Love the Perfect Pooch. I found them through Google and Yelp reviews and the reviews are so accurate. I was so worried as a new dog owner and they treat my dog with such care. They started watching him before he was fully vaccinated so more pet sitting and they were fantastic. I got tons of updates and pics and they truly care for the pets. They’re great about notes and requests and did a great job feeding him and keeping him entertained. I most recently tried their overnight service which was fantastic and didn’t disrupt my puppy’s routine. I always feel like my dog is cared for by folks (especially Joy!) who love dogs and take extra care to treat my puppy with kindness -highly recommended.

Leeland takes such good care of our 2 big pups! Her walkers are caring and detailed. My dogs love them and look forward walks with licks and kisses. We receive photos from each outing!

Maggie is pure joy. She's also a 55lb diva who needs a long walk every day to keep her being a pure joy as my workday co-pilot. I had a scary experience with a solo dog walker, and then I found Leeland, who heads the Perfect Pooch. Lili, Gable, Raeven and sometimes Leland herself walk Maggie both alone, and sometimes with great buddies. I've seen them outside from a distance, and know how Maggie is super excited when it's time for their arrival. Maya stayed with Maggie while we were away, too. I feel confident and very comfortable knowing Maggie gets her walk (no matter the weather). The portal is very easy to use for communication, and payment, too.

We moved to the UWS fulltime in 2022 and are so grateful to have found Leeland and her team at The Perfect Pooch. They are caring, professional, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. It gives us such peace of mind to know our pup is in their hands for walks, boarding, and dog sitting.

I have been using perfect pooch for cat sitting for several months now. They have watched our cats during several trips. It is easy to schedule via their app, they are reliable, take good care of our cats, and always send follow up notes and pictures. As an added bonus - they also leave our apartment tidy - vacuuming up litter and taking out the cat food tins.

New to the city and have been using the perfect pooch for over a month and weve been so happy. They use an app to message, schedule, and share all the happenings including real time mapped walks, timestamped visits, photos and a sweet message from the walker. Leeland the business owner is wonderful and communicative and came to meet our dog and then set up a meet up with our incredible primary walker Rheanna! Rheanna has been so great with our dog Finley, so respectful of our space and just an all around great person. Thank you for all you do for Finley!

My experience with The Perfect Pooch has been overly positive. The business owner is very responsive, and helps to do all booking, scheduling, payment, and messaging through a commonly used app. All employees have been trustworthy in my home, including the business owner who shares in the workload during busy weekends. Employees are largely detail oriented as well as cat-friendly and very patient even in the face of very shy cats who can lock themselves in a room.

I've been using The Perfect Pooch NYC for about a year now, and they take the BEST care of my little chihuahua! He was a COVID puppy, so I hadn't had to leave him with a walker/sitter before, but Leeland and her team are so professional, caring, and warm that I felt comfortable instantly. My dog be a little feisty (to put it nicely) but he adores his walker Ashley, and she keeps him happy and in check on their daily Central Park walks. I've also used them for overnight boarding, and was so impressed with the quality of care and updates. Can't recommend Leeland, Ashley, and the Perfect Pooch team enough!

Ronaldo and his team at PetLove NYC have been absolutely amazing with my dog, Luna. I never knew animal care could be this exceptional before working with Pet Love NYC. Ranaldo and his team are thoughtful, reliable and professional. Our 1.5 year old Dalmatian (Cal) had issues with reactivity when we started with Pet Love. The team quickly assessed his needs and through training he is know comfortably walking around NYC and Central Park. We now have Pet Love walk Cal 5x per week. He goes to the park where they not only walk but PLAY which tires him out thoroughly. I would highly recommend Pet Love to anyone looking for the best quality care for their animal.

We love PetLove NYC so much! We were super particular when we first got our puppy with who we wanted to use, as it’s not easy trusting anybody with your pet. But they’ve been amazing, so responsive, and they always send us pictures and videos and let us know how things went every single time they walk him. I trust them so much and that’s worth its weight in gold to me!

We absolutely love PetLove—Ronaldo and Vagner are the best. Our dog, Jake, loves them so much (I think more than us!). They care for him and take him to the park. They constantly send us videos and pictures and give us a report on how well he did.

Ronaldo is amazing!! After recently rescuing a 5 year old golden, I needed someone to help on late work nights and Ronaldo has been responsible and dependable. My dog, Autumn, is shy but Ronaldo takes time to make sure she gets the right amount of exercise and care. He also is very prompt and send plenty of photos/videos. Photo below is one he sent me, along with many videos. I’m happy my dog will have someone consistent for walks going forward. I would highly recommend Ronaldo and his team and will be referring him to friends too.

We used Bare Paws cat sitter services for our 6-month old kitten and it was awesome! Violet and Kayla took great care of him: scooping and cleaning his litter box, refilling his food and water, and most importantly pet and played with him while we were away. We highly recommend! We had Bare Paws take care of our cat while we were on vacation a second time and were very satisfied with the quality of the service, the post-visit updates and most importantly our cat loved it! We scheduled the visits a few days before our departure and they were prompt to arrange the visits. Bare Paws NYC has been wonderful to work with so far! The portal is super easy to use for scheduling, they offer 20-90 minute walks (which is great for my tiny Pom), and I love that I can reschedule/cancel online and request last-minute walks. Kayla is so sweet and super professional, and my pup adores their adventures. Mars and Jahi were wonderful as well!

Bare Paws is a life saver!! We don’t have the easiest dog - lots of anxiety and stranger danger make her a complicated soul with a lot of feelings. But Bare Paws (and our wonderful regular walker Kayla!) has worked with us diligently from day one to build up her trust, to go at her pace, and to make sure that she’s getting a walk while ALSO feeling safe and cared for. I’ve used several other dog walking companies…but none hold a candle to Bare Paws.

We’ve used Bare Paws for cat sitting multiple times, and they always do a wonderful job! Jessica and Johnathan always send the best pictures and updates of our cats while we’re away! Violet is also great at answering any questions we have!

I have been using Bare Paws walking services for about a month now and could not be happier! Violet has been so kind and responsive from the start. I needed a dog walker last minute when I had a sudden start back to work, and they were incredibly flexible getting me set up with a walker and have been super reliable since. My walker Angie is great with my dog Ruth and sends detailed reports of their walks with photos and walking path overview. I feel so lucky to have people that take such special care of my dog and at a great price!

Bare Paws is the best and I cannot express how lucky I feel to have found them! Violet and Angie took great care of our 2 kitties, one who needs medicine 2x per day. Our 2 cats couldn’t be more opposite in personalities (one is older and likes to chill and the other is a vivacious / hyper 8 month old who likes to annoy our older cat) so I really appreciated how Violet and Angie catered their attention to each cat based on their personalities. Bare Paws provides you with a daily report with pictures of how your furry babies are doing, which I really value. Our cats loved Violet and Angie. If you need a pet sitter, Bare Paws has got you covered and you can rest easy knowing your little ones are well taken care of! I highly recommend them!!!

We have been entrusting Violet and her team at Bare Paws with our two cats for several years now. Every time we are impressed with their dedication and thoroughness. We were recently out of the country for an extended period, during which we had one cat with a health emergency. Violet not only handled the issue calmly and professionally, but was very proactive in following up with the vet so that we could have peace of mind while we were an ocean away. We can't thank her enough!

I started using Bare Paws once I moved to the area. I could not be happier with the level of service and responsiveness. Violet is extremely accommodating towards any requests and ensuring my cat Kobe is always receiving the best care! Kobe’s sitter Lakesha is so sweet and thorough, and always leaves pictures and feedback after her visit with my cat. This service has allowed me to travel stress-free! Thank you Bare Paws!

I could give negative stars I would. They are the worst. They did nothing they we instructed and did not answer any Texts or calls when I tried to remedy the situation. I am having to leave spending time with family that I haven’t seen in 20 years now to go home and fix their mistake. And I’m still going to get charged for the service. DO NOT USE IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER OPTION THEY ARE TERRIBLE AT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I really appreciate the attention to detail and care that everyone at Bare Paws has. The owner, Violet, came to meet Betty when we first started working with them, which was great. But greater still is that anytime they've introduced a new walker or sitter (for new days/times - we do have a very consistent walker for work), Violet's come with them for the first visit to introduce them and take them through Betty's routine. Our walker, Angie, is awesome and Betty loves her so much she sometimes refuses to walk/play and instead spends all of her time trying to cuddle with her. I had a not-great experience with the first dog walking service I used, and I am so happy I made the jump to Bare Paws.

NY tails is great for walking! Our yorkie Zoe absolutely adores her walker Camila. Booking is easy through the app and Camila or the other walkers are communicative every day. The policies can feel like you’re being nickel and dimed at times but to be fair they are very clear on the website. Would highly recommend NY tails

I love NY Tails I send my dog Blue there for boarding anytime I go out of town, and they do an amazing job with all their dogs. I can see the excitement rise with Blue as we get closer to their location because he loves it there. Their updates on their Instagram stories are so fun to follow along with, and the backyard is really nice. Blue always comes home from boarding absolutely pooped from all the play with other dogs which is great. I trust them completely, and so glad I found them for my pup. Highly recommend for anyone!

Love working with this team — it’s evident they love your pet as much as you do! As a frequent foster parent, I rely on their services to help me keep my fosters comfortable during the day and socialized. They’re quick to respond, share updates and behavior reports, and often share photos from their visit. 5 stars - highly recommend!

NY Tails is fantastic! They really care about the dogs and our dog loves being there. As soon as his special collar goes on, he knows he’s going to Tails and pulls us the whole way there. We also love that they have a private outdoor space so the dogs are able to get some fresh air and sunshine, weather permitting.

NY Tails is a hidden gem for UES pet owners!! Every walker and daycare employee has treated my dog like their own - and he adores them! Any time he sees someone from NY Tails he gets so excited - we are so sad to be moving! The team is professional, communicative, friendly and so caring - they really love the dogs like their own. Plus prices are affordable - and it’s easy to request a last minute walker if you are going to be out and your dog needs some love! We used the daily walking services and daycare/puppy sitting on a regular basis - I’m so glad I found them and so sad we are moving away and can’t use them anymore!

NY Tails has been reliable in providing visits for my cat for almost a year now. The employees who stop by tend to send pictures of my cat in a group chat when they visit (every pet owner's favorite) and provide a brief status update. I feel comfortable going away knowing someone is checking up on her. There was an issue with the NY Tails payment portal where the total charge it stated for requested services was not matching the amount I was actually being invoiced which was greater in several cases. Upon flagging this, Jessica, one of the coordinators, was exceedingly responsive and helpful in addressing the concern. The payment portal has now been updated to reflect accurate pricing details. I really appreciated how receptive NY Tails was to my feedback and how quick the team was to address it. Great customer service! It's worth taking note of the website to be aware of additional charges that may be applied for early/late and weekend visits. These are very clearly stated on the website, but don't appear on the payment portal/may not be factored into final pricing. It's also worth noting that, at least for cat visits, visit times are structured within a 4-hour timeframe (to allow flexibility for the person visiting to work the visit into their schedule). The 4-hour time period begins 2 hours before and ends 2 hours after the time you select for the visit within the payment portal (Dotimely). For instance, if you select 9am, the person visiting may come any time between 7-11am. This isn't very clearly stated, so it's worth taking note of this to avoid any charges that apply for visits before 9am and after 6pm.

The BEST dog walking service. We have used NY Tails since our pup was 2 month old and could not say enough good things about the company. The walkers are friendly, reliable, and gives us timely updates. When we had last minute requests, NY Tails staff were so easy to reach and always willing to go out of their way to help schedule last minute walks. Highly recommend!!!

NY Tails walked my dog Pablo every weekday for about a year and they were always extremely professional, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. They truly love animals to boot! Juliana and then Amanda were my dogs primary walkers and they were both wonderful and would write me notes about funny (sometimes naughty) things my dog would do during their time with him every day. I could tell that they both genuinely cared for Pablo and his well being and treated him as their own. I would recommend NY Tails to any dog owner in Manhattan!

Would give 6 stars if I could. Treated our dog Sadie like family for four years and were always reliable. What more could you ask for? More detail—> We used NY Tails with our dog Sadie from the day we adopted her at 7 weeks old until just a week ago when she was a week shy of 4 years old. Sadly, we moved outside of NY Tails' area and had to find new dog walkers. But NY Tails is amazing. Everyone there treated Sadie like their own dog and we couldn't have been happier. The owners Kira and Paulo are excellent and the team is responsive. Sadie had two main walkers over our 4 years: Mally and Vivian. Both were beyond amazing and caring for Sadie. We trusted them 100%. We also occasionally used the day care service and had similarly great interactions. Always got picture updates and were sure Sadie was well cared for. In short, we used NY Tails for 4 years, had two walkers, and used the day care. I feel we know them very well and we'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring, trustworthy and reliable dog walker/daycare. A+. Seriously. We miss them.

We have been using NY Tails for daily walks for about 2 months, and have only wonderful things to say. They are very professional and the prices are fair. But most importantly, we completely trust our walker. They aim to give you the same walker each day, and they really build a relationship. Our walker, Pronthip, is so kind and loving--our pup is always sad to see her go (I can tell because we receive a picture at the start and end of each walk). I feel comfortable leaving our dog home while we work because I know she will have an amazing walk with Pronthip during the day. She takes wonderful care of our Juni! NY Tails makes communication and scheduling easy. We also have used them for boarding, and that has been great as well. They clearly love the dogs and take great care of them. We feel so lucky to have found NY Tails--it had made our lives and our dog's life so much easier and happier!

Obsessed with the Mutt Hutt’e daycare! Our pups love going there. It gives a very “living room” vibe which is perfect for our senior dogs who just want to chill and sniff all dogs. They have space to leave a carrier and send photos from daycare!

My dog Snuggles loved Mutt Hutt. The staff became his second family, showering him with love and attention during his daycare visits. While the space was always well maintained and provided a comfortable and welcoming environment and allowed him plenty of opportunities for fun and socialization, leaving him happy and tired every evening. We can't recommend Mutt Hutt enough!

PLEASE READ! I will no longer be taking my dog to Mutt Hutt or A Cut Above due to an alarming incident at Mutt Hutt in October 2023. On a Sunday evening, I picked up my dog from a one-night stay at Mutt Hutt, and when we got in the car, I noticed that his ear was bleeding significantly. He is a white dog, so this would be hard to miss under adequate supervision. This occurred after hours and our vet was closed, so I raced to the urgent care vet, where my dog needed emergency stitches for what the vets determined was a deep bite. I understand that dog bites are a risk of boarding, but this negligence is completely unacceptable. It is deeply problematic that the employees either missed the attack, chose not to tell me, or worse - both. The manager was apologetic when I spoke to her the next day and agreed to refund the boarding fee and the $500 vet bill. However, it is now almost two months and many unanswered phone calls, texts, and voicemails later, I have yet to see a refund. My friends are no longer taking their dogs to Mutt Hutt, and several dog owners in my neighborhood are second-guessing as well. You're better off paying more money to go to another daycare in hopes of safety for your dog and a responsible, accountable staff.

We love the Mutt Hutt! Our dog loves the staff here and she always seems well cared for. So cute - today (Feb 13th) when I picked her up from a day stay, they had taken valentines day photos of the dogs - gave us a free magnet of our dog and a doggie valentines cookie!! What adorable customer service!

Mutt Hutt takes great care of our little mutt Coco. They send us pictures so we can see she's having a good time, and she's always happy and healthy when we pick her up. (Actually, she's usually tired from playing with the other pups when we get her! She sleeps well and happy) We've done day care, and also overnight boarding for the weekend. Would recommend as a good daycare in the city.

Love this place and my dog loves it too! We’ve been coming here since he was a puppy. The people who work here are very friendly and attentive. My dog loves every single one of them. Left him overnight once and there’s always someone sleeping with them so the dogs don’t sleep alone. This is my go to place.

We love Mutt Hutt! We send our dog, Helen, to daycare and board here. We were immediately comfortable with sending Helen, knowing that it's run by the same people as A Cut Above (groomer)--they're consummate professionals and real dog lovers. Helen is fairly shy and very skeptical of new places, but quickly warmed up to Mutt Hutt and the staff here. It takes a lot for her to get excited about seeing someone other than her parents, but she gets excited to see the folks at Mutt Hutt. You can see into one of the dog rooms when you walk in, and every time I've picked Helen up I see a staff member playing with dogs in the room, and the dogs all looking happy (and safe). Highly recommend!

Mutt Hutt is great! It's run by the same people as the two A Cut Above pet groomer locations on the Upper West Side, and shares some of the same staff. Every time I go in, they're so excited to see my dog, and she is clearly excited to see them - I can even see through the window into the main room, where she leaps on to the sofa to greet the staff member there. The facility itself is clean and spacious - both the small dog and large dog rooms have wooden floors and comfy furnishings for the dogs. The small dog room you can see into from the main entrance, but they're also happy and proud to give tours. I cannot recommend this more highly - what a great addition to the neighborhood!

Super grateful to the Mutt Hutt team, they take such good care of our big guy, and he is so excited whenever he gets close!

We used J&J PetCare during the summer of 2023 to take care of our two dogs (a yorkie and a chihuahua) over the course of 10 days when we were away, and we couldn't be more impressed with the service! They made apartment visits twice a day for our paper-trained pups, ensuring they were fed, had plenty of fresh water, and were treated to delicious treats. What really stood out was their attention to detail and the love they showed our dogs. They sent us regular videos and pictures, which made us feel so connected to our pups while we were away. It was clear they spent a lot of time playing and engaging with them during each visit, keeping them happy and entertained. Additionally, they always cleaned up the wee wee pads and replaced them with fresh ones, which we really appreciated. We would highly recommend J&J Petcare in a heartbeat. Their level of care, communication, and professionalism gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. We will definitely be using their services again!

I can’t say enough about J&J Pet Care. They are incredibly reliable, professional and trustworthy. We frequently take unplanned weekend get aways, and J&J is able to take our puppy without advance notice. We know that she is in great hands from a team that really loves dogs and has their best interests in-mind. George always goes the extra mile and has even offered to pick-up needed items for our puppy when he is at the pet store. You don’t need to look anywhere else, J&J Pet Care is as good as it gets!

My dog loves going to J & J petcare. They take great care of of her. From the time I pull up in front of the building she begins wagging her tail in excitement. I highly recommend them and am so grateful they took such great care of my dog.

My dog really looks forward to seeing Jorge every morning! I get update pictures from every walk and my little guy comes back very exhausted from the amount of exercise he gets which is great! He’s also learned to use the bathroom outside which is a great success. Now a days it’s very hard to know who to trust with your fur babies. Overall we are happy with the service. J&J walks our dog Coco daily and on most days we get a photo of Coco showing her having a wonderful time on her walk. They are reliable and flexible and have really helped us out in emergencies. It is apparent that they LOVE animals - so gentle and loving with our pets. We highly recommend them. They sent us this photo of Coco on her walk one day (see attached).

My Pet Angel, Vivianne greeted my affectionate but « spicy « cat , who sniffed her fingers and gave me the ok. 🦶My husband and I took our cues from « Zeke the Cat » « and were likewise impressed by Vivianne’s confidence and professionalism. We spoke once and she said that he was in attack mode,, nothing I hadn’t heard before. She reassured me that he was easily managed and I let go of my anxiety. She visited him twice daily , fed, washed his bowls, cleaned his litter box and played with him.I came home to a relaxed affectionate cat who did not »snub me for leaving him. Vivianne is professional , direct , and is highly intuitive and skillef about animals and their nervous owners.. She’s a gem!!!

I cannot say enough great things about Pet Angel and their dog walking services. From the very first meeting with Vivianne, it was clear that she genuinely loves dogs and understands their (and their owners) unique needs. I used pet angel for my cat during the holidays, and it was the best service that I could have asked for. I had to travel while my cat was feeling ill and on short notice, so I was concerned about who would take care of him. However, within the first few minutes of meeting Vivianne, my cat was incredibly comfortable and content around her. This was not only rare, but a great first sign that this would be the right service for me. Vivianne was caring and thorough in taking care of my cat, he looked incredibly clean and happy upon my return. I'll certainly be using Pet Angel in the future, so thanks Vivianne!

Vivianne was a great walker for my senior dog. Incredibly patient and considerate of her needs. Vivianne was also a great resource for when I got my first cat as she has many of her own. Highly recommend!

Vivianne Castanos has been taking care of my cats when I am away for many years. My current cat is particularly difficult, not friendly at all with strangers, yet Vivianne has such a great way with animals there has never been a problem. Vivianne is VERY reliable and conscientious - I am so happy to have found her, it gives me great peace of mind to know my cat is being taken care when I'm away. I recommend Vivianne VERY highly.

NYC Pooch has been a great and reliable dog walking service for our pup! Tom is super responsive to scheduling requests / updates, they use an app that notifies you when your walker has arrived and the walker leaves a little summary of the walk + some cute pics of your pup. Highly recommend!

We LOVE NYC POOCH! They are the absolute best. Our dog is our baby and we feel so comforted knowing he gets so well taken care of every day. We have lived in different neighborhoods in NYC and have continued to use NYC Pooch. We LOVE LOVE LOVE our current walker Aleysa. She is an absolute angel and our dog Cosmo loves her!!! She even picked him up from our wedding last June and dog-sat him that night. We love that Cosmo goes on walks with other neighborhood pups - he loves his friends! The email update I get every day is the highlight of my day - the photos bring us so much joy!! NYC Pooch is so reliable - they answer so quickly and are always available. They are also very flexible - if we work from home or go on vacation, they don't mind when we cancel our walks (with a reasonable amount of a heads-up). I really can't say enough great things about them. They're the best!!!!

These guys are amazing! I can not understate that I’ve had dogs for a lot of my life, lot of different dog walkers but I am staying with NYC Pooch for as long as humanly possible My walker Matt is amazing with my dog and my dog is a real handful l. She’s extremely nervous, I had lots of issues with her being to afraid to go the bathroom outside, even with me Matt has never had these issues, he knows exactly how to handle her, she always does all her business with him The service and Matt send these amazing emails with photos from the walk, a GPS of where they walked You also get these awesome break downs of whether you dog did #1 and / or #2, They refill her water, always make sure the door is locked They even clean up the dogs paws after every walk, which if I’m being honest, i definitely don’t do that enough Even today. I forgot to leave out doggie wipes and my dog walker got paper towels, damped them and cleaned her all up. They really are amazing, super accommodating and extremely professional. I have a camera at home and I can see how excited my dog is when Matt gets there and it’s amazing how happy she is. She used to bark at everyone and flip out, was scared of going outside Seriously have absolutely nothing negative to say about them after using NYC Pooch for a long time now

We have used Shanli with NYC Pooch for years and we are so happy with how well she treats our pup. She helped us reinforce training when he was still learning leash etiquette and gives him so much love and care. Plus her walk reports are thoughtful and entertaining every time. 10/10

We have been using NYC Pooch for weekly dog walking for a few years. Citlaly is terrific, punctual and very responsible. Our dog Sophie absolutely loves her…she can hardly wait to go out the door and explore Central Park with Citlaly!

This is the best dog walking place ever. They are on time and will always make sure someone is there to walk your dog if your dog walker is out sick. They got back to me right away when I was looking for a dog walker for my dog. So many other places I tried were really just so fly by night and unreliable. Also they schedule a free meet and greet for you and your dog to meet the walker before any walks are scheduled. I trust them 100% which is something I don't say about too many people or businesses.

NYC Pooch is the absolute best! We moved from Brooklyn to the Upper West Side a couple months ago and were nervous about finding a walking service for our 8 year old Rottie/Catahoula mix, Frank, who is not always friendly with other dogs and can be difficult on a leash (he's working on his leash manners!) As soon as we met Luis, we knew he would be in good hands. Luis is amazing and a genuine dog lover, he gives us daily updates (with pictures!) and even found a mellow dog buddy for Frank to walk with to help him with his dog reactivity! The team at NYC Pooch has been responsive and flexible with our schedules and accommodates any last minute changes we need to make. We could not be happier with NYC pooch, 100/100! Update from my previous post: NYC Pooch continues to be the best dog walking service in NYC! Cannot say enough great things about our walker Luis. In addition to his genuine love and care for our dog Frank, he has been going above and beyond by actively working with Frank on his leash reactivity during his walks. When we first got Frank he could not be on the same block as another dog without lunging and barking. Thanks to the work and attention Luis has been giving Frank during walks, he can now approach smaller dogs while on a leash! When we adopted Frank we honestly never thought this would be possible. NYC pooch is the best and Luis deserves all the praise in the world. If I could rate 8/5 I would!

I have used NYC Pooch for the last few months since Maple was 8 weeks old. They have cared for her so well, sadly Maple and I are moving out of the city and will no longer get to partake in NYC Poochs wonderful services. I have used both the walking and sitting service and have always been left happy and not an ounce of worry. We were lucky enough to have a few wonderful walkers but by far Will was the best!!! Thanks for all the great photos of maple having a great time and taking such great care of my pup. Photo is from her last walk with Will, now that is one happy pup.

We could not be happier with NYC Pooch! Our corgi puppy is on the anxious side and is nervous when strangers are in his home, but his walker, Tony, has become one of his favorite people in the world and we are so happy knowing that our lil guy is comfortable when we are at work! We love the photos and daily updates, it brings a smile to our face everyday we are in the office! Plus Tom and the staff are so friendly and flexible for any last minute needs or scheduling changes. Would absolutely recommend.

I can't say enough good things about the incredible experience I've had with Sal and the team. When we were welcoming a newborn, I was overwhelmed with what to do with my dog, but Sal offered amazing advice and support. Initially, I thought my dog would do daily visits with them for just the first two weeks at what we fondly call his dog "camp"; however, the care was so exceptional that he is still attending! It's the only place where my dog doesn't make a sound when picked up. He heads out the door so excited and doesn't even look back at me. The daily updates, complete with photos and videos, keep me connected to my dog. Watching him make new buddies and seeing those magazine-worthy photos bring so much joy. This has been the best decision for our family during this busy time. Highly recommend!

I’m thrilled with the experience my two dogs had for grooming recently. The staff was extremely friendly and the building was very neat and clean. The dogs were both groomed looking clean and smelling even better! The doggie play area looked very nice as well. Will definitely consider boarding here as well. Great place!

Oh man where do I even begin! We found Delighted Pets through a trainer we know in Williamsburg. We were in a bit of a bind and needed a place to board our dog, Ravioli. I was honestly floored by how accommodating and helpful Brittany, Luke and Taylor were. The team is just awesome - they are attentive and super responsive and they helped set up both the boarding and pick up for Ravioli. While he was there, we received pictures and videos as well as text updates multiple times a day. When we picked up Ravioli, he was so happy and albeit, super exhausted (great for us!). As we were leaving, he ran back to say goodbye to one of the staff members, Andrea. He hopped up on his hind legs and gave her a hug and some kisses. It was extremely sweet to witness - we could tell he was well taken care of and loved the staff. I think that interaction was actually the most important for us to see because you only get snap shots of their experience in photos and videos but to actually witness how much affection he had for one of the Delighted Pets staff, was amazing. I would 100% recommend Delighted Pets to anyone interested in their Canine Club pr board and train. The team is absolutely top tier!

I was introduced to Delighted Pets by a friend as I was looking for boarding options for my puppy, Tate and needed to go away on business travels. This was the first time I would be away from Tate, and I was nervous. Having said this, I couldn’t be happier with the level of service, professional, and thoughtful care that the entire team has given to Tate. As a puppy, he has a lot of energy, and the full suite of services the program has to offer is amazing! Tate had a lot of time to run, play, and learn to socialize with dogs. He also had daily training sessions which helped him in learning and obeying commands. I am thrilled with the progress Tate has made, especially as I have an older dog at home and with the training and socialization with other dogs, Tate is much better behaved with my older dog which is fantastic! Because of this incredible positive experience, Tate has returned to Delighted Pets every month during my travels and I feel blessed to have Tate in the care of the Delighted Pet team while I am away. Huge Thank you to the team!!!!

After many years of searching for the right fit for my energetic Australian Shepard, Sven, I finally found the perfect one. Sven needed more than the city could offer and he is thriving in their care. The owner and the entire staff are warm, considerate, well trained, and professional. They truly offer the best care available for all kinds of breeds. They send pictures and videos which make me and my family smile every day. This place is a true gem, 5 stars all the way!

Delighted Pets was suggested to me by a trainer, and they’re a great find. My dog goes with them once or twice a week for day camp - which I know he loves based on how excited he always is to see the van that picks him up for it. (That van really helps, as they come to you for pickup and drop off - without that it wouldn’t be workable for me.) Hudson gets socialization, exercise and training while he’s there (evidenced by video clips / pics sent). Wholeheartedly recommended. Another dog in my building also goes to them for day camp and overnight boarding.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Delighted Pets. They are truly full service and go above and beyond to ensure the enjoyment and safety of my dog while he's in their care while also providing consistent updates to put my mind at ease. I use them for daytime walks, daycare/club days, grooming and boarding. They have curbed my dog's reactivity, helped with his socialization and Sal is always available to offer additional training advice. The staff is so friendly and fully in control of the animals. My dog cannot contain his excitement when they come to pick him up for whatever we have scheduled for that day.

What a great find! Sal and team at Delighted Pets are fabulous! The Canine Club is impressive, to say the least. They provide all of the canine members with an enriched, active experience. The dogs are mentally challenged and exercised through obstacle courses, training, and working on commands. The club is impressively clean and it’s easy to tell cleanliness is of top priority. Dog “parents” receive photos and videos of the day’s activities. Sal is extremely knowledgeable and very supportive. My two puppies LOVE going and have learned so much. I highly recommend!

Highly recommend NYC Pet Services! I boarded my two dogs - my little senior Shih Tzu and my energetic Doodle rescue puppy - for four nights for the first time. I received frequent photo updates each day and the team was incredibly communicative. The team even gave them both a bath before pickup. My dogs been snoozing since getting home - a tired dog is a happy dog! I’ll definitely be using their boarding and daycare services in the future!

NYC Pet Services is the best daycare and boarding a pet parent could ask for. We had to leave our six month old puppy for the first time, and he had such a blast at boarding - receiving updates and photos multiple times each day made me feel so much less anxious, and I was so happy to see he was having such a good time. He made so many friends, and is so happy - he loves daycare so much! Everyone who works here is so wonderful, and truly cares about your pet - highly, highly recommend for anyone looking to leave their baby at the best daycare or boarding place.

Most affordable daycare in Astoria and worth it! They even plan a schedule like a child daycare! Staff sends photos and gives important updates on those days/times that you can't be with your pup. Hoping eventually for that puppy streaming service to check in, but until then, this will have to do :)

Grooming Review ! I’ve had my labradoodle for two years now and I’ve tried two other groomers in Astoria in the beginning and by far Jenn (@itsgroomsbyjenn) has been the BEST ! When she switched locations we had to follow her to her new spot. Not only does Jenn listen to how you want your fur baby’s cut, she is also the sweetest person I’ve met. I have never left disappointed after a cut, it has always been perfect. Even when I tell her not to cut the tip of my dogs tail “fur” she listens (white tip on tail). I can easily trust her by leaving my little one with her. If I can give more than 5 stars I would !

This was the first daycare we looked at and we have no complaints. Yogi started at 3 months old and is now 5 months old. He goes 4 times a week for half days and he runs there every day once we are on the same block. He absolutely loves Beth, Laura, and Juan. They are his day care family. They are all very friendly and very tentative to Yogi. We watch on the camera and Olga is very fast with cleaning up after all the dogs. I love all the pics and videos they send us everyday he is there. Yogi always has a smile on his face!

I have followed Jenny from another grooming place because that’s just how good she is. My dog is not the most easy to work with and Jenny puts him at ease and I think he’s finally starting to come around to the whole grooming thing. It feels so good to know that when I leave my dog is in the best hands. Super affordable and she’s so quick! Definitely recommend. I’ve included a before and after below :)

NYC Pet services provides the best boarding service in NYC area. I travel a lot and have used many bording services in NYC and out of state for my 9 month old Beagle pup but this place is so far the best in providing updates and answering questions quick. Jenn, the groomer at NYC Pet Services, is so great with my pup. Every time Dobby sees her, she tinkles a little from excitement! She is easy to communicate with and always listens to what/how I want Dobby to look after her groom/bath. Plus, she always smells AMAZING when she leaves from there. I can't recommend Jenn, enough. We are so happy with her services and would choose her again and again!

I can only sing praises about this spot! NYC Pet Services is our go-to for all of our pup’s needs! The entire staff is warm, friendly, and so attentive with our Leo- and he thrives in their space when we drop him off for daycare. I especially love the extra mile they go to wipe down his paws and give him a little spritz after playing- he smells amazing when we pick him up! The manager, Beth, is not just professional, but so caring, and you can really see it in her interactions with her staff, the dogs AND their owners. Bark and Bone started walking our doggie "Miles" earlier this year and we couldn't be happier with the service they provide. They're very responsive and always accommodating if I need to cancel a walk or re-schedule it. I love that the walker sends updates immediately after the walk is over and takes pics of how the walk went. I've attached some pics of our happy dog that the walkers have taken on various walks. Wonderful company that we hope to use for as long as our little guy still has working legs :)!

We love Bark & Bone! I've been using B&B multiple times a week for the last year. They always communicate, they're easy to schedule with, and all of the walkers we've worked with have been respectful and helpful. Bruce (my dog) always looks so happy in the photos they send. We love Bark&Bone! When my husband and I moved to a new area of the neighborhood, our dog Barley had a hard time feeling confident walking down the street. We decided to enlist the help of Bark&Bone to take him on socialization walks with other dogs who were confident walkers to show him there was nothing to be afraid of! Kelsey, our weekly walker, is always on time and you can tell she really cares about the pups she walks and Barley has become much more confident. We also can't get enough of the photo updates!

We adopted Sophie in October. While my partner has continued his commute to the office throughout the pandemic, I've just started going back to the office. I've been anxious about transitioning from being at home with Sophie full time to going into the office a few days a week, but knowing that she's in Bark & Bone's capable hands has made the process so much easier. Dawn, who walks Sophie, provides detailed reports about what Sophie and her pup pals are up to, including, as others have mentioned, great quality photos. Getting a notification that a report is ready is one of the highlights of my day (and my coworkers love looking at them too). The app is user friendly and intuitive, and the whole team is super responsive. Coming home to a happy, well-exercised dog is the best! Highly recommend!
