What a lovely couple, we were worried about leaving our cat with new sitters as she is old and a bit grumpy sometimes as she has a kidney problem now. No need to worry these guys got her eating well again and she was obviously enjoying their company. The house was “ super clean” Ian even cleared my splashed kitchen windows that I had forgotten to do in the midst of packing. They had to put up with our kitchen tap breaking and then the oven blew up !! So it wasn’t the easiest sit for them , but they coped with it all, and even prepared supper for our return. We are looking to rebook them for our autumn break. Thank you lovelies 💕
We would absolutely invite Laurie, Michael, and fam to sit for us again, communication was great from the start and throughout the sit. Our pup warmed up quickly to everyone and it was evident she was well loved. We returned to a very clean house and a kind note. Their experience shows and they are just good people.
To be completely honest, I was terrified to leave my "babies" with anyone I hadn't met in person. Once we met John and Robin all fears disappeared. They are amazing, caring, special people. They sent us updates and photos every few days which we truly appreciated. The kids obviously loved being with them because when we came home, they snuggled with us as well as John and Robin. I really think they were sad to see them go! The house was perfect and Robin even made us chocolate chip cookies. They are truly an exceptional couple and I would recommend them to anyone that wants exceptional care for their "kids". I know who we will contact next time we travel.
