I had a wonderful week in France and the animals were such great company. Felicity gave me a really warm welcome on arrival, she is such a kind, caring person, so interesting and easy to talk to. A real ray of sunshine! Felicity picked me up from Lourdes airport and during my first evening I got to know the layout of the house and had time with the animals, getting to know their daily routine. I also enjoyed a lovely home cooked meal. The house is in an idyllic location surrounded by green fields, woodland and has beautiful views of the Pyrenees. The deck and garden are absolutely stunning and very private. There is also a swimming pool and sauna which I used during my stay. The kitchen is very modern and has everything you might need. The guest bedroom is really luxurious and there is a gorgeous ensuite with a free standing bathtub. The animals were the highlight of this stay Foxy and Shaggy became by best pals, I enjoyed lots of cuddles and strolls around the fields and the woods. The cats were all adorable and affectionate in their own ways. Bertie and Basil were a little cautious at first but we bonded over mealtimes. It was such a treat to get fresh eggs laid by Henny Penny each day. This was the perfect sit for me, and I highly recommend it to others. Thanks for everything Felicity ❤️
Hi We had a lovely time at Diana's quaint cottage. Frieda the cat was very loving and spent a lot of time lazing on the lazy Susan for cuddles. Millie and Gem are lovely horses very placid and gentle and the chickens provided us with fresh eggs every day!. The garden was lovely and the location of the house is great for country walks but not that far to the local shops. I would recommend this sit to future house sitters
We had a lovely stay at Katie & Jeremy’s they truly have an amazing home . We appreciated the provisions left for us and a lovely meal on arrival , we truly enjoyed looking after Byron who is a gentle giant , he is an absolute joy to be with, we both fell in love with him. Bramble the cat often jointed us on our walks with Byron which was lovely, both cats are extremely affectionate and love nothing more then a cuddle on the sofa a 5* Housesit.
My husband and I were honored to be the first TH sitters for this listing, and it was fantastic! Elaine was a pro at leaving detailed information and communicating with us so everything went smoothly. The house is clean, beautiful, and in a very walkable neighborhood close to stores and restaurants. It's also a short drive to uptown Charlotte and other fun neighborhoods, so there is plenty to do if you're inclined. We enjoyed the pets so much we mostly hung out in the house with them! Bodie is a sweet old dog with soulful eyes that will melt your heart. The ragdoll cats Milo and Maisy and gorgeous and very friendly; we had a great time interacting with them and admiring their blue eyes. I recommend this sit for anyone who is considering it!
What a perfect sit! Winston melded with our personality and lifestyle. He is obedient, and fun to play with. Fabulous on our long walks on the outstanding walking path, just steps from the door. Not to mention miles of area to walking/cycling paths along the river without leaving home. Kirsten's home is spectacular and had all the amenities. The view from both the home and walking paths are amazing. You will enjoy your time at Kirsten's with Winston.
Loved Stacy’s beautiful home and sweet cats!! Amazing location, walking distance to Zilker park, Barton springs, all the good stuff! Very comfortable guest room(s), incredible screened back porch 🙌🏼 felt like paradise. Charlie and Kih-ann are very low maintenance, and so beautiful 😻 Charlie will follow you everywhere, kih-ann takes a few days to warm up but once she does she’s the sweetest one. Great communication with Stacy, even while out of the country, highly recommend and looking forward to future sits here!
