Ruoyi was wonderful! She took excellent care of not only Charlie but my plant babies as well. I came home to a clean home, happy cat and even a lovely bouquet of flowers to welcome me home. She was communicative throughout her stay and sent me loads of adorable photos of Charlie. It was such a relief knowing I had someone reliable to watch over everything while I was away!
I had a good time at Katie's home. We didn't get to meet each other in person but we had good communication, she was always responsive to any questions and making sure everything was alright. She provided a welcome guide with all the information I needed for the house and the pets. It was nice meeting Misha and Rhett. They both welcomed me right away. Misha stays in the master bedroom separate from the rest, she loves to cuddle on your chest and enjoy your company while you are in there with her. Rhett is a sweetheart, he can be a little vocal but just at moments. He loves to cuddle with you to sleep at night. He has some sort of allergies that makes him very congested just like a cold and because of that he got extra love. The house it's in a great location, at walking distance to Camden Yards, coffee shops and restaurants; the supermarket is just 5 min away, the Inner Harbor just 7 min away. I had to use the street parking parallel to the house but Katie provided me with a parking permit which I do appreciate. Overall, I had a good time. Thank you!
I highly recommend the sit. Rebecca is a lovely lady and her 2 cats are just adorable. They are very cuddly and always want to be around you. Her home is beautifully located in Dubai marina. I had a lovely stay!
I really enjoyed my month at Lori’s with Boulder and Pepper. Discovering their distinct personalities was so fun! Lori’s also cultivated a really calming environment in her apartment, which I appreciated. I’d welcome the opportunity to sit here again any time!
Had a lovely time with gorgeous Zeus who took me for stunning walks on the canals and fields. Simon and Ann are great hosts and their home is spectacular. I will miss Mr Zeus and his adorable personality.
Geeta is a sweet, gentle Shepard and Anita's home is a jewel, immaculately kept. My older children had a wonderful visit, both with Geeta and the neighborhood children too! I highly recommend and would definitely housesit again :)
We enjoyed sitting for Mandy and her fur babies. She kindly took in a lovely kitten who has been abandoned outside her building shortly before our sit so we had the pleasure of looking after Klaus too. The cats each have their own personalities. Klaus (the kitten) is super energetic and loves to play - he can easily entertain himself for ages but also likes playing with toys and the other cats. Obi took a few days to get used to us and is quite independent. She likes to play too and is adventurous. She climbs on counters and her and Klaus would often run around chasing each other. Gato likes to do his own thing. He loves going for walkies in the corridor (you'll find him leading you to the door or standing by it) and will stand in the kitchen when you're in there waiting for a treat. All together, the three were a easy to look after. Mandy is a lovely host - we met before the sit so we could familiarise ourselves with her fur babies and home. Her apartment is in a lovely location near Dubai Marina, with great amenities and lots of restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets close by. There is a tram stop: Mina Seyahi close by too. Mandy was communicative, helpful and answered all our questions. Above all, we would recommend this sit.

I was notified when i arrived to drop off my pomeranian that she only takes cash up front. Luckily i had it with me. She would not allow us into her home, or view the location that she was going to keep my dog in. I thought this was odd, but figured with 88 5 star reviewsand nothing less than 5 stars, maybe I'm just being paranoid. Her ability to communicate is somewhat disjointed. She sometimes would not answer yhe questions asked, but just comment about my boy having girl friends. I observed some of the same behavior when dropping him off, and picking him up. He was professionally groom a few days before he was dropped off. When we picked him up, his back half was damp and he smelled of a kennel. His tail hair was matted, and all oh his hair was "oily", which I've never seen on my dog. Additionally while there, she did send many photos of him, but his ears were always back in submission. This is something else I've never seen in him. After being cleaned up though, he does seem healthy, and unharmed. And he is almost back to his normal self after 8 hours or so.

Miriam, the owner of Happy Wagging Tails, is an animal lover and a very gracious person. She cared for our Springer Spaniel and treated her like family. She sent us pictures every day. Definitely recommend her
I boarded both of my labs for a long weekend. Dropped them off on Wednesday called on Thursday everything was fine they were eating and no issues. Came back to pick them up on Monday and was told my older lab who is almost 13 would not eat so they switched her food and she had diarrhea. She ended up being so sick it cost me almost $700 in veterinary bills. My vet could not believe they switched her food. They never reached out to me before making the change. No call, no text, no email, no communication whatsoever. My other lab came home with an eye infection which was even more cost in vet bills. Absolutely horrible experience, I would never trust Tiki Tails again & this was not the first time we have used them. I don’t know if they have new management or what but this was not handled appropriately at all. In response to Tiki Tails Response to me: you offered two days of boarding to resolve this. Why would we want to bring our dogs back to you so we can incur additional vet bills? No way! Also, you did not try to resolve this in additional emails. In fact, my last email was never acknowledged or responded too and that has been well over a week ago.

Had an awful interaction with the angry mess of an owner. She literally threw a fit in the waiting room. As an animal lover, I don't think any pet should be left alone with someone like that. Went to make a review to warn other pet owners, and was confused to see they have 4 stars as I've heard (and now seen) awful things about this place. Then, upon further inspection I see that every google review under 5 stars receives a personal attack. Seriously, go on google and look for yourself! No wonder people are scared to leave bad reviews! One review even begs the owner not to attack her online just for telling her story about her dog being mistreated. And yup, you guessed it, there was the owner throwing a tantrum down below. Owner threw her fit at me for being 5 minutes late to an appointment. (9:07 by the time she showed up.) I didn't speak but once to quietly apologize and try to leave, but she continued her angry rant. Gosh she was such a mess. I gave her time to call and apologize, as I was sure this wasn't normal behavior, but nope. If I receive an online attack trying to turn it on me, I will gladly voice what was said to me. I only spoke once to apologize for being late. How I was treated was NOT okay. Protect your pets!
Highly recommend Tiki Tails daycare and boarding. They have created a fun and safe place for dogs to play and socialize. Each of their associates is professional and caring. Can't say enough positive things about them!

After moving to SW Florida my Aussie was missing all his friends. We had lived in a townhome and he had LOTS of friends and now even though we had a great backyard, we felt he needed more. I had found out about Tiki from a friend. We finally got everything together and did Scooters interview. I am so glad we did. They suggested we do a few days in a row to get him used to it. The second day when we pulled onto the road and into the driveway he was so excited and couldn’t wait to get inside. He may not be ready to play with all the other dogs, but at least he isn’t resisting going and all staff has been amazing.
We love Tiki Tails!! We are new to the area and were looking for the right place for our dog as he is a bit shy and learning how to socialize and play. He absolutely LOVES Tiki Tails. As soon as we park he is so happy to be here which confirms that the staff is amazing, attentive, and caring. I love being able to watch him on IG stories! I brought my dog for daycare three days in a row while in the area. She absolutely loved it! She was excited to go back - a clear sign to me the staff are not only loving and attentive but keep the group safe and controlled as well. As someone who has worked in the dog boarding/daycare industry for years, I am PARTICULAR and everything about Tiki Tails surpassed my expectations. The staff were welcoming and incredibly friendly (with people and pets!) and I was obsessed with watching my dog on their Instagram stories while she was there. Tiki Tails was recommended to me by another client. I have to say I am more than pleased with the daycare and my golden, River, LOVES it! Without a doubt my favorite part is that they constantly post stories on their Instagram, so I get to see my boy playing and having a great time all day while I’m at work. Our dog, Sparky, loves Best Pets! We know because she races in & is excited to see the staff at Best Pets! It’s a great place because they care about the dogs and the dogs are able to play with the other dogs that are in their care. Most places keep them in kennels all day but not here. Sparky comes home happy & tired after a fun day at Best Pets! Great place!
We had an alright experience here. Dogs seemed to do well so thats what matters most. Would give 5 stars but the grooming service has gone wrong and one pup is traumatized now... at least any time we try to trim her hair.
Best Pets is the absolute best place to take your dog. Patty, you and your staff are amazing. This is the fourth year we've come here and left our dogs here. I wish we had someone this great back home I could leave my dogs with. Obi and Poppy will be back.

Wouldn't allow me to board my 3 Pitts for 8 hrs tomorrow while we helped our daughter move. We live 4 hrs away and didn't wanna leave them in a hotel room all day while we are gone and was told they won't allow them bcuz of their breed! My dogs are not aggressive! They wouldn't even allow a meet and greet before saying no. Such a shame
EXCELLENT! 5 STARS!!! This is the first time we have ever boarded our dogs. I had always used friends and family for pet sitters, but since our dogs are older and require special assistance and on-time medicine, we wanted to ensure they were in the best hands. We did a lot of research and Best Pets came overwhelmingly recommended! Patti and her staff were super helpful and awesome, and they truly are animal lovers. They gave our dogs and others a lot of attention. One of our dogs requires assistance walking and they were great with him. We love the live video feed to check on our fur babies any time of day or night. Patti went above and beyond when we forgot our dog's medication picking him up and she dropped it off at my house at 9:30pm so he wouldn't miss his night-time dose! Excellent people! We will be back for sure! Keep up the great work!!!
We took our fur grand daughter here for a week. While it was hard to leave her, Patti made us feel very secure leaving her in the hands of other pet lovers. We loved the fact we could watch storm on the cameras. I did a lot of research before I settled on Best Pets. We were a little late picking her up so I called to see if they could wait for a few minutes and they did. I highly recommend this facility. Thank you guys for making it less painful in leaving storm for a week.
Our older dog never did well with other dogs or people so we never could board when we went on vacation. When we got our puppy we knew he had the best personality for it but still nervous leaving your dog with someone you don't know for a long period of time. Let me tell you, Humphrey is a shy dog but he RUNS into this place everytime. They are all so loving with the dogs. There are cameras you can log into anytime of the day. Very clean and he comes home so tired from the fun he had. Thank you for always taking care of our pup!
Amazing place and caring staff! We were in a jam as we were on vacation and our dog was barking nonstop in the hotel room, we decided to board him. I contacted this place and they were able to help me immediately. There were cameras so I could see how well my pup was being taken care of, I even saw one of the girls kissing my boy Onyx. It was also nice to know that my boy was able to play with other dogs his size, so much better than being in a crate all day! He had a buddy the whole time he was there. I am so grateful and completely recommend Best Pets. Ty!
Brandon and the team were incredible from the initial contact to the pickup of our dog at the end of her stay. They put a HUGE smile on our faces when we watched the webcams and saw the fun and great care provided each day. If you love your pet, and we know you do, you’ll not want to use anyone else.
Brandon gave me a tour of the place and I was impressed with the cleanliness. The yard was remarkably clean as well. The dogs were roaming and were very happy. I have a very keen sense of smell and despite the amount of dogs there, there was no smell. Usually I can tell when someone is trying to mask it. Just the kind of place I would want for my dogs. Brandon is also very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend.
Brandon has watched my dog Mercy now twice in the last year. Mercy is not scared of him, she recognized him the 2nd time I dropped her off and he shows her attention and love. I highly recommend Gulf Coast Pet Resort to anyone who needs doggie boarding. Mercy also stayed 10 days in a commercial dog boarding facility earlier this year and I will never do that to her again. Be sure your checking the cameras regularly if you leave your pet there in one of those places. That’s all I will say about. Brandon is wonderful and your pet will be very happy with the decision you made. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
What a great place Brandon has! We boarded our 2 year old Pit Bull for the first time ever this week and of course we were a bit nervous. After meeting Brandon and seeing his dog resort, we felt extremely comfortable leaving our dog in his hands. First of all, his pricing cannot be beat! He’s extremely personable and was wonderful with our dog. His home is immaculate and smells clean & fresh. He offers group play where the dogs play together once they’re deemed compatible, He even told us some of the boarding dogs sleep in the living room on the couch as opposed to being kenneled at night. I had specific instructions and information about our dog (he’s a shelter dog with some quirks that are no fault of his own) that I wrote upon making the reservation. He was quick to reiterate and reference what I’d said which shows he pays attention and cares. The fact that my dog is never unattended (some kennels leave at night & dogs are alone) Is great for peace of mind. Brandon has even sent us pics of our boy looking happy playing with other dogs. I could not feel more safe as I do now knowing our Luka is in great hands. We appreciate you Brandon and it was well worth the drive from Naples to Lehigh for the right fit. We are customers for life. Thank you for caring for Luka the way we do. He’s a member of our family and we love him VERY much. Thank you Brandon. You’ll be our “go to” person from now on.
Absolutely the most friendly and professional animal boarding. First time boarding my dog and I could not have been more pleased. Brandon sent me pictures and my dog was on a pillow and on top of couch. Just like she does at home. I would highly recommend you try this place first.
We feel very fortunate to have found Gulf Coast Pet Resort. We have a dog and cat and both have stayed twice at Gulf Coast Pet Resort for 10 days each time. They are very well taken care of and seem to adjust easily to being at Gulf Coast Pet Resort. Brandon and Caleb are the best.

Our princess Maya stayed with Brandon over Christmas as the rest of our family traveled out of town for the holiday. I can't say enough about Brandon and Gulf Coast Pet Resort! We had updates daily via a weblink that was texted to us. Maya looked very happy and was socializing well with the other pups at the resort. Our flight arrived late at night, and after dealing with lost luggage at the airport, we weren't able to pick Maya up until after midnight and Brandon was very accommodating! Thanks Brandon! Maya and the family look forward to our next visit!
He took care of Bambi and Ollie for me a couple months ago, it was great. Definitely treated them like his own and they were very comfortable at this place. Even got reports on how they behaved. Definitely 5 stars all across the board
This young lady Jamie is wonderful. I quickly had to find a new pet service and somehow I ended up on Jamie’s site. I have two “difficult” cats and they loved Jamie. I am happy and am passing her name to all of my fur baby friends.
Jamie has been so amazing with my shih tzu Oliver. She takes such good care of all the animals who stay with her. I wouldn’t want any other person to look after my fur baby! I always miss him when we leave him but Jamie does a great job at sending pictures and making sure he is happy. I will admit he’s always sad to leave all his friends at McGregor Pet Care!
This is wonderful in-her-home pet care. Jamie follows standard animal safety standards, yet provides socializations between the boarders ! My 12year old cat adjusted to Jamie's separate room and over several days was able to use the entire home with small dogs and her own cat. No stress for my cat &we were able to enjoy our vacation
Jamie has been providing excellent care to our golden retriever for the last 3 years. He is three so she has had him for short stays and evening date nights since he was a puppy. Recently we added a dachshund puppy to our family and Jamie has already developed a relationship with him as well. She has had him for both short and long stays when we have been away. Her fully enclosed back yard is perfect for the dogs to play in. Jamie has always provided diligent love and care to our “boys” and they truly love to go to her place. They become excited as soon as we turn into her driveway. Jamie is patient, kind and caring. She is a real dog person and shows great passion in her work. Our boys instantly took to her and I would highly recommend her services as she is exceptionally reliable and reasonably priced. I love that she always sends us photos of the boys having fun with her while we are out too.
Let me start by saying if I could rate Jamie at 100 stars that still would not be enough. I was a very nervous pet owner when considering the whole boarding process. The overwhelming, feeling of trusting a total stranger with my dog, had my anxiety through the roof. A little backstory, we have had our dog for close to three years. We rescued her from a horrible situation when she was just over one. It has taken us a very long time for her to even feel comfortable with us let alone a complete stranger. From the first phone call with Jamie, she made me feel somewhat more at ease than anyone else that I had spoke to. I had spoken to “big box” companies but felt I needed something more personal. The first time we met her, we were welcomed into her home, and I knew right away that she would love and care for our baby just as we did. Jamie took her time to make sure that our dog was completely comfortable. She never tried to rush her. She waited for our dog to trust her, which speaks volumes to her experience and knowledge of pet handling. Unfortunately, our dog had a concerning diagnosis A few days before our trip was planned. After communicating immediately with Jamie, she assured me that administering her medication was no problem at all and keeping her calm would be a top priority. Throughout our trip The communication between my family and Jamie was outstanding. She sent pictures and updates. Confirming the medication had been administered, how she was doing, Updates on potty breaks( this was a worry for us because of the medication) and so many little messages That there was no space in my heart or mind to worry at all! I can honestly say that I will never be worried about leaving my baby with anyone else! Jamie is the real deal and from this point on she is our person. If you are looking for a honest, kind, caring, compassionate person to care for your pets, Jamie is it!

I can't even explain how grateful I am that I found Jamie! She goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to help out her clients. She watches my puppy every day while I'm at work and has already made huge improvements in my dog's behaviors. Jamie gave us the greatest experience for our first time boarding the pups! We contacted multiple options for dog care to begin and met with and toured each facility gaining information and getting a feel for the folks who would be taking care of our dogs. Jamie was so warm and welcome upon arrival. The questions we asked were probably over the top but you can’t be too careful. She answered each question with confidence, looking us in the eye. She was not afraid to show us her home and how and where the dogs would be sleeping, playing, etc. 10 out of 10 for cleanliness and organization inside the home. There were no buckets of water, clutter, trash. The outside area was well kept and tidy and no build up of items or trash that our dogs(whom are nosy) could into and possibly hurt or poisoned. Fence was sturdy and clean as well and the amount of backyard was a big plus! She also wanted to meet our pups before hand so she could make sure it was a good fit. They immediately took to her. Our dutchie went and sat right in her lap with no worries. That made us feel super comfortable. The whole dropping off process went perfectly. We left on our adventure feeling slightly worried, but confident knowing we left them in good hands. She updated every few hours(sometimes sooner) with pictures and the activities they were doing, they literally had a blast!! One detail I will emphasize on is that she was ready and willing to keep training on the schedule. She asked for feeding guidelines and things they are training with at this time. We are big on making sure our dogs have and keep their manners a part of their everyday life. She did a wonderful job keeping up with that as well, we had no issues with regression and going backwards in any of their manner training. All I can say is I will always choose Jamie & Mcgregor pet care as our second home for our doggos from here on out!! She has become part of our forever pack!
Jamie and her mother have kept our dog many times. We have a Klee Kai, and she is four years old. We had tried different commercial services, and Torrie would get so upset when we would take her to them. It was heartbreaking. Now, when Torrie is in the car and realizes she is going to see Jamie, she is so incredibly excited and happy. The last time we pulled into Jamie’s driveway, Torrie jumped onto my lap and started banging on the door with her paws for me to hurry and open the door, and then she leaped out of my lap and ran for the front door. There are almost always other animals there, and Torrie loves to play. Jamie manages multiple animals with such skill and care! We’ve never had a problem and always feel so great about where our fur baby is when she’s not with us. Five stars aren’t enough: I’d give her ten stars if it was allowed. And one other thing: Jamie has all 5 star reviews but one. Kendra was kind, professional and communicative from the time I first reached out to her until she was finished taking care of our pets for us. We’ve never left our dog for this long with someone she doesn’t know and we worried how things would go. Kendra sent us an update each time she went to visit with photos showing happy, playful pups. We will only trust Kendra with our pets from here on out. She was incredible and we can’t thank her enough!
I would only trust our 3 dogs with Playful Paws for watching them whenever we are out of town. Kendra is amazing and truly cares about the service she offers and makes sure of any special needs prior to watching our dogs. Kendra or Rosie stay overnight at our house when we are away, it is was like one of our family members when Rosie “babysat “ the dogs while we were away. They treat your pets as their own. Amazing experience! True animal lovers! It was our first time leaving our babies alone while going away on vacation, while we were nervous it was clear from day 1 we had nothing to worry about! From the moment I met Ms Kendra she was so kind, accommodating, trustworthy and responsible. My pup immediately took to her . I never worried a day on my trip because Kendra went out of her way to send me daily updates with photos which really put my mind at ease . Knowing I had someone with such character allowed me to enjoy my trip. It’s hard to entrust your fur baby and home to someone but I never once had to worry. Kendra really went the extra mile to come meet my girl on a Sunday afternoon, n a last minute emergency situation and even picked her up and dropped her off !!! When I arrived home my pup was content and calm . Kendra even took my trash barrels in for me !!! I can’t tell you enough how grateful I am that I found Playful Paws and Ms Kendra. Cheryl at Wishbone has watched our cats a few times now. She is simply the best!! She give daily updates on the how the cats are doing complete with lots of pics. Wishbone has been, by far, the best dog sitters for my 4 dogs. Tara is awesome! She loves all the dogs, you can totally tell. Each one of my dogs has their own personalities and querks and Tara caters to each one. Wishbone is always our "go to" people if we need a drop in to let our dogs out, play and give some love. Tara is wonderful. We have used Wishbone now 3 times and Tara has been fantastic every time. Our dogs Franklin and Alyx lover her. They get so excited when she comes. Tara is so loving and professional. She texts me pictures of both dogs while she is here and each one the dogs are having a great time. We are so glad we found her. We can now go places and not have to rush home or worry the dogs are lonely. We have already referred her to another couple that will be using their services. Tara and her staff take good care of our big dog while we are away. Our most recent trip was for 3 days and when we came home we found our girl happy and healthy. We have used Wishbone Pet Services since 2013 and they are reliable and caring. I would recommend using this pet service to anyone who has had not so good experiences in the past or are just leery on leaving their pet at home. I am a worried mother who had two large Chesapeake Bay Retrievers, now the one, and there is far less stress because they are safe in the home.
We used Tara with Wishbone Pet Services in the past and again for our most recent trip to the Cape. The service was easy to setup via text; also responsive to calls. We were provided pictures and updates each time she stopped by. The billing was reasonable and easy to understand. Tara was able to navigate neighborhood entrance gate as well as access codes. My husband and I both travel for business, so we regularly need someone to look after our two cats. We've been using Wishbone Pet Services for almost 3.5 years, since we moved to the area. They are awesome!!! Tara and Cheryl are spectacular and make sure that we always have someone to take care of our furbabies. The pet sitters are great and take wonderful care of Pepper and Sage, who meet them at the door and eagerly look forward to play time and outside time while they're there. It gives us great peace of mind to know that Wishbone is taking care of them while we're away. The text messages and pictures always make me smile.
I absolutely LOVE Wishbone and their service. I also really like that they are a local company with local workers. I am currently working with Rainy and she is the absolute BEST! She makes sure my pup is loved and taken care of. She sends the best photos when she leaves so I know that my pup is safe at home. She even goes out her way to text me the next day to check in on my pup sometimes. She is an excellent communicator and I send her a monthly schedule of my work schedule and she is always there. I have been using them for months now and I highly recommend.

We’re very grateful to have Andrea to take care of our pets while we’re away! She has stayed overnight in our home several times to take care of our dog and our rabbit. We love that she keeps in touch with us during her stay, with daily pictures of both Benson and Theodore, and brief updates. When we return, our house is spotless and our pets are happy-It’s as if we’d never left! We feel lucky to have found Andrea to stay with our pets while we’re gone and highly recommend her!
Andrea was fantastic! We used her for the first time while we were away on a 8 day cruise, and it is always a bit anxiety provoking entrusting your pet to someone new. However, she made the process easy. Andrea was kind, organized and punctual. Her rates were very reasonable with no hidden charges. She provided regular photo updates while we were gone. And most importantly our cat seemed to get along quite well with Andrea appreciating her compassion and company!

My puppies loved it there! My dogs, Abby (5 months) and Lily (4 years) went there for 3 days while my family and I were out. I was so scared to be without my dogs, they sent me pictures of them and let me know how they were doing every day, and I was worried less about it!! The staff was amazing, and worked through our doggies problems for us/ with us. When we came to pick them up they almost didn‘t want to leave. I really recommend this place I haven’t had any trouble with it at all!!
I don't leave our dog often, and when I do, it's with people I know. This was new to leave him at a new place away from home while we went to Key West for 4 days. I researched online and hoped I chose well. I did. They were great, even posting pictures on their Facebook page so I could see him having a good time. They even called me to let me know when pictures were up because they knew I was nervous about leaving him. Add ons available to the kenneling, including a play area with other dogs, bigger spaces to stay, bath and more Would definitely use them again.

What are they hiding? I went to inquire on a first time boarding. I was not allowed to take a tour. So consequently I was unable to assess the following: staff interaction with the dogs, access to drinking water, size of the kennel, play area, cleanliness, and odors. This same day I went to 3 other boarding businesses and was given a tour of the facility. Why would I utilize a boarding facility that could not be evaluated? RESPONSE to owner that could not give name (i did not speak to the owner when there, it was a young girl)Yes, I declined to look thru the door. How can u actually see the kennels when they were at right angles to the door or see access to water, cleanliness, or odor. I also did not see staff interacting with the dogs. If a safety issue, why was I able to tour other facilities. Again, what are you hiding?
