It was a real pleasure cat and house sitting for Lydia in Santa Monica. Princess is a sweet cat who is a blast to play with. She had me laughing all the time. Lydia is thoughtful and organized and I appreciated how nice she made my visit.
We spent 6 weeks in paradise. We house sat a stunning apartment with amazing furry companions in a beautiful area of Switzerland. What else could one ask for! Lara, Gianmarco, Andres & Fernanda are living in a very nice residence, with a big garden. You will feel at home very easily. Their furniture is very comfortable and the kitchen fantastic to cook in. Another wonderful thing was the underground parking and the bicycles which we could use. Internet is very fast and reliable, which makes a place suitable for remote work. The neighbours are super friendly and very quiet. Muttenz is wonderful place as you are super close to Basel city centre whilst having an amazing village charm and nature around you. In a nearby farm you can get top notch quality seasonal products. The residence is in a very safe area in walking distance to several grocery stores and lots of public transportation. We really loved the location, as we could easily explore the region and be close to nature. Estrella and Chorri are two wonderful cats. Both have uniquely suiting characters. It seems that Chorri is an incarnated human or puppy. He thinks that he for sure belongs wherever us humans are, and even followed us on our walks around the neighbourhood. He loves to cuddle and yet respects you when you want to be alone. Estrella is a older lady, she loves your affection as long until she doesn’t, at which point she will tell you. They are both rather easy to take care of, having their own entrance and eating one type of meal. Estrella needs one pill a day, but is very happy to take it. Communication with Lara and Gianmarco was super easy. They showed us everything we needed to know upon arrival and always gave fast response to our questions while being away. Overall it was an absolute pleasure to house and pet sit for this wonderful family and we would at anytime feel very lucky to have the opportunity to return. If you have the chance to apply for a sit with them, we strongly urge you to go for it!
We had a great long weekend looking after Luisa and Humphrey. They’re obviously adorable & great company. Their feeding and walking routine is very easy to follow. Michael and Eric have a lovely apartment in a fantastic location, with easy access to Central London. We would happily sit for them again. Thank you Michael and Eric for having us L&C
It was a wonderful sit. Elena is a great host - perfectly organized, perfectly explained everything. The house is very cosy and is directly at the sea. The cats are really wonderful - it’s a pleasure to take care of them, to pet them and to hang out together. I just felt like home with furry friends.
Taking care of Charlie was a real pleasure💙 At the beginning he needed some days to feel fully at ease with me, but after that he kept being a cutie pie every single day for the remaining three weeks of my stay. He rolled around on his back every time I was back home and many other times during the day, he enjoyed staying close to me while I was using my laptop and in bed at night, he liked playing with his fishing rod and having one or two daily walks on the balcony. He also struck some unforgettable poses which were too funny and sweet!!!😍 Despite he was diagnosed with a chronic illness few days before I arrived, I found it easy to look after him as his daily routine is uncomplicated, and you just have to pay special attention to feed him properly and ensure he always has fresh water available. Regarding the flat, it is brand-new, super cosy, bright, spacious, and it is equipped with everything you might need. A tram stop is just five minutes away on foot and from there you get to Karlshorst S-Bahn in very few minutes. As for Bryonie and Jesper, they are very welcoming and easy to talk to. Before the cat-sitting started, they took time to explain to me everything I needed to know about Charlie and the flat. Plus, they shared a very detailed welcome guide with all the information. Moreover, Bryonie always stayed available via WhatsApp throughout my sit and got back to me always very quickly whenever I needed to ask something. Needless to say, I highly recommend this sit 🐾💯 Thanks again, Bryonie and Jesper! Until next time!
