Gemma offers a really classy 5 star service! She is completely trustworthy, and most importantly a real cat person. My elderly, usually unfriendly, medicated cat loved her ( and Gemma sent me videos to prove it!). I would not hesitate to recommend Marden cats to anyone.

Absolutely could not recommend Gem and Marden Cats more!! We went away for a week and Gem was looking after our 3 kitties Kiki, Precious and Tito and from the day she met them you just knew they would be safe with her, they all warmed to her! Gem and Sally are both real cat lovers and Gem loved our cats so much which was lovely. I was speaking to Gem everyday and she took some gorgeous photos of our kitties which really helped as I was missing them. Gem is honestly so sweet and trustworthy, I had no concerns whatsoever, she genuinely cares about the kitties too! One of the days our kitties brought in a present however Gem was a diamond and managed to save the birdie and take it outside too. We are also collecting another kitten today now we are back and Gem is going to pop by to meet him too. I wouldn't leave my cats with anyone else now, we came back to 3 happy kitties and we can truly and rely on Marden Cats and will use them everytime, THANK YOU! Xxxx

Gem looked after my very skittish cat for a few days and was amazing! It was my first time leaving him for that long and I was nervous but she was so professional and caring. From the moment she came to meet us you could tell how much she cared about cats and gaining the trust of our nervous boy! She won him over instantly when she visited him, I have never seen him warm that quickly to anyone. I won't hesitate to use Gem again!

Gem looked after our 2 cats while we were away recently and we couldn't be happier. She went above and beyond making sure they were well cared for and sent us photos and videos of them while we were away. Our cats adore her and it's clear how much she cares for them too. Would 100% recommend!

Gem is quite simply amazing. We have a very troubled couple of cats and without her tender loving care to rely on I doubt we would be able to get away on holiday. Recently while we were away Gem returned to our house to put our minds at rest that we had locked our doors. She also spent time hunting for our most nervous cat who had gone missing. What a wonderful lady and asset to the village she is.

Highly professional with open communication before, during and after our holiday, we have been impressed with Gem’s business and recommend her services to anyone who is going away and needs someone to keep their pet safe, healthy and happy in their absence. Gem is the Cat Whisperer. Clearly being a cat lover, Gem bonded instantly with our cat Snoopy, and came over to meet us and Snoopy at our house before we went away. Gem reassured us while we were away by sending photos of Snoopy and sending messages. We had a cat cam set up at home, which only recorded brief snippets of our cat’s movement near her food, but we were able to see that she couldn’t be more chilled with us away and having twice-daily cuddles and feeds from Gem. We have previously relied on local catteries (which we are also impressed with) but have to say that our cat was the happiest, most relaxed and least traumatised after our return from being away and having Gem look after her, than after any cattery stay. After our cat has been kept in a cattery, she typically cries for several days and nights after we return, pacing around the house, wailing at the top of her voice until someone cuddles her. After Gem visiting her and being surrogate mother for a week, we have had no broken nights’ sleep from Snoopy crying and no cold shoulder from Snoopy, either! In addition to this, Gem has helped reduce our usage of the washing machine, antibac spray and paper towels with her advice on calming Snoopy’s reflux, which has almost eradicated Snoopy’s daily vomiting after eating. Gem is a superstar. She is so kind and lovely and our girls, cat and all of us love her. We are all so grateful to Gem for looking after Snoopy and making sure she felt loved when we weren’t around to do so ourselves. No more cattery visits for Snoopy, we will use Gem again for as long as she’s available.

The service that Gem provides is first class! She cares so much for all that cats she attends to and that is obvious. Our two adore he! Gem has helped us out on many occasions, and some with very short notice, she is so accommodating and we could not thank her more. I would completely recommend Marden Cats!

We had Gem in for 3 weeks over Easter. We had only just recently moved into the property so our 4 cats were up to mischief exploring and not always coming in for food. Gem set up her own camera to watch them over night to makesure they were still around. Spent far more hours trying to locate the wandering cats and went above and beyond to ensure all our 4 cats were happy and safe. She even managed the renal cats diet perfectly. Would highly recommend. She's more a Saint than a cat sitter. She clearly loves every fur baby like it is her own.

I can’t recommend Gem at Marden Cats enough. She’s trustworthy, reliable and basically a cat whisperer as she genuinely loves cats - even training my cat to sit for treats in about 5 minutes! Gem has looked after Pip for almost 3 years now and will always be my go-to sitter. Pip adores her.

I’ve used Marden Cats a couple of times now and have been so pleased I did so. Gem and her team really really love cats which is the most important part and we were sent little pictures and videos of our cats clearly enjoying their break from us! They were also completely reliable and professional from the off. If you put your cat in Marden cats hands, rest assured they will be very happy.
