Cat Sitters in Mappowder

We cannot speak highly enough of Ros and Mike. They arrived on time and had clear questions and expectations of what would be required. Our house was spotless when we returned home and they had been extremely thoughtful in leaving some groceries for us as well as a beautiful bouquet. Our pets were very happy and it was clear they’d been very well cared for. We had regular updates and pictures whilst we were away, which was lovely. We would highly recommend Ros and Mike as reliable, trustworthy and caring housesitters.

from the off Mike and Sue were as helpful as possible, leaving their home at the crack of dawn so as to arrive at our House in order to have a longer morning handover before we had to leave for the airport. they sent regular messages and photos of our dogs, which were lovely to see, and feedback from our neighbours who encountered them whilst walking were all very positive. Our House was beautifully cleaned on our return, and we would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Brodie was very sad to see them leave, house was left immaculate, we could not have asked for any more.

Chris and Carrie were truly wonderful house sitters! They were very flexible about arrival and departure times and the house and tidy upon our return. However the most important thing - they clearly had a super bond with Angus and Jura, taking them on lots of adventures and explored parts of Bedfordshire we haven’t. I am not sure who had more fun! We had lots of photos and videos so we could see what they had all been up to. We would love for Chris, and Carrie, to sit for us again but also to pop in if the occasion arises. Thank you for looking after our doggies, and of course the cats too with such wonderful care! The boys hope to see you again one day soon.

There ought to be more than 5 stars. For Denise. She has been before and is always welcome. We feel very lucky if she has the free time to come to us. Cannot recommend too highly.

Caroline and Joe were excellent, reliable house sitters. We felt very secure leaving Bella and the house in their hands. Bella was well and happy when we arrived home. The house was clean and tidy with everything in its place. They are very friendly and easy to get on with. We have no hesitation in recommending them and would be very happy to have them back anytime!

Nicola and Jason were awesome pet and house sitters! Our mini-poodle Welli liked them right away, which says a lot. He can be very picky about new people, but immediately took to them when they arrived. They kept the house tidy, watered our plants, and took great care of our little dog. They took Wells with them on hikes and gave him lots of love and snuggles. We came home to neat and clean house. We highly recommend Nicola and Jason for anyone who needs a trusted house and petsitter.

I can’t recommend Annie highly enough. She was simply amazing. She was so kind to our dog Mitsy and treated her as if she were her own. She was also very patient with us and sent us daily updates and pictures/videos of Mitsy as this was our first time leaving Mitsy for such a long time. Mitsy was so loved and looked after by Annie. She looked after Mitsy so well when she had some bowel issues and even bought and cooked fresh chicken to get her back on track. Annie also looked after our house extremely well and even stopped the rabbits from getting in the poly tunnel. And to top it all off she had a delicious dinner ready for us when we came home. We feel and hope we have made a friend for life. And you could not get a better person than Annie to look after your pets and home. Thank you Annie.

I literally couldn’t have asked for better sitters. Richard and Michaela were amazing from start to finish, and just such a lovely couple. Communication throughout was brilliant and I just felt so comfortable knowing that the house was being enjoyed and Dafni looked after by them. We came home to a super clean and tidy house, and a very happy hound. We even had delicious homemade curry in the freezer for our return, along with fresh milk. They were just brilliant. I would very much welcome them back. Thank you both so much.

Lyn was very clean and tidy and clearly loves cats. She sent sweet pictures throughout the sit and left the house perfectly, even bringing her own towels, tea towels and dish sponges so as not to use mine. I would say she’s not as confident as previous Housesitters hence my self sufficiency score but apart from that she looked after birdie and my house beautifully and with considerable care. Thank you!

Olivia did a great job looking after Archie (the dog) whilst we were away. All communications with Olivia were excellent, and because she was local she popped round before we went away so we could show her the ropes. Olivia arrived in very good time and stayed until we got back. The house was clean and tidy, the dog was well cared for and happy and Olivia really seemed to enjoy being here which we liked. We hope that she can help us again.

Catherine was a first class house and pet sitter! I cannot recommend her highly enough. Catherine sent photos of our 2 cats daily, and kept us fully briefed on what they had been up to. They were loved and cared for throughout. Communication was excellent and care of the house was top standard. Will definitely be inviting Catherine to sit again.
