Whisky and Pippa were truly a pleasure to care for. Calm, sweet, extremely well-behaved Whisky was a breeze. Playful, affectionate and cute as a button Pippa was a joy. Pippa enjoyed playing with her many toys while Whisky enjoyed sleeping, haha! They were very easy to care for. Dave and Pam made us feel very welcome in their beautiful home. The house, which is very clean, spacious and comfortable, is in a rural area but everything you need is a short drive away (e.g. restaurants, grocery stores, gorgeous hiking trails). The kitchen is well-equipped and organized with ocean views from every window. We saw several bald eagles gliding by and the sunrise views were beautiful! The guest suite was large and very comfortable. We enjoyed getting to know Dave and Pam before they left. They are thoughtful, generous and easy-going people, and left very clear and detailed instructions, which we appreciated. They were always available by text or WhatsApp and answered our few questions promptly. Pam sent many links to us for fun things to do in the area. We went hiking along the ocean and drove into Halifax several times. We really enjoyed this pet sit and highly recommend it!
Absolutely loved sitting for Bornie and Christoph in their adorable farmhouse in downtown Haddington with a lovely enclosed 1 acre garden! Pip and Crumble their adorable pups were fabulous to take care of, very trained and very loving. We had loads of adventures going running everyday and to the river in the afternoon. We also made it to the seaside about 15 minutes away for a couple gorgeous walks and swims. Bornie and Christoph couldn't have been nicer and more welcoming to both me and my dog and we were so very comfortable in their charming home. Definetly take this sit if it comes up, you will thoroughly enjoy!
Staying at Cathy's beautiful apartment for pet-sitting was an absolute pleasure. Her playful cat, Neko, was delightful to be around and enjoyed taking short walks. Cathy was very helpful in providing clear instructions and information about the apartment and Neko. I thoroughly enjoyed keeping Neko company and playing with him. The location of the apartment in Whistler is ideal, with a stunning view and just a few steps from the lake, bike path, and trails. I highly recommend this place without any hesitation.
