Beautiful house! Teton and Meru were both very sweet loving dogs. Meru especially will always want cuddles. Some random things to note: the only parking that is available is street parking and it is downtown Denver so fair warning it is not always the easiest. The houses are very close together and so when the neighbor had a massive party, you could hear it. They are both very well trained in commands and have no problems at all at the dog park. However, Meru refuses to go to the bathroom in the backyard and Teton is a counter surfer. Like seriously, do not leave anything on the counter, food or not. Even if you think there’s no way he’ll reach it, he’ll get it and devour it in about 2 seconds. Shelves are your best friend. But they are both so kind and great dogs.
Puk and Pepper were the cutest and most friendly cats ever! Pepper wants all the cuddles and pets he can get and Puk loves the neck scratches <3 The place was situated in a great location, very close to everything you need and Johanna and Andrew let us borrow their bikes which was very helpful. The communication was great the whole way! Would recommend this sit! Thanks guys :) Hope to come back again one day!!
Cannot recommend petsitting Wilson for Edel and Conor enough. It was honestly a pleasure. Edel was so welcoming and opened her home to us without hesitation. She collected us from the airport (with Wilson!) and left us with everything and anything we needed🤩. Wilson is the cutest dog with the biggest smile and great energy. He’s always happy to go out for a walk but equally restful when he’s at home. His obsession with his happy face yellow ball is adorable🥰. The apartment is really well located and very comfortable. The balcony gets great sun all day long, the kitchen has any/every appliance you could want and the complex is very safe and secure. It was also great to have access to a gym and swimming pool onsite. Emma and I really cannot emphasise how lovely a stay this was. We really hope to stay in touch with Edel and Conor and of course Wilson (as his honourary godparents 😉)!
Katerina and Vincent were lovely and welcoming hosts and were generous with sharing their space with me! Skippy was an absolute delight to care for. He was so easy and incredibly sweet! I spent the evenings cuddled up with him on the couch and he was great company during the day as I worked remotely. I would be delighted to come back for another sit!
Kate is a very nice and hospitable host. We liked our time with Flump and Shady. They are gorgeous cats and full of character. Flump will be telling you off every day and Shady might hide from you for some time. They like their toys and fishing rods. Kate has great internet. She has a comfortable place to stay with lovely plants on the balcony. Kate's flat has a construction site nearby so you will hear noise, which can be reduced by closing windows. Kate's place is a short bus ride away from Oxford city centre so you can indulge yourself in its charms when you have the time. Thank you for everything, Kate.
Erin has such a cute place and Trubel is an adorable, affectionate cat. He just wants to cuddle and talk - but we did have some spirited play sessions with the catnip mouse! Her yard is shaded and pleasant and the window A/C units kept the inside cool and comfortable even though the temps were in the upper 80’s!
