I cannot recommend Ali and Allison enough as house and pet sitters. From the moment they arrived, they were kind, thoughtful, and genuinely interested in the well-being of our home and pets. They were both responsible and reliable, keeping in touch with us throughout their stay to give updates and adorable pictures with hilarious commentary of our cats, which was a nice touch. Not only did they take great care of our home, keeping it clean and tidy, everything meticulously in it's place, but they also went above and beyond with our pets. They gave them plenty of love and attention, ensuring that they were comfortable and happy. We returned home to a spotless house, cleaner than we left it and our fur babies clearly had a good time and were loving and chatty when we returned. They also washed their sheets and towels before we returned, which was an unexpected surprise. We have complete trust in Ali and Allison and would not hesitate to have them house and pet sit for us again. They truly are the best in the business and we are so grateful for the peace of mind they gave us while we were away. We hope our paths cross again soon!
Leslie took care of my dog and two cats very well. She was easy to communicate with, was here when she said she would be and I appreciated all of that very much. She was also flexible with my mistake on the schedule. I had made an error on the date of my return. Leslie could improve on being more thoughtful about leaving the house as clean as she found it. I’ve had other sitters through this site who did and her failure to do so was noticeable. That said, my pets were well cared for and that is my top priority. I would use Leslie again but would talk to her about cleaning up after herself better.
Sangeeta did a great job! She was organized, took great care of of the animals and left the house clean and tidy.
I had a warm welcome from Miranda. Beautiful home and garden and a dear little cat! Miss Prim was so easy to look after. She has a good appetite and although she enjoys company she mostly potters round the garden or sleeps inside.
