Our house/pet sit was perfect. What an absolutely beautiful home with a magnificent view of the water and mountains. Communication with Mike and Kris was excellent even when they were traveling in Europe. We were extremely comfortable and really had our own apartment. And best of all was their loving, sweet dog Scout. He is so well behaved, and adjusted to us quite easily. Scout is very playful and provided us with lots of entertainment.
We miss him. We highly recommend a house sit for Mike, Kris and Scout if anyone ever has the opportunity.

Humphrey was so much fun. He is quite the character. He loves his ball game! Every throw of the ball is like his very first, and he exudes joy! First he brought me the ball. If it wasn’t quite close enough to reach, he did a little skillful soccer play to bunt the ball closer. Every time I went for the ball, he did a little happy dance and quickly got into position. Then he went after the ball - if it was tossed with good effort, mind you - on full throttle and ready to utilize every move he knows! Each time he got the ball, he did a little victory dance.

He is an amazing teacher - how to fully enjoy every moment, every throw of the ball! Each throw of the ball is new and unique in his eyes! And although he could easily chase the ball all day long, he also rested times when I had something else to attend to. At night he was out like a light - also being a good teacher in his sleep.

He was an angel on our walks, walking easily beside me most of the time or occasionally happily joining me at a jogging pace. When a squirrel crossed his path, he politely minded his own business. He only expressed mild disapproval at the neighbor cat, but I guess that’s to be expected.

Kathryn’s home is adorable, clean and comfy. She made me feel welcome and at home. She was easy going and responsive to my questions. I was very happy for the opportunity to help and to get to spend time with Mr. Humphrey. The “welcome guide” or information guide that Kathryn prepared for sitters is very concise and informative and helpful.

The local “Back Bay,” where we went for daily walks, is gorgeous. One couldn’t ask for a more scenic or varied walking or running environment. The only pity is dogs aren’t allowed off-leash there and Humphrey didn’t want to travel by car to another location. But he’s quite accustomed to walking on leash and did not seem to mind at all. He was happy for every walk, short or long. He was a joy to have as a companion for a week.

Grateful for the opportunity to spend time with Purrlie! Marianne was extremely detailed and thoughtful in her notes and communication, and her house is centrally located in Toronto. Her place is on the 2nd-floor, and is perfectly-sized for a single person to housesit.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time spent with Shiloh the beautiful. She taught me a valuable lesson on cherishing each moment in quietude. Shiloh's playful antics, such as hide and seek and chasing light bugs, had me laughing til my cheeks hurt. She adores gentle strokes behind her ears, rewarding you with a purr that would put a Montreal car muffler to shame.

Nicola and Shiloh's condo home is a modern and boasts inviting ambiance. Their condo offers a view of Montreal city, providing an authentic experience with its bustling sights and sounds. Nicola was an exceptional host with impeccable organization and warm hospitality, making me feel truly welcomed. The communication was consistently helpful and prompt. My time in the center of this vibrant city, accompanied by meeting new friends Shiloh and Nicola, was truly delightful.

Kylie and her home were great, and Dutch was such a good boy! My favorite part was how easy he is to walk...SO well behaved around other dogs!

The house was perfect, welcoming and I'd help out again anytime!

Great sit, walked in the front door and Bodger immediately ran up to me and laid on his back, wanting pets 😄 Very friendly, lovable dog :-) Didn't see the kitty but was told that would be the case. Carol and family were friendly, easy to talk to, Carol was quick to reply to questions, etc.... Place wasn't overly clean but it was only a one day trip so I wasn't expecting them to totally clean the place :-) Thanks again!!!
