Cat Sitters in Mansfield

Rubia sat for me for almost 3 weeks, on a fairly last minute sit. She was fantastic! She had great communication right from the start and came to meet Cora, Bert and I prior to the sit. She then came a second time so that she could meet my parents (who would be her port of call whilst I was away). Whilst I was away, Rubia stayed in touch with regular photos and videos of my two kiddos. In the videos both Bert and Cora appeared very settled; Bert was always laid next to her on the sofa whilst she was reading, and Cora on top of her when she was in bed. This was a huge thing for me as Cora in particular is quite standoffish with new people and takes some time to warm up and trust. When I got home my two littles were super happy to see me, which was lovely. My house was super clean and tidy, my bedding changed and fresh towels out. Rubia also got me in some milk and eggs, which was a lifesaver given I’d just travelled for 2 days! I would certainly recommend Rubia for a housesit and would have her again in a heartbeat 🐈‍⬛ 🐈‍⬛

Where do I start!? From day one, I knew Ellyssa was the right person to look after our girls. She was extremely easy to get on with, and she most definitely speaks cat and is a true cat person! She managed to bond with our super shy Muffin and is the first person (besides us two) that has gotten her on her lap- we were gobsmacked! She is very approachable, self-sufficient, and easy going, which we really appreciated! It was clear she adored cats, the girls were obviously very taken with her and well looked after, which for us is the main thing! If she wanted to come back and sit for us again we'd definitely have her back in a heartbeat- if she applies for your sit, don't hesitate to snap her up!

Catherine & Christopher were lovely house sitters. They were really helpful and easy to communicate with. They were very respectful and a pleasure to meet. Our dog loved them and we left our home and our beloved dog totally relaxed and confident in the knowledge that everything would be really well cared for. The house was immaculate on our return and Zola was very chilled and happy. Really recommend.

Really appreciated Ruby's care for my pets while I was such a long way in Australia. I would highly support and recommend her to others!

Michael looked after my dogs extremely well and they were clearly very comfortable with him. He was extremely accommodating- setting off from his home before 6 in the morning so that I could leave early. I had to return from my walking holiday as my grandson was not well. Michael stayed on and helped me by walking the dogs. He is tidy and well organised and a very pleasant person to have in the house. I would certainly recommend him as a sitter. Thanks Michael.

Alex and Emma came to house sit for us and look after our two ponies, cat, rabbit and 5 chickens from 7 - 15th July. We found them to be exceptional house sitters in every way, our pets were looked after to perfection and they managed perfectly to deal with naughty ponies breaking through fencing! They drew up a simple table of daily pet chores which was so useful to others when our return was unavoidably delayed and we had to arrange alternative pet care at short notice. The house was left immaculately clean, our pets were happy and content when we returned and we would not hesitate to recommend Alex and Emma as house sitters to anyone. We really hope they will come back and house-sit for us again sometime. Thank you so much Alex and Emma!

Guy was fantastic. Super calm, together, proactive and smart. Took charge, managed the odd issue without issue (non functioning gates due to heavy rain) and our girls seemed very content. Highly recommended!

Hannah and Christian were lovely, honest and communicated well. We got daily updates and photos from them over our time away and came back to a clean house and happy cats. We'd be more than happy to have them stay again in the future!

Oksana, Zoe and Sophia were amazing with our dogs and pet mouse. We could tell right away that they are animal lovers and are so friendly. They contacted us to let us know how the pets were regularly and Mollie and Orlando seemed to really enjoy their company. Mollie can be very scared at times and they handled her very well. The apartment was very clean and tidy when we got back and they even left us a lovely note and box of chocolates. Would definitely recommend.

What a great experience. First time of doing so and to have Mark & Helen look after the place and the dogs in the way they did was a total relief. Nothing was too much trouble and I returned to find the house immaculate, beds stripped, everything tidy and put away where it had been found. Ashamed that the house was tidier on return than it was on departure!! And Tinto was completely relaxed which is totally not the case if she had been in kennels. No hesitation in recommending Helen to anyone needing help in the future.

Lashae was really helpful doing a one night sit for me as I had to go away for work! She was very caring and communicative. She sent regular updates about Hugo and asked questions to ensure he was well taken care of. She was thorough and detailed and I appreciated it. Her trains and buses were delayed and as I was unfortunately on a tight time line myself with a train to catch; the knock on affect was that I had to rush through the welcome meeting, which meant we couldn't go through in person all of Hugo's care needs and the general house information in the way I prefer before a sit. However Lashae made sure to regularly check in which was very reassuring and I know Hugo was very well looked after. Lashae was very clean and tidy and the place was left as she found it. I would definitely recommend Lashae for a sit as she is a lovely person, knowledgeable about dogs, and, very reliable.
