Katie and Thierry did a great job of looking after our home and pets. We came back to happy animals and a pristine house. Katie even made sure we had basic supplies for our return plus a lovely card and flowers.
Helen, Jeremy and Theo were wonderful sitters. They looked after our three inside cats, one outside cat, chickens, very feisty cockerel and two sheep really well. They came to meet us before for a handover and went through everything. There are a lot of tasks to complete each morning and evening in order to care for everyone and they were very self-sufficient and nothing was too much trouble. Helen kept in touch regularly to give us updates which was very reassuring and sent photos of happy animals. Theo even managed to make friends with our grumpy cat Panthro which is a huge achievement! We came home to a very clean and tidy house with sheets and towels washed and some lovely welcome home gifts. Helen even helped our cleaner by sorting and folding all our washing from the holiday let. We highly recommend Helen and family as sitters and would be very happy for them to return if they are back in the UK.
Jason was a joy as a sitter. My dog was very interested him from first contact and was clearly very happy and relaxed as illustrated by frequent photos of him out and about on lively long walks or nestling in Jason’s lap. It was hard to tell Jason had stayed, the house appearing untouched and all in order. Communication was quick, easy and thorough. I highly recommend this experienced sitter.
