I know she took great care of Judge by the way they interacted on my return. I appreciate that she asked questions and stayed curious about Judges curious and quirky personality, it shows she pays attention and cares.
I was so happy with Kim. She was great with the dogs and cats and pampered them. The house was sparkling when we arrived back home. She was very responsive to requests. She sent cute photos too. I would be happy to have her back to House sit. Definitely a five star pet sitter.
There are almost no words to describe how wonderful Kim and John are. From our first communications to our checking in with each other throughout the stay, and then making sure everyone got home safe and sound – Kim was a joy to partner with. When we were first meeting, she was completely responsive and timely. She allowed me to inundate her with what I was afraid was too much information but made me feel that all information about Coco and the house was important. Once they arrived, Kim kept me updated on everything. She let me know how Coco was warming up to them quickly, and I loved the photos and videos she sent. It was very clear that Kim “got” Coco, and they seemed to know how to communicate! With daily updates, I was worry-free. Such a blessing for Chris and I to be away and know Coco was in good hands. With the pictures she sent, I really felt like Coco didn’t miss a beat in her daily schedules and routines. Kim was excellent with administering the meds per my instructions and took care of making the appointments and getting Coco to the vet for her fluids. The real testimony was how Coco was when I returned. She was very calm and relaxed, and I think maybe even missed Kim a bit. The icing on the cake was a supper plate of a delicious meal waiting for me after my long day of travel, prepared by Kim. Upon my return, the house was in perfect shape – linens washed, beds made and everything looking better than when I left! I highly recommend Kim and John. I would invite them back in a heartbeat!
