It's always preferable for us to be able to show them the house and allow them time to get to know the cats before we leave town. They are kind, smart, organized and clean. Alejandro and Milena communicated with us at the perfect cadence, sharing photos and updates that we always appreciate. We could tell upon our return that Georgie and Lou were well cared for. Both Milena and Alejandro are welcome back here anytime!
We were beyond pleased with Mike and Jean's attention to our pooches that they affectionately referred to as "the kids" and the care of our home. I don't know how Jean (and Mike?) managed to buff out the scratches on our range that happened when someone carelessly removed the very heavy grates. We have tried but failed. Never did we have a wasp/bee invasion of our yard waste bin but that happened on their watch. Problem solved with sealing the bin shut and a bug zapper. Never did we encounter a leaking garbage disposal but that also happened. The house was spotless, Bobby and Clara weren't all that thrilled when we returned. That says something. Without hesitation we highly recommend Mike and Jean. They are exceptional and attentive. We really appreciated all that they did.
