Viviane took care of our 2 cats while we were on vacation. She went above and beyond and was truly amazing! She would provide us detailed updates, sent us tons of cute photos, brought over toys (we are purchasing the one she brought since our kitties loved it SO much). I am SO lucky to have found Viviane via a recommendation from another resident at my apartment complex. She came highly recommended and now I know why! I have been fortunate to always have family and friends look after my dog Philly while I am away. I was anxious about leaving him with someone new for a few days while I traveled, but Viviane put my worries at ease. She was extremely communicative throughout the entire process and sent detailed updates each day. I could tell by the many pictures I received that Philly was so happy and having a blast playing fetch all day. He was in great spirits when I returned from my trip, it was obvious he had been well taken care of! Leaving our pets can be hard, trusting that someone is caring for them the same way that we do can me even harder. With Viviane you'll have no worries.

Viviane is simply amazing. My husband and I left the country for 10 days. This was the first time we’ve left our cat Basil for an extended time, needless to say we were very anxious. Viviane was able to accommodate visiting twice a day, providing thorough updates with lots of pictures for each visit even if nothing out of the ordinary happened. We were most worried about Basil receiving his oral medication once a day, but Viviane did this with ease. Viviane was extremely professional and we will absolutely be using her services again in the future.

I cannot express my gratitude to Viviane and the Vive team enough! I was looking for someone to watch my pup Eric whilst I was visiting family in Hong Kong and was anxious about leaving him for 10 days. I received constant updates of how Eric was doing, photos daily and a little message of what they got up to. He also had other pup friends to hang out with, I honestly don't think he wanted to come home as he was having a blast!! (just look at the pics!) Thank you again, there is no doubt in my mind who I will be calling next time I go away. My friend recommended Vive and I am so so so thankful for the care and love that Eric got whilst I was away. Leaving your fur children with someone who is capable and caring is SO important and if you are looking for someone that is communicative, caring and honestly going to spoil your pup whilst you're away, Vive is the one!!!

Viviane takes the best care of her. She comes to see her every day, plays with her and takes great care of her. When she comes, she sends pictures and a detailed report of her visit that day. We absolutely love Paws to Consider and their team! They have been walking our Bassett/Lab mix, Finn, for a couple of months now and he loves them. Paws To Consider is a wonderful dog walking service. Their walkers are professional and friendly, on time and really seem to love my dog. Cricket can be a little difficult to meet, as she has a stranger/danger reaction sometimes, but Paws does a great job of introducing new walkers to Cricket. They are great, and help me out so much with my sweet dog. Also, their level of and clear communication is fantastic. Couldn't be happier with these guys!

Very happy with the dog walking service these past few months! My corgi gets a good walk in, treats, and cute photos taken. They have been very accommodating with any last minute schedule changes. Would highly recommend!

Our neighbors recommended Paws to us three years ago and we have been scheduling occasional walks and sitting for our dog, Jack, since then. The shelter where we adopted Jack would only release him to a forever home with no other dogs since he was surrendered due to his aggressive behavior with other dogs. None of his walkers/sitters at Paws have reported any problems and frequently seem to do a better job of controlling his behavior than we do. Paws even recommended a harness which Jack seems to be much more comfortable with than the collar we were using. We love the frequent updates that the walkers/sitters provide after each walk including lots of really great photographs, maps of the routes walked, and number of bowel movements. It would be difficult to leave Jack in a kennel and we feel much more comfortable having the sitters from Paws stay with Jack at our home. We’ve always found our home as clean, orderly, and secure as we left it. All of the walkers and sitters at Paws have gotten along so well with Jack that we haven’t had to worry and sometimes even get a bit envious. We would highly recommend Paws to anyone.

We utilize dog walking services for our Goldendoodle puppy. We have found them to be exceptional! Excellent communication, Extremely organized, Reliable dog care are just a few of the things we like best. Our puppy can be difficult at times on walks and anxious around strangers. Jana has been extremely good for our pup. I always have peace of mind when I go to work. I love the report cards we get with photos. They are caring, professional and flexible. Walks are solo or with 1 compatible dog. I love that about them. It’s definitely a more personalized approach and they are very thoughtful with transitions when it comes to introducing our pup to other dog walkers they build in additional time.

Been using Paws for years (6+) and would (and did) highly recommend! They are exceptionally accommodating to fluctuating work schedules and are great with walking an extra dog, when I dog sit for friends.

Paws To Consider has been incredible! We adopted a dog last year who ended up being somewhat high maintenance. Paws To Consider has taken SUCH good care of him on his weekly walks. The post-walk messages and photos are thorough and fun to see. The administrative team has also been really helpful and flexible with our varying schedule. We are sadly moving out of their radius, and I know we won't find a dog walker that our dog bonds with as much!

Boston Best Dog Walkers have been amazing with my reactive dog, Bernie! They communicate extremely well, always respect my excessive house guidelines given Bern's tendency to get into any cabinet, and provide great notes/photos after every interaction. I love the flexibility they offer and their system is incredibly easy to use. I have worked with them for almost a year now and have no complaints!

Great group of people! I've been nothing but pleased with the team. The customer services has been phenomenal. Rex (my German Short Haired Pointer) comes home tuckered out after every time. They also offer a train and play structured day care which has helped us with recall. Book training with Aaron you won't be disappointed. He's very clear with what's needed and super passionate and funny. I've went to another training and they were trying way too hard.

We started using Boston's Best Dog Walkers after regularly boarding our dog outside our home when we traveled. I am so pleased with this company! Having someone come to our house on our schedule is soooooo much more convenient than having to deal with an out of home boarding facility with hours that never seem to match what we need (never mind ridiculous late pick up fees on a Sunday!). It's also nice not to have to add a pick up and drop off to our busy schedule when we are trying to get a family of four out of the house for a trip. Now our girl stays in the comfort of her own home and gets all the love and care she needs. And the cost is either the same or less than a boarding facility in Boston. I also love the easy online scheduling and the ton of communication I get while she is being cared for. I never have to worry that someone won't come when they are scheduled. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!

They are super responsive and I love the GPS tracking feature and daily updates with pictures and comments. Our boy George has the best time on his group walks with BBDW. We’re given daily updates on his walks and specifically how he did. The transparency is always great and we feel he is constantly in good hands. BBDW went to great lengths to make sure to answer all of our questions and in depth when we were first introduced to the service. Would absolutely recommend and are so happy we found a service in the Seaport that is 100% reliable.

I made it very clear that my dog was aggressive and I was told “no problem” and they specialize in that. After about a month and a half, of receiving positive feedback from the walkers, pictures and all. I was called on the day he was supposed to be walked, was told they could no longer walk him as the walkers were fearful of him. I had no previous notification of this and the change happened after I asked to change the automatic tip, which unbeknownst to the walkers I wanted to pay in cash in person, as it was easier for me. Their services were misleading and left me in a tight spot as I was at work and my dog was left home with out a walker. If stated beforehand I would have been able to set up an alternative source. Instead I had to leave my job at the hospital to accommodate these last minute alterations the company did. They were unable to fulfill the service I explicitly asked for and they said they could offer

I have used Boston's Best for over a year now and I travel frequently. They always provide great care for my 2 cats and Angela specifically is great with them! I love that I get photo and written updates and can see in real time when they are there. They are great at communicating whenever there is an issue and have been quick to correct things when needed.

I love this company! I have a new rescue puppy Bruno and everyone has been great to him. Bruno is very under socialized and gets scared of anything that’s unfamiliar. He loves his walks and how they spend time with me. They spend us pics and updates on how his day is going while I am at work. One of the trainers just offered to train to him and I can not wait to get started.

We are new to Boston's Best Dog Walkers and they've been really amazing. I really appreciate that they try to keep the same group of walkers "assigned" to our pup so that he gets to know them. They've all been so patient and gentle with him. The portal has been great to use and we love being able to see where he went on his walks and get his "report" at the end of his walk. Darrell has been absolutely wonderful and accommodating with my hectic schedule! I can tell my pup loves staying with him and is well cared for! The team are attentive, always updating me with pictures, and my dog clearly has a wonderful time. On top of that they work around my schedule so nicely and are accommodating as well. Darrell and his team at Leash have been caring for my dog and cats while We’re out of town traveling for years now. They always provide consistent, responsible care, send me photos while I’m away, and my pets are always happy and cared for when I return.

We have been using Leash Dog Care walking services in different occasions and Darrell and his team are always on time to pick Lily up. She always returns happy and gets very excited when she knows that somebody from Leash is waiting outside the door for her. Darrell is very responsible and always responds our questions. He does his job with love and it's noticeable.

We are so happy we've found Darrell and his team at Leash. The playgroups are wonderful and, when our dog has boarded with Darrell, our dog seemed to be having a vacation of his own with the other doggies! Darrell really helps the dogs feel at home when he's caring for them. Whenever we see Darrell in the neighborhood, our dog gets SO excited and wants to go with him. It's such a comfort to have someone we trust right in JP.

Our dog Ozzy loves leash! We have used leash many times for dog walking and boarding. They are very communicative and always send cute pictures and updates on how our dog is doing. They also are very flexible with pick up/drop off times for boarding. Highly recommend!

Woof & Meow is the best in the biz! I have a young and super hyper puppy, and Bruce does an awesome job managing her enthusiasm and creating walking groups that can match her energy. I feel good knowing she’s having fun and is in great hands when I’m at work. I think her afternoon walk is her favorite part of weekdays!

For years I used Bruce and gang for daily walks. They were always excellent caretakers of my first dog (skittish rescue) and second dog (rambunctious puppy). Sadly, I moved out of the area and must look for a new walker. Woof and Meow set a really high bar.

Bruce is fantastic. Friendly and reliable and when there are schedule changes he's been flexible and accommodating. My dog seems disappointed when I work from home, because she doesn't get to see her walkers.

The absolute best pet care service in Boston! I have used Happy Pet Care for cat visits for years now and they deliver first class service every single time. They took dedicated time to understand my cat's personality and needs before their first visit and I love that I get pictures of him and updates for each visit. Each time I come home I can tell he was very loved and had lots of play time. I truly can't recommend this service enough and am incredibly grateful for them all!

I had the best experience with Happy Pet Care. Mary's team is nothing short of stellar. They are well-priced, reliable, professional, and super flexible. Over the few years that Mary's team walked Annie, I needed help on short notice -- sometime on weekends -- and they always came through for me. I would highly recommend Happy Pet Care!

Happy pet care took care of my cats while I went away for a few days. Mary was very quick at communicating and setting things up smoothly and efficiently. The cat sitters were great, giving me daily reports with pictures which made me feel confident they were very well taken care of. I came back to kitties that were happy and healthy. When I lived in Fenway I used to use Rover for all my pet sitting needs. But it was a pricy service and I had to do a lot of research and vetting when choosing someone who would look after our small dog. I moved to Brighton during the pandemic and have since relied on Happy Pet Care for all our walking and sitting needs. Mary, the owner is extremely good at communicating. She is quick to schedule us in even the night before (so sorry Mary). We set up autopay so I don't have to worry about the hassle and with fixed rates every time I know exactly what the cost will be upfront as opposed to Rover which can charge me different rates depending on who is working. Happy Pet Care did increase their prices during the end of the pandemic to adjust for the rise in cost of living. I appreciated the transparency about the cost increase and the sensitivity with which it was communicated to me. I would also like to personally recommend Debra, who has cared for our dog multiple times. I feel that everyone at Happy Pet Care gets to know my dog, and seeing the same people get to know her makes me feel secure that she is in good hands and that she can recognize who is caring for her without the added stress of meeting a stranger. Happy Pet Care is a great small business that we can rely on. I have been recommending their services to new dog owners in the area and I would certainly recommend them to you.

I needed a dog walker in Brighton for our new rescue and came across glowing reviews for Happy Pet Care. They are professional, super flexible, and really care about your pet. Mary is very easy to work with and very responsive. Our first meeting was with Jen and she was great with our dog and asked all the right questions. Sean was our main dog walker and he was so caring with our dog - she is 12 years old and he never got annoyed with how slow she needed to walk. The prices are very reasonable, especially for the level of quality care you get. We will greatly miss their services in the suburbs!

We've been using Happy Pet Care for dog walks 2-3 times per week since we adopted our lab mix puppy (now over a year ago). Mary is always so responsive, kind and flexible - which is so important when you have a dog. There have been multiple occasions where we need to switch days, length of walks, or add on an additional walk. Mary has almost always been able to accommodate us! Our walker is mostly either Sophia, Jen, or Mary herself. My pup can be nervous around new people when her humans aren't around, and they have all been wonderfully patient with our pup. Thanks for helping us care for our fur baby! Updated review: It has now been 2.5 years using Happy Pet Care. We could not ask for a better, more reliable, patient, understanding, and kind dog walking service. We've had Mary, Sophia, Jen, Matt, and Debra walk our pup - and they've all been great. Mary is always very responsive, and easy to work with, even with last minute changes. Additionally, her prices have not gone up, while other services we use for our pup have. The dog walks are high quality with a great price, and a lot of flexibility (because life happens). We're sad that our pup won't have them for her mid day walks while we're at work after we move.

I spent two weeks out of town and Lisa from Happy Pet Care came by my apartment twice a day to look after my rabbit, Auggie. I've never left my bun alone for a such a long time and was initially anxious about the separation, but Lisa was wonderful in every way. First, she had previous experience caring for her own rabbit, which was important to me because rabbits are nonverbal creatures and require someone who is familiar with their signs of illness or distress. Second, she sent sweet text and photos updates of Auggie twice a day, and it was apparent that he was both happy and comfortable in her care. Third, Lisa went above and beyond in caring for my bun--she weathered fierce storms to check on him, doted on him with his favorite salad greens, arranged a last-minute emergency visit when my flight home was delayed, and showered him with so much affection that not once did I worry about Auggie during the two weeks that I was gone. Can't recommend Happy Pet Care enough, and Ms. Lisa especially! She's my go-to gal from here on out whenever I'm heading out of town.

We have been using Happy Pet Care for about two years now and we could not be happier with the thoughtful, thorough care they have provided for our two dogs and two cats over this time. We have relied on Mary and her staff for individual walks, taxis, and cat sitting. We simply would not be able to manage our lives without Happy Pet Care. Mary is wonderfully responsive and always works hard to accommodate our requests, even when we have to make them at the last minute due to unforeseen changes. Mary's staff, particularly Jen and Renee, have always been nothing short of amazing. Renee in particular always goes so far above and beyond, and she treats all our pets like they were her own. We consider ourselves and our pets to be very lucky to have connected with Mary and her staff.

First time dog owner, and i wanted my 6 month old German mix puppy to feel good when taking him to boarding. Red Dog staff is very friendly, loved the communication with staff members. The process was very smooth and easy. All my questions were asked. My puppy (Jay) loved his time there. Staff was great. Kept asking for updates (worried dog mom) 😅 Overall my husband and I were very pleased with Red Dog boarding and Jay had the time of his life 🥹💖💖

I am someone that has had dogs my whole life and now I've found myself with a giant pandemic puppy that can be a bit difficult around other dogs and because of her size can be a lot to manage. But from the minute I went in to Red Dog and was greeted by Kerry I felt at ease. She was able to read my dog's body language and had her figured out in seconds. She knew exactly how to introduce my dog to the other dogs and within an hour I was getting photos of my dog playing with a pack of dogs, playing submissively, and I could see how happy she was. I picked my dog up at the end of the day and she was still wagging her tail excited about being there. Today I brought her back and my dog walked me to Red Dog and practically ran to the back room with Kerri. I am so excited to have an all day play zone for my pup. She is having fun, socializing, and I know she is with people that understand dogs. I wish I had brought Ripple here sooner instead of her staring at me in my office wanting to play.

I have been so impressed with Red Dog Pet Resort on every occasion I have taken my dog there! From daycare to boarding to grooming, they have been exceptional. We are always met with a friendly exchange and people who genuinely seem to love animals, even my sweet (but anxious) German Shepherd. They make me feel at ease and give me pup-dates via phone call when I call and ask. They make the experience as seamless as possible and I cannot rave about them enough!

Dog probably had a blast, but I was not happy. They set me up with the right package (although there was an error in billing) for my dog, who was 14 weeks old. She got to play with other puppies and seemed happy upon return and in the photos. There is little transparency/communication with the clients, and their portal does not work— at all. There are no live-cams or way to see your dog other than asking for each photo, explicitly and sometimes multiple times. Kind of funnily, one of the toys I brought was returned in two pieces! I got no real “status report” or “report card.” Attached are three of the photos they sent me Update: while tough to say if it’s a reflection on Red Dog Pet Resort, two days after returning, I took her to the vet for kennel cough.

We were visiting the area and needed to kennel our dog for a weekend. Red Dog staff were super, very sweet to Winni. We took a tour before boarding and it was one of the cleanest kennels we have used. Would highly recommend.

Sarah, the dog groomer did amazing and did exactly what I had envisioned for my puppy’s first grooming! The receptionist was really kind also. Overall, staff is kind and the place is tidy and very welcoming. Will definitely be going back.

Red Dog takes good care of Mr. Winston. He enjoyed weekday playgroup and staying there when we need kenneling. Its also great to have a vet on premise and the staff have personal interactions with the dogs. 2024 UPDATE : Mr. Winston died unexpectedly after a routine dental procedure from the on-premise Vet on 6-19-24 - he was 10 and was a gentle loving boy and the sweetest Australian Labradoodle going. He loved to play, travel with his people, go for boat rides, get belly rubs, lick you silly, and run in his back yard. He will be missed. Now, he doesn't have to worry and is chasing squirrels in the sky. AND ... the trust for the on premise vet is gone.

I wouldn't say this is a resort or luxury experience for your dog. We boarded our dog with them for 4 nights and there were 0 updates during his stay (no photos or anything), they would not allow you to put a camera in the kennel which seemed odd. We are not sure what he did while he was there - no visibility into if he would interact with other dogs or how long the walks were. Granted we should have asked more questions but while dropping off the place was very busy so it felt rushed and we expected them to follow up via a call. We picked up our dog at 930-10ish am and he immediately had to go to the bathroom (1&2) so I don't think he was even taken out that morning. This place honestly reminds me of a shelter - they will take care of the necessities but that's it. Review on pool / swimming lessons: We did not do the swimming experience but while we were waiting to drop our dog off another dog was in there and the staff was being very aggressive with that dog and yelling at him.

Love the Red Dog experience, all made possible by the incredible staff. It’s so comforting knowing there’s somewhere I can leave my beloved friend for the work day in a place where he feels secure. We’ve had many 5-star experiences with Red Dog by now!

My puppy had a great time at puppy playcare! I was happy at work knowing that he was getting love, attention, and socialization. I called and asked for some photos and an update and they gave me details about how his day was going and texted some photos. He passed out 3 hours earlier than his usual bedtime, so I know he had a fun day! I only wish they would have some cheaper package deals, as $60/day is not sustainable on my budget- it will have to be a special occasion!

Im so so glad we found Christine, my Luna love her soo much and her new friends. She really is an angel, and took care of my baby so well she was howling and crying cause she didn’t want to leave lol. I recommend her services 100% she even give me a photo of luna ❣️ plus she text me and send me videos all time so i feel safe and confortable, we are definitely coming back to her always. We were VERY thankful we found Christine to care for our dog while we were away. Christine took great care of our dog, sent photos and updates. He had a blast with her dogs and was showered with attention. It was evident from all of our conversations that Christine LOVES dogs and this came through in photos and just how our dog behaved at and after pick-up. When we picked him up he was content and happy, and not at all in a hurry to leave. (Prior to this we always felt terrible leaving him at a kennel, even if he got some playtime he always seemed nervous for a few days after pickup). Our dog looks forward to his next stay with Christine, we called it his dog-vacation since he had so much fun. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about how AMAZING Christine was with my 2 dogs!!!! I have never felt so comfortable leaving my dogs anywhere before!!! Christine is extremely attentive to the dogs and their individual needs. I left my dogs with her for 6 days and recieved frequent updates and pictures, they had SO much fun. They were able to play in the fenced in yard as much as they wanted every day that they were there! And when I came back they just seemed so relaxed and happy in her home!! I don't think they wanted to leave!! This is the only place I will be leaving them from now on!!

Recently had our 10 month old golden stay with Christine, our dog loved it! Christine did a great jobs of keeping us updated and clearly loves does and truly wants her home to be their home while their owners are away. This was the first time that we’ve left our pup Harley with someone other then family, so we were a bit nervous at first. But Christine had us come over a few days before hand to meet her and her two pups and so she could meet Harley. I could tell right away the good care she would take in making sure our dog was happy and healthy while staying with her. She only takes two dogs at a time so our dog got plenty of attention! There’s a fenced in yard for the pups to play in and plenty of toys too. Christine checked in regularly to make us feel at ease and Harley wasn’t in a rush to leave when we picked her up so it was clear she had a good time. We will definitely have Harley stay with Christine again and I would highly recommend her.

Christine is an absolute angel! I just moved here this summer and am super new to the North East. I don't know a soul here besides my coworkers. I had to leave town for several days to tend to an emergency back home. I had no idea what I was going to do with my dog. I found Christine online, and to be honest I was nervous having to find someone here to watch my baby, but she exceeded any and all expectations. Christine has a great personality and you can see the love and passion she has for taking great care of dogs the second you meet her. Her house is nice and cozy, she has a yard that is double gated, and is supervising 24/7. She even slept downstairs in the living room every single night to ensure my dog never felt alone or uncomfortable! I heard from Christine every single day, got updates, pictures, videos, etc. I am so grateful for finding Christine and for the love she has for other's pets. Christine is amazing and I am truly so thankful for her care and hospitality. If I am ever in need of someone to care for my pup, she is the first person I will reach out to without any hesitation! Thank you so much Christine for all that you do! It means more than you know.

We have used Christine to watch our pup twice now (once overnight). She has a well fenced in a yard and two very friendly dogs our puppy got along with great. Christine is a great communicator and was very accommodating. She understood our concerns as pet owners (probably easy being one herself). You should feel very comfortable leaving your dog with her.

Christine took amazing care of our puppy when we went away for the weekend. She is a very kind person and truly loves animals. She kept us updated with pictures of our puppy having a great time throughout. We will definitely be bringing our dog back to her next time we go away. When I picked our dog up I could tell she felt right at home at Christine’s place. Thanks again Christine, Maya can’t wait to see you again.

Christine is so amazing and kind. She really loves the animals and does so much to make the parents feel comfortable. I got pictures and videos through the stay. I have an adolescent 8 month old and she had so much fun. Slept so well once home. Christine even gave us a personalized gift for our first stay which warms my heart. Christine is great! Our dog boarded with her for a week and she got a lot of attention and play time. Christine provided us with updates/pictures every morning and evening which was great. She’s with the dogs 24/7 which really eased our worries about leaving for vacation.

There need to be more people like Christine in this world! This was our first time leaving "Thea" with anyone, and we were nervous wrecks until meeting with Christine. After talking to us over the phone, she invited us to her place so we could see if Thea would be comfortable staying there. Once we arrived, she slowly introduced her dogs to Thea and ensured that Thea was comfortable throughout the whole experience. Christine answered all of our questions and made us feel as if we were family. We agreed to let Christine watch Thea for nine days while we were gone, and we do not regret it. The hospitality and professionalism did not stop there. Christine informed us that we could drop Thea off at any time, and we took her up on that offer. I had a banquet that I had to attend and would not be able to get Thea there until 10 P.M. That was no problem for Christine, and she happily took Thea in at that time. Christine would send us updates, pictures, and videos every day throughout Thea's stay. She answered all of my calls and ensured that Thea and we were comfortable throughout the whole experience. She also allowed us to extend for a day and was happy to keep Thea for an additional day. Christine's place is a must if you are looking for someone to watch your dog for a few days or a few weeks. She never puts your dog in a kennel/cage; she is with them throughout the whole experience, and she goes over every detail with you. Thea did not want to leave when we arrived. Not only did we go home with a happy dog, but Christine added her personal touch by sending us home with a surprise that we now have hanging in our house. We have also booked another week with Christine this summer. We have officially found "A Home Away From Home" for Thea! Thank you again, Christine; you genuinely care about all animals.

Above & Beyond Pet Services is wonderful. I transitioned my King Charles Cavalier to dog walks about 12 months ago from doggie daycare as I realized he preferred the one on one attention. Sophia has been his primary walker for several months now. She is very attentive to Asher and will always mention in her notes if she notices anything out of the ordinary. I met her and she is very kind and caring. I know that Asher is in good hands and that she is able to adjust to his needs each day which differ based on my schedule with him and if we walked the prior night or earlier in the morning. I know that he looks forward to spending time with her whether they walk or play depending on his needs for the day I know she is giving him lots of love and attention. I am so grateful to have this incredible reliable and professional service for my dog who is my family.

Elise and Lillian walked our aging pup under the senior walk program (2x a day). They were both amazing, and Maya loved all of her walkers from A&B, but these two take the cake! I've been using Above & Beyond for years, and they've always done a great job taking care of my two cats. I have them bring in my mail, in addition to putting out food and water, and scooping the litter. I get nervous about leaving my cats for trips, but the daily email updates A&B sends with photos of the cats and the services they're doing really puts my mind at ease. They've always been easy to schedule and communicate with. Would highly recommend.

My dog Henry is 11 years old and I’ve always had a hard time finding people who are trustworthy and reliable for his walks. I’ve tried many of the local doggy daycares and dog walking services and Boston Fetch is by far the best of the best. Henry is thrilled each time he’s picked up for his walk and for a pup with anxiety that’s all I can ask for! It’s amazing to get to see pictures of what he’s been up to and be emailed a map and description of the walk itself. He meets new puppy friends and I don’t worry about him at all. They are reliable, show up when they say they will, and often treat him to a longer outing or a sit in the cool grass when time allows. The app is easy to us and communication feel natural and authentic. So happy Henry has Boston Fetch friends!

I could not be happier with Boston Fetch! They're terrific with my elderly dog. For group walks they've done a great job of matching her with other dogs of similar temperament and energy. Their app is super easy to use and it's really nice to receive photos and reports letting me know how she's doing when they check in on her.

Staff are super friendly and get to know your pup super well!! They have been extremely helpful and flexible and my dogs have been very pleased with their walks. My dog is leash-reactive and needs some special attention, when I started working with BF they assured me they could take her on no problem. I'm continuously impressed with the professionalism, patience, and also the enthusiasm for my dog's visits. They LOVE dogs and do a great job with customizing the experience and making sure your dog is treated with care. I've had them for dog walks and overnight visits and the experience for all has been positive. The best part is my dog seems so happy and tired after they come. The app is great—you get emails at check in and departure, along with notes from each visit and photos.

We love Boston Fetch! I’ve used them as my dog walker since last summer, and my dog has loved all of her walkers. She’s always excited to go out, and they do such a great job of handling my exuberant girl and pair her with dogs she loves. I need to give a special shout out since my dog is currently recovering from surgery. Her walks and interactions needed to be limited. Sophie and the team have done a great job modifying her schedule and handling her exactly as needed. They did such a great job with walks that I trusted them to watch my dog while I went away for the weekend. I have utilized other dog walking companies and doggie daycares in the Boston area and Boston Fetch is the best one I’ve used. They are dog experts.

Really thoughtfully put-together dog walking service! Everyone I've talked to or met has been fabulous, cares about dogs. We needed a bit of help with our young pup even before her vaccines were complete, and Britton & Mallory and the team were happy to come over and play with her in our yard. Soon she'll be ready to go out on private walks a couple days a week, and before long for group walks, which will be great for her socialization too. Boston Fetch has been a great partner in helping us know we can take care of our pup even if work or life means we can't be there all the time. And they're partners in helping her socialize with more people and pups in a well-controlled way!
