I had the honour to pet sit "otter and logie" in Aboyne. This was the best ever sit, that I could ever get the opportunity to complete. Mike and Ali, were very friendly, greeted me with a great meal and took me into their home and instantly made me feel at home. Their home was super warm, comfortable and located in an amazing place. It was a totally pleasure spending time in their home and spending quality time with otter and logie who were full of energy and character. We all enjoyed exploring the local area, and supporting the local shops, bars and relaxing by Mike and Ali's, log fire and cooking on their amazing aga. I just hope that I get the opportunity to return and meet these super friendly dogs again. I highly recommend this sit, as the home, location and the dogs are all what this site is all about. Thank you Mike and Ali. I loved everyday . Thank you
Carolyn and Neil are absolute gems. When my train got cancelled due to weather, Carolyn drove an hour just to pick me up. When we arrived home, I was greeted with some incredible home-baked bread and veggie chilli. So not necessary but so incredibly appreciated. They gave me all the details about their home and Breagha, not missing a thing! Their home is super warm and cozy with a big garden and loads of walking spots on their doorstep. And Breagha is an absolute star! Gyan and I hit it off instantly with her, and she was a hit with everyone we met, getting so spoilt with treats at the local inn. Helensburgh is also such a quaint seaside town with some great dog-friendly hangouts. They even let us borrow their bikes since we didn't have a car, which was a game-changer for exploring. Big thumbs up for Carolyn and Neil. Anyone would be lucky to house sit for them. Until we meet again! Tatum
I absolutely loved my time at Sarah's. I met Sarah and the family before they left and they are all so friendly! Annie, Ollie, and Pete were such a joy to care for and I loved them all. Annie is a sweetheart and loves her walks. She is a perfect sidekick when she rode in the car with me and when on the trail. She will steal your heart! Pete and Ollie are easy to love and will take all the attention you can give. I would love to house and pet sit for Sarah again :)
