We loved the peace and quiet of a country setting, not too far from the picturesque village of Milnathort, and the comfort of Linda and Paul's beautifully restored Steading. Jasmine, a doe eyed, gorgeous English Springer Spaniel is absolutely adorable however we missed the joy of seeing her run and leap around in her natural environment as she was recovering from an earlier mishap. So, we were happy to stay quietly with her and soak up her affection, and she gave us time to do some country walks. Phylis, as with most cats, was her independent self, seeking attention as she desired. Also a very pretty and loveable lady, so easy to enjoy her company. Overall, a delightful stay.
Wow! What an awesome sit! When we first arrived Spencer and Susan was so welcoming along with the sweetness of their pets Jake and Puggins. They took their time to show us around their beautiful home along with explaining all their needs for their fur babies. The home was spotless and they made sure we knew that this is the dogs home and they just live there. haha After a great tour and instructions at home they were then so gracious to show us around the villages and answer all the questions that we had regarding a possible move to that area. They were so informative and familiar of the area which was amazing and very helpful. In the evening they took us out to a wonderful dinner at a very nice country club. The meal and company was wonderful. They were so gracious to us, even letting us use their golf cart so we could get more familiar with the area. This sit was such a joy for us. With Jake and Puggins on their best behavior how could we not fall in love with their sweet faces and easy going personalities. They loved to have belly rubs and it didn't take long to win us over. Such two of the sweetest babies. We miss you! We would definitely recommend this pet sit to everyone. It was an amazing sit and a lot of fun! Thank you Susan and Spencer.
I spent only a short time at Lynda's house with Roxi and Matilda. Roxi is really sweet and very affectionate. Matilda does her own thing ... sometimes keen on pats ... at other times, she couldn't care less. Great location … lovely grounds/pool … fast internet. Although I stayed home most of the time, a trip to the Glass House Mountains should be incorporated into your stay, if possible.
What an amazing time we had looking after Coco and Moflete during our 3 week stay at Silvana’s and Agustin’s place in Valencia!! Coco and Moflete are incredibly sweet, adorable and funny. 😊 It was very easy taking care of them and they too made us feel right at home, giving cuddles and joining us in the sofa and off course during dinners 😉 We mis them already ! The communication from Silvana and Agustin was just spot on. They made a whatsapp group where we stayed in touch with each other and sent pictures and videos on a daily basis. They made sure we felt right at home in their apartment. We were allowed to use anything in the apartment and were given towels, bedlinnen etc. They frequently checked in if everything was ok and if we missed something or they could improve something. But everything was perfect. The apartment is very wel located just a brisk 1km walk to the outskirts of the old town. There are supermarkets and places to eat closeby, several gyms and metro stops to take you all around Valencia. And if you are a remote worker, they have a seperate office room with 2 big computer screens 😊 We could not have asked for a better stay, at a better place with better hosts and sweeter cats ! We can highly recommend people to sit for Coco and Moflete and would not hesitate a second to go again if we ever get the chance to do so. Amazing experience. Funny little dog and easy going kitties. Fiona and Doug were very friendly, house was so comfortable , and their daughters explained in great detail how to feed the pets 😊 Their welcome guide explains absolutely everything. Would highly recommend.
I had the most divine stay at Christin's beautiful home. Sugar is an older cat, with very minimal care required, he's happy lounging around with the occasional head scratch. Bianca is absolute ball of energy. She's the cutest sweetest girl and I thoroughly enjoyed our time together. Christin is very lovely and easy to contact, I had the best time. Look forward to the next time :)
