When Susa and I got first in contact, it felt like we were friends for longtime before. That's because of her open minded and friendly attitude towards people. And from what she told me about my "babies" (and backed up by photos every so often), she had the same friendly attitude to them and they rewarded her with cuddles and presents. On my return, they seemed to be pleased to see me again and behaved how they always did. My point is: they were not mad at me for beeing away so long, they did not misbehave, like one hears so often in stories from returning pet owners. My house was clean by my return, my fridge was filled with veggies and we had a great pizza party soccer night together before she left the next morning. I would highly recommend Susa to look after your cats and I hope she comes back to me next year. Thank you Susa, and God bless you wherever life takes you! Love, Uly
Sarah and Christopher are what every pet parent wants in a sitter. At first I was worried Pirate was not warming up to them. He was acting out. But Sarah put me at ease, she seemed to know he was anxious about us leaving. She and Christopher took his behavior in stride but with a knowing strategy on what he needed. Of course after we left he was much better and hanging out on the couch with them. Sarah saw right away that he just needed her to be in charge and he was fine. The house was clean and in order and the sheets and towels put in the laundry room. Really thoughtful and kind. I would love for them to sit again!!!!
We had a peaceful and lovely housesit at Denis and Jacky’s. Their cats, Stella and Mr. Jones were adorable and cuddly! There was space for us to keep our things which helped us feel at home. The garden was bountiful and I made many preserves from the harvest. Jacky and Denis are very kind and responded to our questions and requests with promptness and grace. Thank you! we highly recommend this housesit.
