This has to have been one of the best sits ever! It was in a nice residential area, conveniently located. The most important thing was that Jeff and Kim had everything just so and I had no problems. Clean as a whistle too. And I got to relax, read and enjoy the back yard and barbecue. He was so helpful when I had a question. And Lucky was such a cute kitty, and playful once he got to know me.
What a gem of a sit this was! Jo and Tim are just the loveliest people, so kind, welcoming and generous. We were made to feel very comfortable in their charming home and enjoyed a delicious meal together when we stayed the night before the sit officially started. Jo was an excellent communicator, both before, during and after the sit and we felt that we really got to know her Honey absolutely lives up to her name! She literally is just the sweetest, most affectionate and entertaining little girl. We had Burmese ourselves many years ago and Honey reminded us of why we so loved the breed! She was so easy to care for, warming to us very quickly and we soon learned how she likes to be petted ( firm stroking of the top of her head and ears was well received) It was such a pleasure to have this lovely little puss cat snuggle up in bed with us, purring madly away ( although she didn’t ever disturb our sleep) Honey is an indoor/outdoor cat and although she has a litter tray, never used it, so our tasks were all enjoyable ones, simply feeding, petting and playing with Honey! Jo and Tim’s home is just lovely, tastefully decorated, very clean and easy to care for. It was pleasure to spend time in and had everything we needed, including a very comfortable bed with a top sheet ( we are Australians and appreciate one) as well as feather pillows, just blissful! Emsworth is a charming little village and Jo and Tim’s home is very conveniently located near to shops, restaurants, green space ( nature reserve) and the harbour We enjoyed exploring the local area and visiting Portsmouth using the Park and Ride ( thanks for the tip, Jo) A fabulous sit which we would happily do again, highly recommended Thanks so much for choosing us! Best regards Graeme and Lennai
Had a great time caring for Leo! He’s super sweet and so easy to care for. The house was so comfy and had everything I needed! And only 20-30 mins away from Ski resorts. Would definitely sit Leo again
Absolutely loved our stay in Hove! Sara and Andy were so accommodating and kind, giving us great local recommendations and showing us around their beautiful house. They stayed in touch throughout our stay and were on hand if we needed anything. The house is incredibly well located with only a 10/15 minute walk to the beach and train station, and Brighton centre a short bus hop away. Nala is such a gorgeous, lovely dog. Although being a big dog, she is an absolute softie and loves nothing more than cuddles on the sofa. She walks really well, can be let off the lead in a nearby park and loves the beach. Would recommend her as a working from home office buddy too! I’d absolutely recommend this sit to anybody, and really hope we can come back again one day!
Sitting for Pirate was a real treat. He's very friendly and loves attention. Melisa and Mark are welcoming and super easy to communicate with. The condo is 5-star in a walkable location with lovely MTN views to the West.
