I can't say enough good things about this sit! The apartment is in a beautiful setting with a huge balcony with amazing views. Big, full kitchen, dedicated office space and a super comfortable bed! Wendy was very thoughtful and provided excellent written instructions. We were also able to meet the day before she left for orientation. The animals are extremely easy to care for and the chores are minimal. Dharma will steal your heart!! I'm warning you right now! She is just the sweetest, most lovable and precious bundle of fur I've ever met. So obedient and eager to please, happy and playful, always willing to snuggle. I'm really going to miss those Dharma cuddles!! Sophie the cat takes a little while to warm up to you but soon she will be snuggling next to you and purring up a storm. Jasper can be a bit of a grumpy cat at times but I think he's just putting on a front! Haha they are all so, so sweet and I really enjoyed my time there with all of them. I would look forward to taking care of Wendy's home and fur babies again. ♥️🐾
We really enjoyed looking after Poppy on the Isle of Wight in the lovely home of Jane and Dirk. They couldn’t have done more to make us feel really welcome and we would recommend them to anyone considering sitting for for them and we would certainly sit for them again Poppy is a lovely dog, with a friendly and calm nature and we loved walking with her on the local beaches and locally around Ryde Ryde is a lovely town with good access to the rest of the Isle of Wight by foot, bus, bicycle or train
We loved staying in Hazel and Geoff's home with their delightfully easy to look after Baxter. They were such a friendly couple who made us feel so welcome. Their home is comfortable and the area is lovely with many accessible attractions. A wonderful housesit!
I absolutely loved hanging out with Roar and Alfie. Alfie was scared and very shy, he slept all day and wandered around the apartment at night. Roar was shy at first but came to me for petting and snuggles after a few days. They are both adorable and easy to take care of. Kate was a great host! She made sure I had everything needed and that I was comfortable before leaving. We communicated well while she was gone and she was always available for my questions throughout the stay. Kate’s apartment is cozy, very clean, has everything I needed and is at a great location. It is very closed to bus stations and a short walk from an MRT station. Thanks again Kate!
Elizabeth and Jonathan were fun folks and detailed in the best of ways. Probably the most thorough welcome guide I've received which was amazingly helpful, complete with alerts that showed up for key events. The two cats oozed personality and made fine sleeping buddies if you, like me, enjoy that sort of thing. The Garden arbor felt like dining in Tuscany. Go for it!
