We were so happy to have Carol and Ron come and stay to look after Maxwell while we went on holiday for a month. They arrived as housesitters and left like family. We knew when we arrived home that Maxwell had been totally spoiled by them, he really wasn't that interested in seeing us. Carol kept us regularly updated on Maxwell via photos and chat on whatsapp which was great to receive, and when we were due home messaged us to check that we had arrived at the airport etc. Once home Ron cooked us the most wonderful dinner....so nice not to have to come home and cook, and we sat over dinner and a glass of wine and had a thorough catch up on what we had all enjoyed about our holiday and their housesitting holiday. A perfect end to the month for us all.
We would be more than happy for Carol and Ron to come and housesit again, or just come for a holiday with us and highly recommend them to anyone looking for peace of mind and new friends.

If you have ever wanted to run a bed & breakfast, this is your chance! Bill has a wonderful home complete with a lovely B&B so you have the chance to experience this first hand. We met great people, had a fantastic time with Wally and Oscar, who are full of personality, had the honor to serve Smudge and see the incredible sights of Carcassonne. Who could ask for more!
We would highly recommend this sit:)

Dale
We have had such a fantastic time staying in ‘Old Beams’ and looking after Basil!

After a warm welcome from Dale & Denise we had a run through their beautifully immaculate home. Details were left for everything needed including a who’s who of all the neighbours and their dogs ( I think we met everyone!)

The home, village and surrounding areas are fantastic, we felt very welcome and enjoyed our month immensely.

The main star is Basil though, we fell in love with his gentle, loving, quirky soul and he has definitely become one of our favourites! He enjoyed trips out & loved meeting people and dogs too.

We are already missing his morning cuddles and would love to come back again.

Brooke
We really enjoyed our short housesit for Brooke Her two adorableKing Charles Spaniels Daisy and Dexter were super cute. Brooke was very organised and gave clear instructions about care, feeding and the personalities of Daisy and Dexter. Her apartment was really lovely and in a great location and she was really easy going. We’d love to sit for her again anytime.

What an amazing couple of cats! And, a homey, quiet and well furnished home to boot! Wendy went over and above to make us feel at home, and Jerry and Mason were the best of company! We hope we get to sit here next time we go to Pasadena!

Sarah
Sarah’s bright spacious house is located in an extremely pleasant residential area. It is also extremely convenient for Sevenoaks BR station (a pleasant walk).
Archie and Maisie are very low maintenance and Sarah being an experienced host is relaxed and very friendly.
A great sit in a great area.

Deborah
Dillon is an absolute joy to be around. Sweet, open, friendly -- I fell in love with him from the start! Debbie is very similar! Kind & generous of heart & easy to talk to. Debbie's home is colorful, comfortable, full of sacred books, objects, statues -- I felt as if I'd walked into a personal retreat, one that I'd probably create for myself. My favorite spot (of many) was sitting on the back screened in porch, watching the birds, neighborhood kitties, & a nest of baby squirrels in a nearby tree. Dillon had some unexpected & unavoidable intense allergy issues which required a lot of extra care, so neither poor Dill nor I got a lot of rest during this sit, but Debbie was always available with questions/concerns, & I was grateful to be there to help her/Dillon out. The wifi was likewise having some major slow-downs, which neither Debbie nor I were ever able to remedy, but that's the nature of things sometimes -- problems & glitches arise. It's up to me to do what I can to resolve them, then let go of focusing on what's not working, & instead focus on what IS. Honestly, there were moments of LOTS of things feeling like they weren't working, but with Debbie's support & Dillon's good nature & the beautiful surroundings, I managed to keep myself focused on all of the pluses at this location -- & there were many. As stated, Debbie's home is peaceful & oh-so comfortable, the neighborhood is very walkable, neighbors are kind & helpful, & Columbia has a lot to offer. I wouldn't hesitate to take care of Dillon again. Thank you, Debbie, for opening your home to me & entrusting sweet Dillon to my care.
