Kolleen is fabulous. We have a small army of pets, both inside and out, and with medicine requirements for half of them. Her care was exceptional. The house was in great condition when we returned and all the animals were happy and relaxed. We had one FaceTime call prior to her arrival to meet each other and to introduce the pets and house. From that moment, I had no doubt the animals and our home would be in great hands. I highly recommend Kolleen. She is kind, organized and was fantastic with our pets.

Jude was excellent with the furry kids. He even took the dog for extended hikes, which I'm sure they both enjoyed! This is something I don't generally get a chance to do with Cody. He even went above and beyond with preparing and hosting our Airbnb in our absence. He also had an additional challenge in that our refrigerator was having issues, so he had to juggle food from one to another, which he handled very well! Thanks Jude for your taking care of our furry kids and our home!

My husband and I are so grateful to have met Cristina and to have had her take care of our girls while we were away. From the initial FaceTime call, I could tell Cristina was an animal lover with a very sweet and caring disposition, and I was not wrong at all! Our girls (a cat and a dog) loved her right away! Cristina made sure to send us daily photos and updates and we were able to enjoy our vacation knowing that the girls were in great hands :) Cristina was a very tidy and clean houseguest and left the house spotless. We would definitely welcome an opportunity to have her stay in our home and with our girls again! I know the girls missed her the minute she said goodbye!

Jo-Anna could not have been more welcoming. The communication was super easy and the chalet was as expected, beautiful place with a nice view on the Mont Blanc. We had our own ensuite bedroom where we could make ourselves comfortable. We arrived the day before and Jo cooked us a lovely meal. She was extremely easy-going, accommodating and made us feel at home. Scrummage is more than adorable. It was a great pleasure to look after him. He was not just the dog we were dedicated to take care of, but our buddy for the week. We had a great time in Les Gets and would recommend the stay to anyone!

I had a lovely time looking after Millie, she’s such a gentle affectionate cat! The flat was wonderful to stay in, extremely clean and tidy and in a great location near shops, cafes and parks. Communication with Megan was great, she left me very clear instructions and made me feel very welcome in their home. I had a lovely weekend with Millie and would love to sit again in the future :)

Mary is a great communicator and left detailed notes on caring for Elsie and Mikey, as well as her comfortable home which is close to shops and transportation links. 
Elsie and Mikey soon overcame their shyness and came over to sit on my lap. Rattling the treats jar quickly brought them in from sojourns outdoors.
I greatly appreciated Mary giving me a ride to the Skytrain station and her swift replies to any questions I had.

We had a fantastic experience caring for Laurel & Alex’s kitty, pup & home in Tucson, AZ. It was great meeting them & baby Lily the morning of their trip. They were all very friendly & welcoming. They showed us around the house & told us about Sparkle & Alfred’s routines. 

Their home is lovely with a large yard & beautiful pool. The community is quiet & peaceful. We enjoyed our walks with Alfred in the neighborhood. The Wi-Fi & streaming were great, the beds were comfy & the kitchen has everything you need. The home is very close to U of A & the area has tons of things to do-hiking, dining, shopping, museums, cultural stuff, etc.

Now let’s talk about the pets! Alfred is a young pup-friendly, loving, goofy & fun. He is very well trained & behaved-and handsome! He loves playing & running around the yard. Sparkle is sweet & beautiful. She was a little shy at 1st, but by the end of the 1st day she was venturing closer & letting us pet her. By the end of our stay she was rolling over, playing with us & sleeping with our daughter. They’re both good eaters & get along on Sparkle’s terms. It was great getting to know & love them & we were sad to leave.
