Juliet and Laurent were great petsitters! My place was clean and the cats were happy, which is my biggest concern. Juliet was very communicative and sent pics daily along with little comments about Jack and Jamie and how they loved the area around here. I had zero worries about anything, which is always a great feeling while away. I would highly recommend them for any pet sits in the future! Thank you both!😻😻

Jenna was excellent! She took great care of our pets and went above and beyond when she had to help us coordinate with some contractors coming to the house and some other tasks related to our work. She was also flexible when our schedule changed and we had to come back a day earlier than we initially posted. We appreciate her great communication and attentiveness.

Sara and Patrick were AMAZING! I am so grateful that they wanted to stay in the Hamptons and take care of my dear fur ones, while I visited family and worked in Europe. Sara sent me daily updates, which was comforting. Their dog came for the last week, which Dylan loed. He did get some stomach issues the last week, but Sara kept me in the loop and handled everything perfectly. They fell in love with the calico (everyone does!) and both of the cats coats looked gorgeous when I got home - they were so well brushed and purr-happy. The house looked like my maids had just left, it was neat and tidy. This trip was the reason I decided to try Trusted HS and I am so grateful to have found this community of animal lovers. Sarah took great care of our pets! We had a particularly full house with chicks, and a new kitten, along with our cat Mira. Sarah communicated in a punctual way, left the house clean and tidy and took wonderful care of everyone. A lovely person too.

Danica was great!! Very responsible and communicative. She sent us pictures and videos of our little corgi when we were gone. She is an animal lover and played ball and frisbee games with Bayley and took long walks. We felt at peace while we were away for the week knowing our little pup was taken care of. She left our home organized and clean. We feel very comfortable recommending her for others!!

John

John was on point with everything. He was dependable, communicated well with lots of kitty photos and advised of when he left the house and what had been done prior to his departure. His companion, Mary, left us some homemade biscotti. Yummy! I would use him again if it works out.

Sophie is fantastic! I had a number of unexpected occurrences while she was here and she handled everything with aplomb! My house was spotless when I returned, my animals happy, and best of all, she had made my bed with clean sheets so I didn't have to do it at 3 am!!!! Sophie is perfect.

Catherine and I immediately connected AND she was so gracious when there was a garbage disposal problem and a misunderstanding when the plumber would arrive. Even so, she stayed with the plumber/electrician the entire time he was here and both problems were resolved. She was just Wonderful. I came home to a very clean home, happy kitties, plants watered and well tended.. and what a relief... I knew she would be responsible. and I was right!

Margaret

Maggie was a complete pro. She took beautiful care of our Lucy and after maggie left she moped for a couple of days. Maggie's communication skills were excellent, she shared some cute pictures of Lucy hogging the chaise lounge on the deck and giving Maggie no room; and the two of them taking a walk. If she had a question about Lucy's diet, she asked it and she double checked with us as to our itinerary. When we returned, our house was cleaner than the way we left it.I highly recommend Maggie.

Carolyn

We highly recommend Carolyn to watch over your home and pets.Carolyn stayed at our home for a month to watch over our cat, small garden and houseplants. She was mature, respectable and communicative. We were amazed at how clean our house was when we returned, which made coming home after such a long trip so helpful and pleasant. Please do consider Carolyn as a sitter for long or short stays, she certainly proved to be a trusted, kind and reputable caretaker! We would 100% have her stay again 😃

Kelsey took excellent care of my home and two cats, I highly recommend her as a sitter! I love getting daily picture updates and info about how the sit was going. Kelsey went above and beyond to make my return from my work trip as smooth as possible, including washing linens and remaking the bed.

Ruth and Roberto did a great job of taking care of our pets and house while we were away for the weekend. They communicated very well before and during their stay, kept the house tidy and even washed the sheets! Our pets seemed like they had a wonderful time with them. Rebecca is a star petsitter!!! 
It was a pleasure to have her at home, so that she could take care of our two rabbits. She was very easy to communicate with, before, during and after the sit, always responding quickly and in a nice, friendly way. During the sit, we received daily updates with pictures, which we really appreciated, and the rabbits seemed very at ease with her. 
She had to keep an eye on one of our rabbits: because of a small issue on his paws, he had to wear socks (!). One of the socks fell a few times during the night, but Rebecca managed to put it back each time, which is not at all easy to do! We were very impressed by her knowledge of rabbit behavior and the way she handled the situation!
She left the apartment spotlessly clean, and with cute flowers to come back to :)
In a nutshell, we highly recommend Rebecca, for us she was our dream petsitter!
