Misha left the house exactly like we left it. Our dog seemed happy and tired. Overall a great experience.

We were super happy with Elaina and Zach and would be glad to recommend them. They kept us updated and stayed in touch regularly, and Thunzi was clearly very fond of them when we arrived home. They left the flat clean and tidy and were really flexible and helpful when it came to arranging handovers at the beginning and end of the sit. Thanks so much!

Karlee was an amazing house and cat sitter. We were so lucky to have her sit for us and would love to have her come back again! She is a delightful, caring and outgoing person who also loves the outdoors as much as we do. She took perfect care of our kitties and our house. Our shy cat took to her so well that I’m a bit jealous. She did everything we asked and left the house just as she found it. She communicated frequently and sent the cutest pictures. She is exactly what I always hope for in a sitter

This is the second time we have had Kiana (and Kam) stay at our home with the two cats. The cats immediately remembered them from five months ago and were relaxed in their presence. We came back to happy kitties and a clean house. What more can one ask? Kiana and Kam are fabulous!

Alysa was great! She visited for an orientation day and made sure to introduce herself to Flair which really put my mind at ease. She also sent me occasional pic updates of Flair and always checked with me when she had questions about anything which I really appreciated. She was also accommodating with dates of the sit & also helped out by taking care of some mould spots that appeared in my apartment. When I came home, I could see that Flair was a happy cat :)

Valerie, Chris and their daughter were the best housesitters we could have hoped for. Communication was easy right from the start, they used their initiative with both Zuki and Aggie and went out of their way to make sure they were well cared for. We received regular photos and updates. The house was left clean and tidy with some snacks for our arrival. They also delivered Zuki to our local kennels for the last couple of days as we changed our dates slightly. I recommend them wholeheartedly and would love to have them back.

Debbie was professional, reliable, and caring. She communicated clearly and let us know when anything out of the ordinary came up. She is kind, relatable and is welcome at our home any time. We highly recommend her.

From the start to the finish, John and Katie were communicative and honest. We live rurally and have 2 huge dogs, chickens and have non-traditional water and septic. They took it all in stride. We came home to happy dogs, everything clean and tended, and friends. We could not be happier with our first Zeewoi experience.

Elena took very good care of my home and Daisy. This sit was on short notice and I was fortunate that Elena could accommodate me. I’d be happy to have her sit again.

Brian was great, he took good care of our cats. He was neat and tidy and kept in contact.

I have not been looking forward to writing this review for Irene and Henry. Because I was not looking forward to be reminded of the turmoil we went through while they were sitting house for us. Irene and Henry had signed up to stay in our home and with our dogs for 9,5 weeks. They knew it was winter in Germany, one of the first things we asked them, if they knew how dark and gray it is and that it can be cold. They had no problem with that. 2 weeks into the sit they said they could not walk our dogs twice a day any more, only once - since they were too tired. They asked for help with the second walk, which we then organized from abroad. Also after two weeks they said, they would have to cut the sit short and would be leaving our home 4,5 weeks early. We should start looking for a replacement. This came as such a shock to us, that at first we refused a replacement. With time and the loving support of the zeewoi staff we started looking for a replacement. Of course there was no one there on such short notice. The hours we spent dealing with finding someone new - this is nothing anyone should have to go through. In the end a friend took our dogs when Irene and Henry left our house and their sit early. Irene and Henry sent us pictures and comments about our dogs regularly. Our house was as clean as when we left it. The plants were well. We were contemplating leaving the zeewoi Community after this painful experience. Our trust was shaken. But, we decided to stay and remember the first two perfect experiences we had with our other sitters, whom we still are in touch with and feel loving and close with.
