Jaci
Jaci and her family were so welcoming. We arrived the evening before they left on their trip, and they were so kind to treat us to dinner. We got on straight away and felt immediately comfortable in their home. We spent a week with Blue, Orca and Enzo and they were the most loveable bunch. The dogs were so well trained, very easy to walk and they always communicated what they needed. They are both very affectionate and love to cuddle. Enzo took a day or two to warm up to us but after that, he loved being close and snugglig up. We were very sad to leave them all after a fun week together! Gex is a cute and friendly town too and we’re glad we visited! Thank you so much Jaci & Stephan for hosting us. 🙏🏻

I had a wonderful stay at Lizzie's casita! It's normally used as an AirBnb, so it was already setup with travelers in mind. It was clean and beautifully decorated, with a sliding door to a patio featuring an amazing view of the mountains. It's a very short walk to access hiking and mountain biking trails. There is also a train a few miles away if you want to head up to Santa Fe or down to Albuquerque. If you are looking for a peaceful, scenic, and relaxing sit - this one delivers all that and more.

The horses are adorable and their care is quite minimal. The paddock is just outside the casita patio. Sage and Ronan are a bit shy at first, but they are total love bugs once they get to know you. Lizzie discussed this with me during our video call so I was prepared with how to make the horses feel comfortable while caring for them. I had a great time hanging out and becoming friends with Sage and Ronan. The minimal care routine leaves plenty of time for remote working, hiking/biking, and sightseeing.

Lizzie was an amazing host and truly made me feel right at home. Communication was excellent throughout the sit, and she was happy to answer all of my questions. Lizzie was warm, caring, and gracious and it was clear that she wanted me to be comfortable and happy. It was a great first sitting experience on THS, and I would do this sit again in a heartbeat.

Eva
Eva and John made us feel very welcome into their home. We were able to meet them and Lily the night before they left which made it easier.
Communication was easy both before and during the sit.
Lily us an adorable little girl, and as she can’t do long walks we took her with us on walks into the town in her push chair and on day excursions. She travels well in the car, a little nervous, but quickly settles down.
The bedroom was great with lots of storage and the house was comfortable with a lovely garden and pool. We didn’t use the pool as it was sealed for winter. We had everything we needed.
Eva and John are a lovely couple and we thoroughly enjoyed looking after Lily. We’d definitely recommend this sit . Thanks for selecting us 😊

We thoroughly enjoyed our short sit with Katie and Thoko's fur babies. All three were an absolute delight to look after and spend time with. Duck gradually warmed up to us, but is still a wee bit skitterish; given more time, we think she would have become completely comfortable with us. Dashi on the other hand will accept affection and attention from anyone at any time.

For a one-year-old, Georgia is surprisingly mature, especially on her walks, although she can still be a little uncooperative if she doesn't like the route you're taking. :)

It has been a pleasure looking after these three gems. They are beautiful souls, each with their own distinctive personality. Your home is comfortable and the views across the port and the North Shore beyond are amazing. Walking Georgia through the Strathcona neighbourhood was so enjoyable! It’s so great to see how it’s gentrified over the years.

Thanks so much for the wonderful opportunity of spending time with your glorious 'kids'.

A lovely stay at Nerang!
Ilse & Martin made us feel so warm and welcomed into their BEAUTIFUL charactered filled home!
We had such a relaxing stay while enjoying the company of 2 gorgeous affectionate independent cats ~ Roxie & Watson! (As Norbert was on holiday with mum and dad.)
Roxie & Watson loved cuddles and kisses, always came in at night to dinner and enjoy the couch with us!
We felt deeply relaxed in Ilse & Martins home as it brings a true Zen state of culture and peace.
🧡
Thankyou Ilse and Martin x

Sarah was an amazing host. We had a few hiccups, but she smoothed everything out and our time in Paris will be one to remember. Sarah also has excellent communication and we knew what to expect every step of the way.
