Best sitter ever!
Todd and April are by far the best house sitters we’ve ever had! I know five-star reviews can seem inflated, but this one is completely genuine. Our cats loved them both — even the one who hates everyone was cuddled right up with them in no time. Todd was very easy to communicate with, sent us regular updates and photos, and took great care of the house and garden. We were so grateful to know that everything was in good hands and it made our travels so much better to know we didn’t need to worry at all. Have them sit for you — you won’t regret it!
Enjoy the French life to the fullest! We had a petsit in the Dordogne and then suddenly La Touche passed by for the week before. So why not some extra French days? That was a fantastic decision. The messages & video call with Jaimie went very well and when we arrived he received us very hospitably. Jamie is very helpful and good in communication. House & area: Beautifully renovated gites with all conceivable amenities. Old details have been preserved and a cozy atmosphere has been created. The owners can be very proud of this created place, well done! The area is beautiful. The daily 25-30 minute walk with Burt is already wonderful and a good start of your day. A little further on you will find many castles, nice villages/cities such as Saumur, Tours and Langeais and of course lots of wine! The pets: They're both sweethearts. Cat Dexter was our best friend from the very first second. He loves attention & petting and is very independent. Dog Burt is also fantastic. He missed his owner for the first half hour but then got used to it and relaxed. Burt is good company, loves attention, is sweet and playful. He stayed with us in the gite. Unfortunately, Burt & Dexter don't go well together, which is sad ofcourse, but they both have their own area. Not a heavy criticism, but good to know for future petsitters: Burt would like to sleep with you. We tried that 2 of the 3 nights, but he was very restless every night (walking around the bed, up & down the stairs, barking, snoring). So the last night we let him sleep back at home (10 meters across the gite). This went very well and he was very relaxed and happy in the morning. So perfect. Overall: this is a beautiful stay, with a good host and sweet animals. We absolutely recommend this address and really enjoyed it. Thanks Jamie!
Sondy is a perfect host. She gave me a tour of the house before she left and was helpful whenever I had a question during my stay. Kitties are easy to care for, and Roxie, in particular, is very sweet and affectionate. Sondra's house is a comfortable, clean, and peaceful place with easy access to major freeways. I enjoyed my stay and hope to come back in the future))

I had such a great time on this sit! Carli's home is so lovely, comfortable and in a really great location (super close to the airport too!). Her instructions were easy to follow and Fancy and Heidi were the best company! Fancy lives for all the cuddles and attention and while Heidi was a little shy at first she warmed up pretty fast. They're both such sweethearts and I'm looking forward to seeing them again!
Nice house. Dogs are wonderful and so fun to hang out with. Location good if you want to check out Port Angeles. Not far to town. We were there when the weather was rainy but the sit in summer should have nice weather.
