Heather was the perfect sitter for our first Trusted House experience. She was open and communicative, flexible and kind. She read all of the lengthy information we provided her in advance of arriving and paid attention to the detailed instructions left for her. It was obvious that Oban was enjoying Heather’s company and attention from the photos and updates that she sent. Heather went the extra mile caring for our newly planted garden during an unexpected spring heat wave. In addition, she set our minds at ease by agreeing to stay longer if necessary due to an airline strike that threatened to impact us. Heather left the house clean and tidy, the garden thriving and best of all, Oban a happy kitty who said he would love her to return.

Thank you Jodie!!! What an incredible sitter experience. Jodie was communicative, self-sufficient, and so personable right from the get-go. We felt so relaxed being away for two weeks with Jodie at our home with our animals. She left the house so clean (arguably cleaner than we left it!!) and even dropped us off and picked us up from the airport. Nothing but great things to say, we hope to have Jodie again.

This was our first time using this service. Couldn’t have been more pleased. Karyn and Neil are a lovely couple that met all of our dog’s needs and left our house immaculate! Strongly recommend!

For this sit was only had Cassi stay and she was so fantastic to have in our home!! Honey and Sweetheart absolutely loved her calm and kind nature. They got so many walks, time and attention from Cassi. I really appreciated the updates and knowing that the dogs and my home were in great hands. I came home to happy dogs and a clean house, which was wonderful after a busy weekend away. I especially appreciated that Cassi washed the bedding and linens used, then made the bed up for me!! I would welcome Cassi back anytime and I highly recommend her for any sit! Definitely worthy of an 8 paw and 5 star review!! 🐾🐾🐾🐾🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This is the second time I have had Heather care for our dog and house. I can not state enough praise about her. She is very organized, fabulous in communication and daily pictures. We came home to a content dog and a meal prepared for us!

Vili was a pleasure! He took great care with our home, and left it clean and perfect for our return. He was very attentive and loving to our 2 cats. He was also very communicative at all times and was easy to get ahold of and help with anything we needed. A very nice, quiet guy.

Gale and Keith are an amazing team. I felt completely comfortable leaving my fur babies and home in their care. Our communication was excellent, my home is nicer than when I left and the animals seemed quite happy and chill upon my return. Highly recommended!

This family took great care of our house and our dogs. One of our dogs had an unexpected medical event shortly before the start of the sit and needed to be given meds twice a day which added a small amount of complexity to the sit but Pat made sure that it was taken care of everyday. Other than that our house was also well taken care of and they left it in as good or better condition than when we left. Would recommend!

Jennifer, along with her friend Amber, did a fantastic job taking care of our boys, Ben and Jerry, while we were away for a week. The entire process, from setting up the sit to communication, was smooth and friendly. When we returned, we found two very happy and relaxed cats, and a super clean apartment. 😸😸 We received plenty of updates and pictures during the stay, and it was clear that Jennifer has a big heart for cats. Valerie came down from British Columbia to watch our 2 dogs and a cat and to enjoy a week on Whidbey Island Wa. She is very organized and loves pets. She and her mother took fantastic care of our fuzzies and also had plenty of time to take daily outings. She also gave me daily updates and was quick to communicate any questions. I would have Valerie back anytime and recommend her highly!
