I called Little Characters today and the owner or whoever takes care of the phone calls was very offensive! I called looking to start dog walking services. I told him my needs and he said that what I needed could get to be pretty expensive and he was not sure if I could afford it. I told him he was very offensive and that I wouldn't be calling if I could not afford it! Afterwards, he says well if you can afford it I can do it. That's not how you conduct business! It was very rude and offensive. You cannot tell someone you don't think they can afford something.
I am so impressed by the level of caring the sitters had for my cat. They contacted me daily while I was away to give updates. They took excellent care of my cat.
