We’ve had a lot of really great house sitters and Allison is the best of best! I was actually a bit sad to leave my house because I wanted to stay and hang out with her! She’s that perfect combination of fun, social and professional that makes you feel at ease with leaving your home and pets in her care. From our first call to the meet and greet to the actual sit, her communication was prompt and easy. She sent regular updates on the pets, asked questions when needed and improvised appropriately when the time difference for our European trip meant we didn’t always respond right away. She took great care of our senior dog who has some stubbornness issues with food and walking and she was also great at tracking down our one escape artist cat. I highly recommend Allison and she is welcome back at our place anytime regardless of whether she’s doing a sit or not!

Jaime

Jaime was a godsend for us at a stressful time. We had to leave home on short notice to care for a loved one with a long-term illness and needed someone to take care of our cats and our home. Jaime is extremely well-organized, communicative, and positive. While we were away, we got regular cheerful updates and pictures of our kitties. Jaime took good care of our plants and fruit trees, too. When we got home, we found everything in order. Jaime truly went above and beyond, even taking my car for maintenance (reimbursed of course) and leaving it with a full tank of gas. In short, we can't recommend Jaime enough!

Darcie & Cassidy

Darcie was a delightful sitter and a cat whisperer. Our Sable took to her instantly and wanted to spend mornings snuggled together. Sofi warmed up within a day and got play time treats from Darcie. We very much appreciated the frequent photos and comments about the girls during the week. Sofi and Sable were very relaxed and content when we returned. The house was more spotless than we left it and linens ready to be washed. Highly recommend Darcie and would welcome her back anytime.

Carol

Louis and his girlfriend Georgie looked after our 14 year old dog Bruno and our house for a week. We (with Bruno) met Louis ahead of the sit and he seemed responsible, reliable and caring and we had no worries about having him stay.  Our return was delayed and we did not get a chance to see him in person when we got back as he had to leave but the house was left clean and tidy and Bruno seemed to be happy and well-cared for. I think we were barely missed!  We would be happy to have Louis sit for us again.

Mara & Jeff were amazing! We didn’t get to meet them but it didn’t matter. They sent us daily updates about the pets. We text everyday about the animals and the updates were greatly received. 

When we returned home the house was immaculate, plus they had cleaned the sheets and changed them for us. Then they made a dinner and left it for us for our late night return. This was a really lovely surprise! 

I’d highly recommend these guys. As our first experience to the website, I’m shocked that we hadn’t heard of it before. What a fantastic concept! Thank you!
