Abhaya was a wonderful sitter! She arrived on time and took great care of our cats and home. I especially enjoyed seeing the pictures of her playing with the cats. We absolutely loved watching Apollo and Potter and staying at Karol’s beautiful home in Bend! The dogs are the sweetest - they are very easy going and so loving! We miss them already! Karol was very accommodating and welcoming. The house was spacious and had a beautiful outdoor area and a great desk set up if needed for remote working! The house is in a wonderful location within walking distance of many trails and restaurants! We loved walking over to the Old Mill district to eat or shop. Overall, we highly recommend!
This is definitely a 5 star sit! The home is beautiful, comfortable and convenient, right in the heart of Kelowna. You wouldn't be lacking for anything and it's all available within walking distance of home, including the beach! The Bliss coffeehouse, next door, is the best in town. Hans, the ginger cat is priceless with a cuddly personality. He love him. (We didn't get to meet Soleil, the dog, but I can only assume that he's special too.) The welcome guide was very clearly written with good instructions for Hans and the house. Maps were also provided. If you see this sit posted grab it! You can't go wrong. A charming house in a nice quiet neighbourhood, having a large garden. The house has a guest bedroom with bathroom. Tv channels and wifi are great. While in a quiet location, the house is only 8 minutes walking from the train station, and 15 minutes from the supermarket. Not so far there are hiking trails. If you want to be out of the city, looking for tranquility, but not without amenities close by, this would be perfect. I tended the indoor and greenhouse plants. I absolutely loved this house sit.
Tim was very clear before the sit what his handsome cat Leo required while he was away. He welcomed me into his home and showed me where everything was in the house and even gave me a tour of the area before he left for his holiday. There was clear communication throughout and I never felt worried to ask him any questions about Leo’s care
Bruna and Steve made me feel very welcome, relaxed and comfortable in their lovely home. They are a great couple and very easy to get along with. The housesitters room is spacious and sunny with it’s own ensuite and everything you need for a chilled out stay. Wapi is an absolute joy to look after and enjoys lots of love, cuddles and playtime. He is a gentle soul. I’m glad I got this opportunity to do this housesit and make new friends in the process. I highly recommend this housesit.
