Dog Sitters in Maryknoll, NY

Marjan and Harm were wonderful! We had easy and comfortable communication before we left and their experience was evident in their confident manner. They arrived ahead of our departure with enough time to walk around our home and understand it. While we were away, they shared updates and photos on our furry friends which reassured all of us, especially our four children. We returned to find our home spotless and well cared for. We were grateful for that after 3 weeks and grateful for the cut lawn and repairs that Harm did to some outstanding issues in our house (we did not ask). We would highly and unreservedly recommend them as sitters for your home and pets! Thank you both!!

Natalie and Jewell were absolutely wonderful with our cats and home! A few days before the sit was to begin, I wrote to Natalie and Jewell that the last antibiotic treatment for our senior cat, Herbie, had not produced the desired results and that Herbie was still sneezing with a yucky dripping nose, and offered to let them out of the stay if they were so inclined. They said they would come anyway, and took great care of the cats and the house. They even left us yummy pastries from our local bakery. These two are a treasure!

Despite a glitch over the start date Laura was a charming and reliable housesitter who gave Tuppence my Cockapoo a great deal of love and attention and also welcomed two Air BnB guests in my absence . I would happily use Laura again as I felt totally confident in her.

Yuk is an organized, steady adult - no drama! She took great care of our pup and left the house clean. We would have her sit again!

We were happy to have Gin watch our Curly while we were away. She checked in regularly, sent pictures and reached out when she had questions about the house. The only thing I can comment on is that Curly started to chew up part of his crate tray while we were gone, which we haven't seen before. I am thinking it was because of missing us so much, since he is a very clingy dog. Thank you, Gin, for watching Curly for us!

Trish & Chandra were wonderful! They were very considerate and caring. Their dog, Georgie, was well behaved and played so well with our dog, Blu. They kept in touch just enough to let us know how Blu was doing and that all was well. We arrived home from our vacation in the early hours of the morning and Chandra and Trish were so accommodating. They stayed late and made sure that Blu was alone for only a few hours. Blu was obviously happy in their care and loved having Georgie for a playmate! The house AND YARD were clean…we really appreciated that! Thank you so much Trish & Chandra!! We look forward to having you visit again!

Janet is the best. She is thoughtful, caring, clean, organized and delightful. I cannot say enough about her. She contacted me with pictures of Sadie now and then to put my mind at ease. Sadie thrived under her care. I came home to an immaculate house and a happy dog. I highly recommend Janet - she's a lovely person and perfect house and dogsitter! Thank you Janet!

Lia is amazing! My babies, Lola and Luca love her. I think they would’ve left with her if given the choice. She kept me updated and sent pics of my pups and left my house immaculate. I will definitely reach out to her for any future vacations! 10/10 Highly recommend!

I was fortunate enough to have found Veronica on this site to watch my dog and my house while I was away for more than a month. Upon first meeting her I was so impressed with how she was with my dog, who can be unruly at times and a known escape artist. My biggest fear in having a pet sitter is that my pup would escape and get lost, or worse. Veronica took excellent care of my girl, was diligent with keeping her from her escape antics, and sent me frequent updates and photos. Veronica is a pleasure to know and a tidy and neat housekeeper. I was able to return home feeling confident that all was well. I highly recommend Veronica as a pet sitter, trainer, companion and house sitter and can't wait to have her back in the future. We met Lisa and Stephen for the first time the day before our outbound flight, and we immediately liked them. More importantly, our dog Mollie LOVED them. There was an immediate connection as Mollie greeted Lisa and Stephen. I could tell they knew dogs, and knew how to handle and communicate with them. Right off the bat we felt confident Mollie was in good hands. That day and evening we spent time with them answering good questions and watching the bonding between our dog and these new faces. Lisa and Stephen were dog owners, and they have logged in thousands of hours dog-sitting for their family and neighbors. It was clear they were highly conscientious; we could tell that just from the questions they asked. Communication was superb. We got several cute photos every day along with a brief report on how things were going at home. This really put us nervous parents at ease. They knew to call us with any questions or concerns, but that was never necessary due to their “pet competence.” The icing on the cake was when we returned home. The house was neat and immaculate, and Mollie was happy and playing with them both. A fresh tablecloth and flowers were on our kitchen table. How nice to come home to that. We hope we can have these folks back again. Our experience was excellent, and we recommend them to anyone looking for responsible sitters.

Heather was perfect dog sitter for my family. She visited a day before our trip just to see us and find out more about Rocco and Patch. During our travel we received updates on their behaviour, eating and wellbeing. Also, daily photos of our dogs going places and having fun outdoors meant a lot to us. When we returned, house was super clean, she even washed the beddings and towels and put the new ones. As a keen hiker, she took our dogs everywhere and they were happy and exercised. After Heather departure, both dogs stayed in front of Heather's room hoping she'll come out. We haven't seen anything like it before. We wish Heather the very best and hope to have her staying with us again.
