Barbara is an incredibly gracious human being. She goes out of her way to make sure you feel welcome and have everything you need to be comfortable in her gorgeous home. Her welcome guide is perfectly clear, as are her printed instructions. Her communication is clear and she's quick to respond to cute videos and updates as well as any questions prior to your sit. Kitty Gaga is shy, gorgeous, funny, often aloof but warms up and loves being near you. She will sit or lay behind you on the comfy chair and sofa. She loves her behind the ear scratches. She leaps to the top of her condos with ease as if she's half her age! And hearing her trot down the stairs always brought me so much joy. I highly reccomend sitting for Bararba and Kitty Gaga if you get the chance. The birds out back at the feeder and the fruit trees, flowers framing the front of the home, and friendly neighbors will make you feel like you’re in a little slice of paradise just up the street from Oakland.
It was such a pleasure to house sit for Kristi. Her home and gardens are beautiful and in the perfect spot for exploring the Northern California coast. When I arrived Kristi had dinner ready for me and she had maps, magazines and notes on things to do in the surrounding area. I felt very safe walking alone down the street for my morning coffee and even late at night coming back from dinner. Buster is such a loving cat and when he gets comfortable loves to play and snuggled upto me while reading almost every night. It’s been such a great, relaxing visit. Thank you Kristi!
Very fun dog sit in Vegas. Luca and Loki are the cutest French Bulldogs, with lots of people giving compliments as I walked them around. They really enjoy human companionship. They were very friendly to other dogs and people, so I needed to keep them on a tight leash to manage their exuberance. The condo unit is right downtown, so it is perfect if you want to be close to the 24/7 action. The condo has a regularly cleaned dog run that the pups preferred to use over street options. John and David were amazing hosts by providing detailed instructions and a very welcoming guest set-up. The condo was clean, comfortable, and stylish with a balcony overlooking the strip, downtown and the surrounding mountains. There is also access to the penthouse level for pool, hot tub, and sunset views. Communications were consistent as I texted daily photos to assure them that the dogs were healthy and happy. They responded quickly to my texts. This is a perfect sit if you love French bulldogs and the Vegas downtown activity.
We absolutely loved our stay at Jenny's and Ian's home! It's very clean and beautifully decorated nestled in a nice and calm neighborhood. Communication with them was easy and reliable. They provided everything to make this a perfect housesit. We even got a 'sitter manual' that covered everything we needed to know which came in very handy. Taking care of Tesla and Roy was a blast. We really enjoyed the walks with Tesla, probably even more than he did :D he's a pure sunshine and it was a lot of fun to watch after him and play with him. Roy was a bit shy but warmed up with us over time and gave us great company. Both behaved really well and were easy to be around. We will definitely miss them and would love to see them again one day!
What a beautiful home and quaint town with everything you need! 5 min walk to local pub, 10 min walk to bus stop and 40 min total to Bath. This location has lots of out door walking paths nearby with beautiful views. Marmee and the kitties were a pleasure to care for. The cats are always looking for cuddles and Marmee loves his tennis ball throw matches. Sarah and her family were very welcoming and had great communication during our stay, would definitely house sit again.
Christina and David were very informative and had excellent info as well as videos. The kittens were fun to watch. We had fresh farm eggs which were delicious. Their home and property was very peaceful with an amazing view of the valley. This was an amazing experience. Thank you.
