We had a nice long weekend taking care of Millie + Bubba. They are both a lot of fun and each like to play. Feeding and caring for them is easy and they are both very sweet. Matt’s apartment is in a nice part of town and very convenient for coming and going. Matt was easy going, easy to communicate with and had all of the information ready.
This was an excellent house sit for me Alex was very welcoming and the house is beautiful Inky and Olive were very well behaved and a pleasure to look after. All said I really enjoyed my stay here and I would return again and would recomend it to anyone
What a house! What a location! What adorable, loving dogs! We had a ball.
This was our first sit as a family (plus our dog) and honestly, nothing could have been better. Rob, Nicole and their daughters gave us a warm welcome with a tasty, homemade dinner the evening before their trip. Then we had the fur babies all to ourselves. Houblon is a big, loving, cuddly gentle giant. He loves to be around people and shadowed us everywhere from the moment we met. Rosie was reserved the first day, but became the best velcro dog ever. She actually jumped in the car when we were leaving :-( The cats are quirky and love to stealthily follow you around the property. They love scratches and to sleep in the bed with you. We were lucky to have the mini horses in the paddock during our stay too. Nicole and Rob´s place was an amazing opportunity for us as a family to spend a calm, quiet holiday in a place with lots of history, privacy and greenery. Thank you for gifting us with an experience and memories for a lifetime.
It was great to take care of Rumi and Lluna! They are both very adorable and funny. We loved to take Lluna for walks while we discovered the center of Madrid. The apartment's location is great. Hannah and Alberto were very hospitable. They even welcomed us to their house with dinner. We really recommend them and would surely sit for Rumi and Lluna again!
This housesit in Queens was an interesting urban experience! Tara gave us clear instructions (written & verbal), and her 110-year-old house (with beautiful original wood floors) was comfortable! We appreciated the convenience of a 5-minute walk to catch a ride into the city. The subway runs by, one block away, every 3-5 minutes during the day, and less frequently overnight. Although it is a constant background noise, we weren't bothered by it. The neighborhood is a busy one, and most evenings the noise level was not a problem, however, loud music on Saturday night played into the wee hours of the morning and made it hard to fall asleep. Grocery stores were a 5-minute walk from the home, and we found a church to attend 2 blocks away! There was also a large urban park close by which we enjoyed walking in. Our favorite part of this sit was Gus, an irresistibly affectionate cat with the loudest purr we've ever heard! His favorite spot was where ever we were, and we fell in love with the sweet, snuggly guy! Thank you for sharing your home with us, Gus, Tara & Eric!
