Helen
We had a wonderful time house sitting for Lexi, Nala, Toffee and the chickens. Helen was so kind, put Christmas decorations up everywhere and a gorgeous Christmas tree.
Helen even left Christmas presents for the kids and myself and my husband. So generous.

We took the dogs out for a walk every day. Nala is good on or off the lead, Lexi stays on the lead and can be barky at other passing dogs but apart from that both dogs are very sweet natured.

Lexi sleeps a lot during the day and loves company of an evening, Nala loves food! And is ever optimistic that you'll accidentally drop a titbit whilst cooking. Toffee is very easy to look after, as are the chickens.

Helen and Tigers' house is full of character, beautiful, homely and full of love.
If you are lucky enough to to house sit for Helen and family you'll love every minute. A beautiful home in fantastic countryside and loving pets.

Linda
Linda is honestly one of the kindest people we’ve ever met. Coincidentally, Linda is the word for “kind” in spanish and this couldn’t be more true. She makes you feel very welcomed to her house. When we arrived she offered us a cup of tea and breakfast and gave us a tour around the house. Her home is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by nature and every now and then you can see cows on the fields!!

Chai, Molly and Milly are angels. They all have a great dynamic between the three of them. They’re super sweet, calm and loving. We really enjoyed spending time with them. We absolutely recommend this stay, you’ll have a great time in the countryside.

Lizzie
I met with Lizzie and Anthony at their home a week or so before the sit. They are only 20 minutes from my home. They and their dogs, Tilly and Roo, were all very nice! Their home was beautiful located on Lake Norman. My sit was only for one night. It was quite enjoyable. It was 76 degrees and Tilly, Roo and I had an enjoyable time out in the back yard soaking up the sun and playing ball.

I’m excited for my next sit at the end of the month for a longer stay with my new buddies!

Deb
Deb and Tim are such generous and friendly hosts. They had me stay with them the night before they left on holiday and provided a lovely home-cooked dinner and an evening of lively conversation. This gave me the opportunity to be thoroughly introduced to the management of their home and the routine of their two young dogs. Their beautifully appointed home is very comfortable and it was an absolute delight to spend a few days relaxing in it while caring for Tully and Clancy.

It certainly didn’t take long to fall in love with their two puppies. They are both very affectionate and loved nothing more than cuddles and tummy rubs while sprawled across my lap when I sat on the couch with them.

They have a large garden in which to play and a sizeable undercover outdoor area where they can relax when not inside.

For such young dogs they are surprisingly responsive to commands, especially when rewarded with treats for their good behaviour. They have a beautiful bond with each other and are the closest of companions. When not intertwined while asleep, they spend much of their time playing together as best buddies do. Ever so cute!

One year old Tully is very well behaved and seems to tutor four month old Clancy in the ways of the world. He follows her everywhere and copies everything she does. They even snuggle closely side by side when out on their daily walks. They really are adorable together.

Nearby are Koroit, Port Fairy and Warrnambool which are all great historic towns to visit. And then, if you want to see native wildlife and take some hikes, there is the nearby volcanic crater Tower Hill to explore. Being near the coast there are also plenty of different beaches to visit. After a day of heavy rain, I also ventured out to view the picturesque Hopkins Falls while they had a wide expanse of water pouring over them.

I would recommend this housesit to anyone lucky enough to be chosen to care for Tully and Clancy. They are delightful characters and good company and Deb and Tim are perfect hosts.
