lot of anxiety for me. Kelly is calm and easy going, sends pics, follows instructions, and takes it all in stride even if I'm being o a little over the top in all the do's and don'ts for my fur boys LOL! I returned to two happy little pups that enjoyed their time with Kelly.

I have experienced nothing but the best care for my animals (9) in all since 1998. Dr Rob Martin is nothing short of amazing and he continues to train his entire staff to follow suit. Dr. Martin is compassionate and will help you in good things as well as the difficult times. Thank you team Colonial and Dr. Martin!
Recently my girlfriends dog suffered from some Gastroinestinal issues which we had to bring him to the Emergency Vet, which they determined he had a Gastrointestinal issue which could be a potentially permenant issue from there on out. They sent the report over to Colonial, and recommended we take the dog to them to be examined by his Vet. The dog recovered fine and was going to the bathroom fine. We take him to the Vet, and the Vet, either ignored the report from the Emergency Clinic or simply didn't listen to us, told us to up his food by 10% which we did, and the dog is right back to having issues which may require hospitalization, scans, etc. All stuff we can not afford not did we need if they would have just read the report. My girlfirend just left, and the same Vet now tells her the issues coukd be ongoing. So they know enough to know gastro issues are ongoing, and that this can occur again but still told is to up his food. We thought it would be fine due to it coming fron a Vet. He's been going to this practice since he was a puppy. Absolutely zero accountability on the Practice for what they recommended for the dog, and now we can not afford nor is the practice remotely taking responsibility for what they directly caused through their negligent recommendations.
Stay Away. They just want to sell you vaccines and don’t even keep records of patient history they gave my doodle multiple unnecessary vaccines 2 TIMES making her sick, telling us she “needs” these vaccines and the “vaccine package” is a better value, resulting in my dog vomiting profusely for days - 2 years in row! They care about the money more than the health of your animal - stay away. Shame on me for trusting them, I should have stayed away and listened to my friends other horror stories but we were already clients for a couple years. NEVER AGAIN.
Very disappointed with my visit to this clinic. I brought my dog in with a clear ear infection and, despite having an appointment, I had to wait for an hour. Instead of addressing the issue and cleaning the ear, I was given strange recommendations about which beach to take my dog to. In the end, I was charged $70 just to be prescribed ear drops that cost $12. I do not recommend this place.
I’ve taken my animals to Colonial since before it was Colonial. The location has caring staff and Dr. Martin is a great veterinarian. He is a mentor for his staff and a wonderful doctor. The office staff are friendly and receptive. The nurses are experienced and trustworthy. I have a dog who is very hard to handle but Judith can manage him easily. The groomer Nicole is top notch. The office is clean. This office used to be owned by Dr. Burton, a truly caring and compassionate man. When the new owners came they took over the care of my animals and have been there for us in spite of some of our pets being “special needs”. I would recommend this office to anyone. I have never been without a dog in my life and Colonial understands how important my pets are too me. I am grateful for all of the folks at Colonial!
I have had many pets and vets but Dr. Martin is literally the best veterinarian I have ever had. His level of care, compassion, bedside manner and intelligence is unmatched. He always remembers my pup and always takes the time with me to talk through what’s going on no matter how busy he is. He also follows up and checks in to make sure everything goes well after. I truly recommend him for anyone even with pets especially with special concerns and a tough diagnosis. I am sad and so is my pup to move away and lose him as my vet. This is one of the few vets that the nursing staff and front house staff is just as kind and helpful as the vets as well and I will miss this clinic. Thank you for all the support with my pup and dealing with the recent diagnosis. I can’t thank yall enough!
Colonial Vet is a top notch veterinary office with the best vets and staff. With their two locations they provide the best care that is thorough, compassionate, and affordable. I very much trust the two vets in the office. Dr Rob has many years as a vet which shows in his expertise as he provides care for our three dogs. Ilene at the front desk is absolutely wonderful and always goes out of her way to assist in any way she can. We have been taking our dogs to Dr Rob for the past nine years and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a vet.
I want to thank your staff for your kindness as I said goodbye to my beloved cat of 14 years. She brought ne so much joy and you were all so kind as I said my final far well to my love. I will miss Abby, but I will always love her. Thank you for your kindness.
The worst fear is your pet needing care when you are away from home yet the staff made me feel so relaxed. 2 of my dogs got sick and this practice was OUTSTANDING! 2 visits, 2 different days, 2 different Vets. They were so competent and compassionate. I found their charges very reasonable and seem to be less than what I pay at my regular vet. If you need a Vet, pick this practice. I know I would if I lived here.
I've had dogs my entire life and had some average vets along the way, but this is by far the most inconsiderate vet office I've ever been to. The assistants are nice enough but that's about it. I took my dog in for a Bordetella booster this morning, that's it. But after 35 minutes of waiting and no vet, I walked out. Every visit to this veterinary office was a minimum of a 30 minute wait, after my appointment time, to see the vet. Usually closer to 40 or 45 minutes. I also noticed the office was particularly stinky(pet waste) this morning. Time is money. If you've got lots of spare time and don't mind waiting in a room for long periods of time, this may be the place for you but if you value your time, look elsewhere.
We were very satisfied with the service our sitter Jennifer provided on November 25th and 26th for our little girl cat. She promptly responded via text and phone during initial setup of the service and sent us daily updates with photos via text while we were away. Jennifer is kind courteous and professional and we would most certainly use her again. In fact the entire dogsgowalking operation is terrific we were under the gun with only a couple of days to find a sitter over the Thanksgiving holiday and they gladly accommodated us and told us exactly what we needed to do. It was easy and they enabled us to have a good time while we were away knowing that our beloved kitty cat was being well taken care of.
Great service, we use them regularly for pet visits while we are out of the house for extended periods. They do a great job of keeping me informed when they get there and how our dogs are doing. Would definitely recommend them.
Grace is fantastic. She went out of her way to help me. She showed up on time and provided text updates with photos. I was also given a detailed report when I came home. She is extremely professional and very patient with the animals. I would highly recommend her.
We love Dogs Go Walking! We have used their services for 5 years now and use them for dog walking and dog sitting. I trust them with my dogs and that is most important!

JD Blue and Tiffany are so at ease as am I knowing they are well taken care of. Kathryn takes time to get acquainted and will inquire about detail needs. We are very thankful for Kathryn, her professionalism, and her genuine love of animals. Wouldn’t dream of anyone else to care for my babies!
So so so happy to have found Kathryn! I have two older cats that each need extra care and Kathryn was so knowledgeable and caring that I knew my cats were in good hands. Will definitely be using her service in the future for all my cat sitting needs.
