Communicating with her was easy, she was punctual and professional and clearly concerned to make sure she understood what was required, taking on board willingly administering some medication to Florence. I came home to a clean and tidy house and a happy, chilled, groomed dog. Definitely recommended!

Chianti was very friendly even if we could only meet with each other virtually due to travel schedules not aligning. We came home to happy and healthy pups after a week. We did let her know that a deep cleaning was not necessary and to only keep it reasonably clean, which she followed. However, there were a couple of things that we would have liked to see or hear (like wilted flowers being thrown out or letting us know about stains on a blanket that needs dry cleaning now). We also discussed that we would like a quick update every day, and while a full report wasn't needed, we would like to hear if everything went okay. However, unless we reached out ourselves every other day, we did not hear anything from her. As she had no prior experience with TH, we understand that some things still have to be learned, though, and we had an overall good experience on this sit otherwise.
