Elizabeth, with Craig, were awesome zeewoi. While they were only taking care of my 3 chihuahuas and home for 1 night and 2 days, I was absolutely confident that all would be well taken care of. And when there was a health concern with my chi Jack, she made me aware right away and we discussed it together. When I came home, all was in fine order, actually more than I had expected. Very refreshing and I would love to have them come again when our schedules align. Highly recommend them, for sure.

Meredyth was fantastic. Great communication, was very attentive to my cats and super self sufficient.

Evan coordinated her flights to Boston to come take care of Porter Charlie and Holly. She sent me photos of them being cute on the couch. They were happy as clams when we came home. We are lucky that she has helped us out twice now.

There aren't words to describe how fantastic Sheena is! This was my first time leaving my dog Nori and I was very anxious, but Sheena put me at ease completely with regular updates, photos, and the wittiest captions to boot. She is kind, extremely steady and reliable, attentive, and, here's another thing, the cleanest, tidiest, most organized person I've ever met! We came home to a gleaming house, a kitchen that looked like it had been organized by a professional, and happy, content pets. Sheena really went above and beyond for us with everything (even taking our rug to a car wash to get out a dog pee stain!). She is a magnificent find, and if you're lucky enough to see her in your inbox, you'd be very well served to choose her. I hope she will sit for us again in the future. Thank you, Sheena!!! xoxoxo

Kari was responsive and pleasant with communications. She sent me the best pics and videos of my dog Harriet every day. She had friends in the area and made the most of her time in Portland. She was only here 2 nights, everything was still clean and the linens were washed when I got home.

We have had a number of excellent sitters over the years, but Shay and Nick are among the best. They were attentive and loving to our cats and kept us in the loop with pictures and comments every day. It was clear the cats were well cared for as were the house and plants. The house was immaculate when we returned from our trip, the longest we’ve been away. Shay and Nick were thoughtful enough to leave flowers, wine and chocolates, totally unnecessary but appreciated. We hope they will agree to sit for us again.

Barbara could not have been more perfect. We were gone 3 weeks and our dog Zitto was sorry when we returned because he loved her so much :o( Also our home was so clean on our return we had to mess it up a little so we knew it was ours. Seriously you cannot possibly find a better pet/home sitter if you tried! I just hope she has the opportunity once again to take care of our goldendoodle. Thank you Barbara & Housesitters

We had Hana as our house sitter for a non-traditional setup, as she coordinated for her parents and sister to stay in our home. Despite the unconventional arrangement, Hana worked diligently to ensure smooth communication and information sharing between all parties involved. Hana's parents weren't as communicative as she was, but they took excellent care of our cats, who seemed happy and well-looked after. We appreciate the effort they put into making sure our pets were comfortable and cared for during our absence. One of our cats, Lucy, is very shy around new people. But she came out of hiding and they were able to send us a photo of her on the couch by the end of their time which is a testament to their demeanor and care. Overall, we are grateful for Hana's hard work and commitment to ensuring our cats were in good hands.

Allison and her mother were the perfect sitters. We normally don’t have any issues, however right before we left our cat was injured and needed oral medication administered. They reassured me they could handle and gave us some peace to leave on our trip. During the trip one of out dogs became sick. They went above and beyond to care and clean up after her. They were excellent in all the situations, sent us pictures of the fur babies, and made us feel our animals were safe and lovingly cared for. We really appreciated their care and initiative. I could not have asked for a more stellar house and pet sitter than Maya. She has lovely energy and Kaboodle felt at home with her immediately, and even more tellingly, he was relaxed and happy on my return which means the world to me. She left my space immaculately clean and even washed the sheets and towels. We both loved her. I highly recommend!

Ryan is a dog's dream pet sitter. Our rambunctious 3 year-old Lab/Aussie mix (Birdie) received lavish care and attention while we were gone, as evidenced by daily photos and videos. Ryan clearly enjoys dogs and they enjoy her. She also pays close attention to their behaviors. Birdie is an accomplished forager, and Ryan noticed her eating the Texas persimmon fruit littering the walkway above our pool. She brought it to our attention, reported on Birdie's stools, and endeavored to stay ahead of Birdie's consumption (a losing proposition, but a much appreciated effort). Ryan can also adapt to the unexpected. As anyone who travels knows, things break at the most inopportune times. We had a sprinkler system issue just before we left and, the morning of our departure, we woke up to a problem with the second story air conditioning system. We arranged for the repairs, but Ryan had to be the go-between, and managed the process seamlessly. In every respect, it was a pleasure having her as a house sitter, and we hope she'll return for future sits.
