We looked after the home and pets of Dale and Rob over the new year period and loved it. Their home was the perfect place to get away from the city with a quiet meandering country road leading to the countryside. We cared for Ella and Tommy, their lovely cats who enjoy company and are also independent. In the morning and evening there were ducks and chickens to feed and let out and return to their hutches. We spent days walking about Sanna beach and the lighthouse, beautiful in the brisk moody weather which was perfect for photos! We visited Tobermory on the ferry, ate at the wonderful cafe there and sampled whisky at the distillery. When settling for the evening we all (my husband and two children) relaxed by the fire watching movies. I would highly recommend house-sitting in the lovely Kilchoan. I had a lovely stay in bath, it has a perfect combination of city and country life. Susan was very accomodating and her house was lovely, modern and clean. The dogs Joey and Lilie were amusing in their own ways, loving and very well behaved on walks. I explored Primrose Woods by foot, which had many different paths to wonder through. I will be happy to sit for Susan again.
It was an absolute treat having the privilege to care for Mara and Kato while their parents were away. This was the first time they had a sitter care for them in their home. Mara is a love bug that loves physical touch and brushing. Once you earn her trust, she looks directly into your eyes with such love. Kato warms up in her own time. Once we bonded, she allowed me to comb her and woke me up with sweet little kisses. Mara is an athletic and clever girl who loves walking off lead and playing fetch in the park. One day, we walked almost 10 miles, and she could have easily done another 10. On a few occasions, Kato tried to join us on our walk. The home was spotless, well designed, and perfectly situated in this cute town within walking distance to everything, grocery, markets and restaurants. There are plenty of nature paths and waterways to walk in peace. Mark and Nathalie were an absolute pleasure spending time with. They kindly picked me up from the train station and dropped me off at my next sit, helping with my luggage at every point. I enjoyed our deep conversations over meals and the walk to the local farm for fresh cheese and sweets. They were super responsive to my chats and loved my video updates. They made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I would love the opportunity to sit for them in the future and highly recommend!
We really enjoyed our time with Otto. He's got a lot of character, and he made us laugh regularly with his facial expressions and his big dramatic sighs! He is extremely well behaved on walks. He is responsive on the lead, and very calm around people and other dogs. His hunting dog instincts are entertaining. He constantly sniffs out animals in the reserves and points to them, then moves on after he's shown you what a great hunter he is. He got very excited when one/both of us returned to the house, even after the shortest absence. We found we could calm him pretty quickly when he got excited: nothing like a long belly rub to take his mind off the excitement. We would recommend sitters have experience with big dogs to look after Otto. Ellen and Steven live in a lovely location, with lots of variety for walks with Otto. The shops, cafes and restaurants are very close by. Ellen and Steven's place is clean and comfortable.
We spent 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year in Barbarroja with Sally and Molly! To take care of them was a privilege! They are beautiful, big, intelligent, strong and have a very sweet soul! Jane and Nigel contacted us a few months prior and we could already feel their warmth and positive personality, even on video. We immediately accepted the offer. When we arrived on December 20th, Jane welcomed us with open arms and gave us detailed instructions on how to manage their solar panel home and take care of the girls, before she left for the UK, where Nigel already was. The location is beautiful and with such an interesting landscape! We loved the rural aspect and the many gorgeous trails up the hills in front of the house. We probably would have not discovered this part of Spain, if it wasn't for this sit. Also, we loved the sunsets views from several beautiful terraces around the home. We spent a lot of time outside on each one of the terraces and had a beautiful cozy Christmas Eve dinner. We were blessed to have gorgeous sunny weather around 20 degree Celcius during the day, all along! We also have wonderful memories of going on walks with Sally and Molly and lounging by the fireplace in the evening, rubbing their bellies. Sally was very friendly since the beginning and Molly as well, but perhaps a bit more wild, liking to chase bunnies, birds and anything moving in the bushes. Jane told us it would be tough to bring them on walks, as they are very strong dogs but Patrice managed to lead them well. They liked the exercise. We went hiking with them two or three times within the two weeks. They rested well for the night after hiking up the hills :) Truly, you have to be careful and go where there are no tractors, cars and keep me on the trail at all times or just remain home. We miss them and treasure the adventure and memories we made! Thank you again Jane and Nigel for allowing us to take care of Sally a& Molly and experience your beautiful home!
We had an amazing time staying at Bailey and Kyle’s house. Valentine is such a sweet and easy dog, and we loved cuddling with her on the couch and playing with her. The house was comfortable with all the amenities you need for a short or long term stay, and a great location for dog walks with a small park and the canal so close by. Do keep in mind you would probably need a car for this location. We highly recommend this sit and would love to be back if we’re ever in Phoenix!

I have nothing but incredible things to write about Petite Pup! All of girls there are SO lovely, you can tell they genuinely care for your baby and are passionate about what they do. Kathleen the owner is also personable and involved with the dogs as well. They have all been so understanding/accommodating to my dog Bentleys specific needs and worked with him through his anxiety. He always comes home happy and loves going there so play with his little friends. I’m so glad I have found Petite Pup. I could not be happier with the customer service and care that Bentley receives there! If you have a small dog who loves to play don’t hesitant to bring them here! It’s so amazing that it is strictly for small dogs with a weight/size limit for the littles who don’t like big dogs running around!! Amazing business!!

Petite Pups is basically a slice of heaven for my dog, Elsa. ;-) Elsa has struggled in other doggie day cares because the dogs were too big, aggressive or stressful....even though she was in the "small dog rooms!" Kathleen has created such a loving environment for smaller dogs to feel safe and be themselves. At all times there are a few staff members loving up the dogs. The staff goes out of their way to send photos/updates of the pups and their play friends. There is kindness all around...in the pups as well as the staff. At Petite Pups the dogs are part of a family. Nothing else has compared to our experience at PP.......ANYWHERE. Thank you, Kathleen! THE BEST.
I wish I could give Petite Pup 10 stars. Griffin starts whimpering in the mornings as we drive up - because he's so excited to go play with his pup-buddies. The ladies of Petite Pup are kind, compassionate, and playful with all the dogs. It's such a clean, positive, safe, and happy place. I'm so grateful I discovered it!!
Truly not enough good things to say about this place. My puppy Pretzel has been coming here for almost a year now since around the time she finished her vaccines and neuter surgery, and I think she’d rather live here with the girls than with me at this point. Never comes home smelling bad, all the pictures I receive show me how much fun she’s having and how well she’s being taken care of, and there’s great communication between us clients and the owner (Kathleen) & staff. Often I’ll drop Pretzel off before 8am and pick her up around 5:30pm and she’s always completely wiped from having fun all day long. The staff handles her dinner great as well, and they even do holiday photo-shoots! So thankful for this safe space for the little ones, as it’s been great for both her own socialization and providing me with a place I don’t have to worry about her safety/boredom/separation anxiety all day (especially on these hot summer days). Could not recommend this place for small dogs more!
Our small dog has been attending daycare at Petite Pup for nearly 2 years. This is by far the most unique, caring, fun and immaculate place we have ever seen. The owner, Kathleen, thinks of EVERYTHING! We love this place and Kathleen too. 💝. She chooses her employees carefully, and is protective of all her staff and small dogs. Finding this place gave me back hours of each day I had lost for awhile! I inherited Cookie from my mother. During the pandemic, she wasn't afforded much chance to socialize and had been dependent on uninterrupted human contact. Prior to COVID, Mom had been retired and was able to accommodate the dog with friends and family. I run a small business and, upon taking Cookie, needed coverage for when my duties took me away from the house. After checking out several other daycare services, it became clear to me that the only place Cookie would be safe and comfortable is Petite Pup. The owner made the onboarding process a breeze and my very finnicky dog was at ease within a couple of visits. In fact, Cookie gets nervous on car rides but, upon arrival at Petite Pup, her shaking and heavy breathing turns into a squirmy butt, wagging tail, and a lurch at me when I unbuckle her harness. It makes it so much easier to drop her off knowing that she wants to be there. I am told Cookie observes more than she interacts. However, she has developed friendships with other little cuties and gets spoiled with the attention from the staff. If your heart doesn't melt watching the dog care professionals interact with your little one, let me come at this from a different angle: Petite Pup's operations are based in logic; the physical set-up, daily operations, and regular training for the employees are indicative of a complete thought process. From the pottying system to client engagement to the enrichment activities they offer the dogs, reason has been successfully applied. Final Thought: If I didn't have a dog to bring, I would miss the staff. They are personable, attentive, responsible, and one can tell they truly care.

Our Australian shepherd absolutely loves when we go away on trips because she then gets to visit her favorite friends. Robin gives our dog lots of attention and gives her the best time of her life. Super kind, and loves dogs. Lots of space so the dogs can run. Dogs react to each other in a good way. Makes our dog have special memories. We love getting pictures of our pup having fun while we are away. We always notice that our pup has improved in her manners as a result. Our dog is really best friends with her dogs, especially her Australian shepherd dog ( Freddie ) super sweet dogs.

Cloud 9 Pet sitting ROCKS! We use to kennel our dogs, however each time they would come home from the kennel they were exhausted and stressed. We used Angela's company Cloud 9 Pet Sitting, and it was awesome. She and her staff are very professional, and they make it great for the dogs. Our dogs were so happy after our trip, that we will never use a kennel again. We also loved the fact that with the service Cloud 9 offers, they will keep an eye on the house. The biggest difference is that Angela's company looks after the dogs like they are her own. The dogs were so happy, and rested after our trip. You will not go wrong with Cloud 9 Pet sitting.

Very reliable, did GREAT with my pets! They also responded on short notice due to a last-minute cancellation I had, and were very accommodating. They were very thorough in gathering the pet care information, and of course, LOVED my pets! Plus they do exotics, and were able to feed and take care of my leopard geckos while I was out. Highly recommend!
I've been using Animals Kingdom Pet Sitting service for over 15 years and have to say they are the best. Friends and neighbors couldn't do a better, more professional job. They do a great job because they truly love animals. And to top it off, the house is always cleaner when I get home than when I left!! And I've also used Andy's handyman services too. He's a true professional with reasonable prices. He has done drywall repair, hardwood floor installation, painting, screen door installation and many more.

The family were going on vacation and had to find a boarder for my mom & dad's dog. I searched and found Grandma's Dog House we meet up with Marcene at her house before our trip and right away I knew Clementine would be fine while we were gone. Marcene treats your dog like their part of her family. She has a great backyard and your dog is not locked up in a kennel like the other places. I would highly recommend her if you need a dog sitter. Our 12 yr old poodle mix Penelope does not do well at boarding. She climbs fences and ends up cutting her nose or paws. I’m so thankful we found Grandmas House! We get daily picture updates, location to Sky Harbor makes it convenient for drop off pick ups and I can relax knowing Penelope is being cared for. Grandmas House has even cared for our 2 Guinea pigs.
A home setting where my pups wander around as they wish - no crates (I suppose if you really wanted one Marcene would use it). My dogs love going there and I trust they get attention and love. I have peace of mind when I need to be out of town.

My Great Dane has come here for both daycare and boarding and she always has a great experience. The staff is so friendly and you can tell they really care for the animals. There is so much for the dogs to do especially in this heat, it’s like a summer camp for dogs! I love having a place for my dog that I know she is safe and thriving. I would give a 10/5 if I could! Bonus: They have cameras set up so you can check in on your dog. This is a picture they sent me of her while she was being boarded on her bday 😭
Just brought my dog here for the first time, they did a really good job on introducing my dog to the other dogs there and i loved how they sent me pictures of my dog playing as well! highly recommend
I have never been so sad to post a review. My pups have been going to day care several times a month for the last several months and we’ve been very pleased. We decided to board them for a quick getaway. Unfortunately, we are grossly disappointed. In four days both of our dogs came home noticeably thinner and smelled horrible. My older dog was so distraught he ate his paws raw. Received absolutely no communication good or bad. Rarely saw them on webcams. Staff have always been great which is why this is so hard to post.
Our puppy Roo has had a wonderful experience between her time boarding there and her full days of day care! She’s always so excited to be there and the lovely front desk staff greets her by name every morning. I also LOVE being able to watch her run around, “surf”, and play in the water via their 24/7 webcams. Highly recommend!!
I recently took my 1 year old Labrador River to Always Unleashed and it was amazing! It was clean, the staff was professional and River had a great visit. He came home worn out and slept like a baby all night long! We will definitely be going back!
Alpha (my Corgi) always does well at Always Unleashed and he's just as excited when I drop him off as he is when I pick him up. Alpha is a sucker for attention and the staff always give him lots of love, which is why we keep coming back to this terrific facility whenever I go on vacation.
I send my dog Zola there a few times a week and she loves it!! All the staff here are always so friendly + love the pool and webcams perk! Would 1000% recommend to anyone in the scottsdale area needing a place for doggy daycare!
I would highly recommend Always Unleashed as a place to board my dog! The owner and staff are exceptional with their communication and follow up. It was important that my dog was not in a kennel 24/7 and had the freedom to play or just chill. Having the live webcam 24/7 was also great. The groomer was also exceptional! Finally someone that really did a great job on my collie. This is the only place I will board my dog and it’s an hour drive away—but so worth the peace of mind! Highly recommend!!
What a great facility for your dog. Our one year old boxer " Ellie Mae" was at the facility for three weeks. It was great to watch her on their web cam throughout the day and night. It was a sense of peace for us. Mike ( the trainer ) did a terrific job training our little girl into a calmer more confident dog. He updated us with videos and photos on her progress daily. AMAZING JOB! I cant thank Mike enough training us too. I felt safe and secure leaving our puppy for the first time away from home. "Always Unleached""offered us peace of mind.. I think peace of mind is everything-Thank you to all the referees and other staff keeping my little girl safe and happy during her stay. She had a wonderful time playing with the other dogs.. I know Ellie Mae missed the facility and the staff when we took her home. To all those of you considering this facility.. have peace of mind they will take care of your loved one and treat her like their own.
You can have peace of mind during your busy day while these guys are taking care of your dog friend. They have two sections: the tiny ones and other for the big ones, according with age or breed. They are methodical on routines and care. A Pool and open space is awesome for those energetic buddies. Edit: July 2024. Unfortunately they just let the good standards fell down. I’m not share the details since it is not about the business itself. But if customers have access to cameras and see what’s going on, owners should have access too. So they easily can review the monitors and see how some employees are destroying a good reputation.
Paw Commons is THE BEST. I wish I could rate them 10 stars! I consider myself a helicopter paw-rent and never have to think twice about leaving my dobie with them. The staff is very attentive and continues to amaze me with how they care for my furbaby. We are greeted with smiles each time we show up for doggy daycare. Hands down the best around. Paw commons pet resort is wonderful! We have used them for training, daycare, boarding and grooming and could not be happier. Staff truly loves animals and I know my pets are in good hands. Paw commons is 10/10 for daycare, training, and grooming! My dog has gone there since she was a puppy - she absolutely loves it. The team is so friendly and great with dogs! I also did 1:1 training sessions, which I would highly recommend and have my dog groomed there. I don’t have any negative things to say about this place, they are overall so great and I truly trust them with my pup!
I have a 14 yr old Shih-Tzu who is difficult for any groomer. Erica is phenomenal at not only grooming her beautifully but also so sweet to her. Highly recommend!!
I’ve taken my dog here for daycare, grooming, baths, and overnight lodging over the past five years. My dog has never come home scared or nervous. She has a great time and the staff is wonderful to her. I trust them so much I still drive up from chandler to take her for grooming and lodging. Highly recommend.
My boy is SO happy!!! The staff were incredibly friendly and interested in my dog and making sure he enjoyed his day- I’m completely comfortable leaving him there to play all day… very clean and lots of activities to keep the dogs entertained!
Service is excellent. Other service companies could learn from Paw Commons. Groomer came in early to fit Roxie in. Person booking appointment took the initiative to call our vet for rabies update, as I was driving. Will not take Roxie anywhere else.
We’ve been taking our pup Lute here for several months and it’s her favorite place in the world. Everyone treats her like their own and you can tell each employee truly enjoys spending them with the doggos. Happy to have found a home away from home for our girl

Alert. Do NOT use them whatsoever. My pet was injured, abandoned and who knows what else! I was away for work and they managed to "lose" my pet and treat us in a nasty, vitriol, horrific way, without reasoning. We never got our family pet back and we will use everything in our power to make sure they are no longer running this sheisty place. They are horrible people that will be reported to the State and every organization possible as we pursue major legal action against them.

I had been taking my dog here a couple of years and took comfort in the fact that staff truly seemed to care. However today I brought my dog in for boarding I set up over a week ago and they waited until I dropped her off to tell me they were missing one more vaccine. I had already emailed a vaccine to them and asked if they needed anything else but got no response. I was never called. When I told the manager they should have called me, she responded by asking if the vet called me. They never answer the phone anymore. I’ll have to find another place.
The Staff is very friendly. It is competitively priced. They genuinely know and care for the dogs. My dog loves going in every morning and is always sad to leave.
This place is great! I couldn't be happier with the attention and care they provide for my two furbabies. You can clearly tell that the entire staff are extremely passionate and will love on your doggos as if they were their own. The staff at CBW-North Scottsdale are passionate about what they do. They go above and beyond to make sure you know they care about your pet. While every owner thinks their dog is the greatest, it makes you feel your dog is in the best possible hands when you drop them off. I could not ask for a better experience and that is why we're loyal customers. It doesn't hurt that he comes home exhausted and happy from playing all day!
