Nick
Nick was a very kind, understanding and helpful host and was excellent with communication. Harry was charming company, a very well behaved dog, he made no fuss at all. We had a comfortable and peaceful stay in this lovely cottage.

What’s not to love about this house sit! Gail and Michel are the kindest, most fascinating and friendly people we have had the pleasure to meet. Communication was excellent prior to our house sit and throughout their month away. We loved having the opportunity to meet them a couple months prior to the house sit and fall in love with Guga and enjoy getting to know them. This incredibly handsome and sweet dog was a wonderful companion, is popular with humans and dogs a like everywhere we went. We enjoyed taking him on outings to the beach, to local parks and Bluffton. The amenities we had access to, paved trails and The Bluff for long walks with Guga each day, a gym and pools just sweetened an already incredible opportunity. The sunsets over the marina from their balcony are not to be missed! We also very much appreciated Gail’s kindness in clearing cupboard, pantry and fridge shelves for our cooking supplies. We would be honored to house sit for them again anytime.

Alejandro and Cristina's flat is warm and cosy. Conan and Xena are adorable. Sometimes you will see them prancing around the house, others you will struggle to figure out where they are hiding. They are fun and it was great to play with them.
It was a wonderful experience. Thank you very much guys.

Raphaelle
Our stay in Mont Dauphin was truly magical. When you enter the gate of the town it almost seems too good to be true, and that is just the beginning…

After you find out that you are staying in ‘Pavillon de Officiers’ (a beautiful piece of historie surrounded by prestige mountains) you learn that you will look after the two sweetest pets as well.

🐶 Modjo loves to go out with you. He is the king of ‘sniffing things’ and makes sure you keep up with his pace. We always took him out multiple times a day, sometimes for a walk, sometimes for a run. He seemed to really love it, the more he is out the happier he is.

🐰 Germain is a soft ‘bundle of bunny-joy’ who nibbles, nibbles some more and loves to get his ears massaged. We gave him all our leftover-greens on a daily basis and he always made sure it disappeared.

Taking care of these two is easy, we enjoyed it very much and you get a lot of love back in return.

👱🏻‍♀️ Raphaelle is a wonderful host. She is a busy professional who runs the ‘Pavillon de Officiers-hotel’ on a daily basis. She knows what hospitality means and can tell you a lot about the area as well. She makes sure you are comfortable and shows you everything you need to know before she leaves.

After our original sit we stayed for another full week. Raphaelle helped us ‘closing the gap’ in our schedule and we made sure that we continued looking after the animals during our extended stay. A deal made in heaven! 😉

We are very grateful for her flexibility and hospitality.

We hope to meet again Raphaelle!
Please give Germain and Modjo a big hug from us

Greetings,

James
James has a wonderful home in a prime location in Seattle. Having lived in Seattle for 5 years in the past, I'm familiar with Phinney Ridge and Green Lake, so I'm very comfortable saying that for transportation, on foot, by car or public, you couldn't find a better spot to be located. A walk around Green Lake is just minutes away, with restaurants, cafes, bars, and groceries all nearby. The home itself has a beautiful back yard where we had a pleasant time taking in the sun and sometimes light drizzle. The bedroom and living room and entire house were comfortable with all that one would expect for a convenient and enjoyable stay. Jim's two cats, Billy and Betsy have such wonderful personalities. They are both independent and lovable, and very easy to care for given the cat doors and Jim's detailed instructions on very straightforward and easy feeding for these two cute companions. We miss them. Jim also left notes explaining everything in his home, with recommendations on places to go for entertainment. Highly recommended, I would certainly sit for James, Billy and Betsy again. Thanks, Jim!
