I spent two wonderful weeks exploring this beautiful part of Wales with the adorable Pickle for company! She is such a sweet, loving and well-behaved dog; brilliant both on and off lead, with excellent recall (unless she's in a puddle, lol) and just great fun! Jane & Al's home is an amazing converted barn, with everything you coud possibly need. Evenings were spent cozying up on the sofa with a fire roaring in the woodburner. They are also incredibly hospitable and allowed me to invite a few friends round to celebrate my birthday. I wholeheartedly recommend this sit and hope to return myself one day!
We enjoyed the time we spent with Oscar and Tom. Tom is a very funny cat. Even though he needs a day or 2 to get used to new people but once it's done- he talks and jumps and follows you everywhere. Oscar is much calmer and less active. But he likes attention as well and will be around you all the time (if he doesn't sleep, which he does a lot). The hosts were very welcoming and always in touch for any questions.
It was an absolute joy to sit for Jane and Bill at their beautiful home in Austin. It is impeccably decorated and just as pretty in person as in the photos. Lucy is a complete love bug. She is so affectionate and sweet, I ended up staying “home” with her more than going out to explore. We had a great time walking the neighborhood (be sure not to miss the famous “Blank Check” castle right down the street), napping and sitting outside in the pretty backyard. Lucy slept with me at night and didn’t move or snore. Their home is in a great area, just minutes from anywhere you want to go. Jane and Bill were very welcoming and made me feel right at home.
Wow! Eva is amazing. Couldn’t do enough to help and make me feel at home. Her apartment has a beautiful rose garden, a real sun trap. With a 10/15 min walk to the tube, central London is easy to access. Alfie and Ralph were very easy to care for, Ralph in particular was very sweet. If you have the opportunity to sit for Eva go for it.
I had a great time at this sit. He was such a cuddle-bug. The location is great. All communication was excellent, as well. I would certainly recommend!
I had a fantastic time at my Catsit at Jerry and Rajinder's. They made me feel so at home and welcome in their wonderful home!! Izzy is such an easy going and loving cat who loves exploring in the garden, and enjoys some snuggles too! She was sound through every night and I had no problems with her at all. Jerry and Rajinder's house is beautiful, clean, spacious, and full of love! They have a stunning conservatory, garden, and outdoor lounge area as well. I spent the first night in the house with the whole family who are all so kind and warm and I felt really looked after and welcomed by them - it was great getting to know them all! Thank you for such a fabulous experience!! 100% recommend.
