Sharon was a great host and their home was comfortable and cozy for a nice weekend sit with two lovely pups! Otto and Louie are two sweet doodles with two very different personalities. Otto is a bit more shy and loves to get permission to come up on the couch (or bed if you want), and Louie loves to be right next to you and loves to give kisses! They are both complete angels apart from a little bit of barking when they see another dog through the window, but they calm down immediately when you acknowledge the dog too. I really enjoyed my stay and would certainly sit for Sharon and her family again! 😊

This was a wonderful sit in a beautiful location and two great dogs. We loved being able to sit out on the deck looking out to the orchards and mountains scenery. There is also a lot to do in the area and we particularly enjoyed being able to walk along the river waterfront, found some great hikes and visited some great wineries and breweries.
Sue and Scott were great hosts and made sure to leave us everything that we needed to look after their home and especially the two dogs, Kix and Woody. Despite Woody recently looking his sight, he still has a good nature and is coping very well considering his circumstances. Kix loved playing in the yard retrieving his ball and it shows the he must have been a great agility champ in his day.
We were sad to leave the two of them and would highly recommend this sit if you get the opportunity.

Kerry
We loved our time here looking after Sonny who is the sweetest little soul! We thoroughly enjoyed spending time with him and playing with him in the garden. When out walking with him on his usual walk, it was easy to keep him close while walking a few minutes on the main road (in case he reacted to a car/horse/dog) and then you turn off onto a lovely, out-of-the-way path that never had anyone else on it. He was fine to sleep in the living room without us at night, so if you prefer not to have him in the bedroom that is definitely doable! The house is full of lovely, nature-inspired decorations & touches, and is in a fabulous location, minutes’ walk from the Gap of Dunloe. Kerry was extremely warm and welcoming, and great to communicate with, including being very responsive when we had a question or two while she was away. We would highly recommend this house-sit and would love to return.
