Lisa was simply fabulous in every way, and she went out of her way to help us. She graciously took our dog to the vet as he continued to have a problem walking. She related to both our dog and cat with compassion, offering massages to Murphy (our senior dog) to help him feel better, and she even bathed him. Our house was left immaculately clean and she managed the gardens and our many plants with great care. She kept us informed updated on a daily basis. Overall, she is very mature and knowledgable about pet health care and shared some relevant videos enlightening us about improving our pets' diets. I would love to have Lisa return for future house sitting and pet care. She is the best one could hope for to entrust your home and pets to her care.

Words can't fully describe the love we felt for Angie in just a few days; she's truly a special dog 😍. Peter is kind and charming. Although we didn't have much time to spend with him, his relaxed vibe was evident from the start. Peter's house is beautiful and immaculately clean. I would rate a 0 if I could. Unfortunately Kate scammed me, and i'm sure I won't be the only one she's doing it to. Failed to feed our rabbits, which we had paid her upfront for. We had to chase her at 10:30pm at night to check she was feeding our rabbits. She was in bed and blamed her daughter for not feeding them. When she did turn up, she was in and out in 4 minutes. My family had visited and told me the rabbits had no water. This was in the recent heatwave. Very worrying when you're half way across the world, trying to enjoy a family holiday. The communication and lead up to booking was poor and left to lest minute. Luckily we have camera's around our home. Without them, I dread to think what could have happened. We are still without apology or explanation as to what happened and why she didn't bother to show up. Avoid this 'company' at all costs!!!! I would absolutely not recommend Kate and feel very concerned for the rest of her clients.
She is walking dogs in woods that are private property with no regard for or permission from the owner. Very unprofessional
